Awful customer service; incredibly difficult to communicate with
- They sent me the wrong product. - I tried to call, but the customer support number wasn't working (and hadn't been for 1 month) - I sent a message to them online, but their server 'had downtime' and the message became lost. - Many weeks later I finally had a response.

Hi Logan, Really sorry about sending you the wrong version of the Beal Joker. We upgraded our server towards the end of May and as a result messages entered on our contact page were not forwarded to our email address for a 36 hour period. Our support number was still active and has definitely not been down for a month! Apologies if no one picked up when you called. On rare occasions this does happen if we are very busy in the shop.
