Best site for climbing gear - cheapest prices and fast delivery.
I have placed a few orders with Banana Fingers recently. Each one has been dispatched almost immediately and turned up the next day or the day after. That was true even for an item that was out of stock when I ordered it.
I bought a couple of harnesses so I could try them on for size. I returned the one I didn't want without issue and had a refund in my bank account within a week.
And the last thing is that I think the items are very competitively priced. I have scouted around for the cheapest deals on ropes, harnesses, helmets, belays etc and ended up buying the whole lot from Banana Fingers because they were significantly cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Especially with the free delivery options.
All in all couldn't recommend the site more and will be using again for my next round of climbing purchases!

Great product - great price - service not so good.
An excellent website from which I was able to select my trekking poles and at a price I could not get elsewhere. The poles were delivered on 11.5.13 having been ordered on 8.5.13. Unfortunately I was out and instead of Royal Mail putting them in my secure porch as arranged and which instructions incidentally were clearly marked on the parcel, they returned them to the local delivery centre from which I could not collect them until 14.5.13. I also had to make a special journey to do so.

Excellent service, prompt delivery.
The ordering process was quick and the website well designed. I was updated frequently on how my order was progressing, including tracked delivery with the royal mail (Track and Trace). Ordered Friday morning and received by midday on Saturday.
Products were well packaged and exactly as described.
Thanks Banana Fingers! Will definitely be recommending to my friends and will be using again myself.

The best online service I've had bar none!
I brought some climbing shoes from them they gave me loads of good advice and even after I returned them to picky personal taste (ordered lace ups and discovered they aren't for me) sent back the velcro pair within the week. The nicest most helpful people and with incredible delivery time. You cant beat them.

Fat bloke buys from BananaFingers and couldn't be happier.
Seriously though, I was looking for a good price on a Rab Neoshell jacket and Banana Fingers came up. Now you won't think you'd get personal service from an online company but Nick responded to my email promptly and most helpfully.
Great price, next day delivery, what's not to like. Going on my hot list for outdoor gear in future.

I had to return one pair of shoes and get the next size up which potentially could have been a nightmare but was so easy and trouble free, and the chap I spoke to on the phone was really helpful. One minute later confirmed they did, and said that if I ordered before 2pm (I think), they would dispatch that day.

Great all-round service!
I ordered a pair of climbing shoes from BananaFingers and with free delivery they arrive within a few days. The site is very easy to navigate and when contacting the company by phone I found them to be very helpful. The climbing shoes I ordered were to tight for my feet so I sent them back and ask for the next size up, they had no problem with my request and I received the new size shoes within a few day. I highly recommend BananaFingers and would use them again.

Quick delivery & impressive customer service
A few days after I placed my order I hadn't receive my gear yet, so I got in touch using the contact form on the website. I got a friendly reply the same evening, saying that Royal Mail had probably mislaid the package - they resent the order the next day and it arrived the following day. Impressive service!

Great service.
I had phoned Bananafingers before my purchase just to make sure the colours of the gear i bought were as I wanted. The colours on the website are not representative to what you will recieve, but when I phoned them they were more than happy to help. I didn't know that i could have written in the comments box reference colours. All in all, a great service, and very quickly despatched.

I have been climbing for 6 years now and feel privileged to work routes at level 8a; however, since I live in South Africa, purchasing specialised climbing shoes is always an issue. The imported range is rarely affordable and then finding the correct shoe size in the limited range of advanced shoes that are available is a mission. Luckily there is BananaFingers, since every time I (or one of my friends) struggle to find a specialised climbing product in our local stores, this excellent online gear store has it! Even though my friends and I are based in the RSA, we always receive our online BananaFingers purchases in minimal time. I will continue to use BananaFingers for these reasons.
