good prices and great service
Ordered climbing gear at a very competitive price. Particularly liked delivery by royal mail as I knew it would be taken to local post office depot if I wasn't in to sign. Put order in about 8am dispatched by 9.15am. That's a service! Gear arrived fine and got free delivery as well.

I ordered a pair of Evolv Prime but a different model was send to me by error. I sent them an email and they posted the right pair at the same day.

Faultless service
I ordered a pair of Black Diamond Alpine Cork trekking poles and opted for the very reasonably priced next day delivery.
The poles arrived well packaged the next morning.
I am very happy with the whole shopping experience and would highly recommend BananaFingers!

A very useful website with great products

Did what they claimed they could do.
Ordered a super dry rope and bag, it was posted when they said they would do it, was able to track it all the way to my front door, the products where as expected for a decent price, so what more could you want? They also have a catchy fab name!

Outstanding service
Although my purchase didn't go as smoothly as most, the after sales service was excellent!
I bought a climbing harness from Banana Fingers recently, but unfortunately the size was wrong. This was no fault of the distributor as they quoted the manufacturers size chart, which strangely was about 4 inches too large in the waist measurement. Obviously I wanted to swap the harness for a smaller size so I phoned BF asking what can be done about the P&P since this wasnt any fault of my own either. They generously said all postage will be refunded by themselves and they would send out a new harness asap. As I was going on a climbing trip the next weekend I urgently wanted the new harness to turn up quickly, which it did. The processing, turn around and communication was all excellent, well above what I have seen in the past with other organisations.. I would definitely use this company again as they realise customer service is an essential part of their business.
For anyone interested the said harness is a Petzl Corax, and I am still not sure why the size chart is so innacurate. I contacted Petzl who just referred me to the UK distributor. Not much help there!

Banana Fingers products are well priced and their flexible approach to shipping is a real bonus. I needed my item in a hurry and it arrived as promised - trackable Royal Mail is great, you can specify a safe delivery location if out which avoids the trauma of waiting in for / missing courier companies. I'm delighted with my Black Diamond Trail Back trekking poles - they transformed my walking experience and the 'flicklock' system which swayed my choice, was reliable and easy and to use. A great on-line retail experience, thanks!

Always very prompt service, always excellent advice if you need it from them.
This order was for a pair of 5.10 Quantums, a replacement for a pair they had recommended to me. The original recommendation was spot on - these shoes are perfect for my foot shape and work extremely well for the climbing I am doing. Now replaced them afer they started to drop to bits (after a lot of use). Didn't need any advice this time but service was still flawless.

Ordered next day delivery - received two days later!
Good price for the good product. But placed an order from next day delivery well before 2pm as specified on Bananafingers website and received it two days later! Bit disappointing...

Sorry to hear that your order did not arrive next day. It was collected by Royal Mail (on the Tracked Next Day service) on the same day that your order was placed. We find Royal Mail to be more reliable than most couriers but I'm afraid even they mess things up from time to time. I hope this didn't cause you too much inconvenience.
