Avoid this company worst ever web site and customer service ,very poor .

I ordered online a number of shirts spent nearly £200 however it says online buy one get one free ,customer serivces not so unless you add two items to basket ,absolutely ridiculous when clearly the web updates to 2 items for each item ,then you receive only one .They then offered me a measley 10% off next purchase but i lose 50% of my order as no free items ,very rude customer services on online chat and never answer phones .Avoid this company be warned shop elsewhere online Read all below negative reviews .DIGRACEFUL.

BANK YES YOU LOVED MY BANK ACCOUNT

ordered no problem took money from account suprise suprise no problem tracked items didnt arrive, contacted BANK they confirmed items had been delived and told me to check with neighbors!!! TRACKED ITEM. nope no.neighbors are not exactly very friendly so wasnt best pleased about doing this but did but no items.if its signed for who signed for it!!! contacted bank again, 48 hours later a tiny reply we've sent you out a form which could take up to TEN working days to arrive, (which is fair!!!) form which i did finally get, just for it to be, please list items, price and date ordered signing below to confirm you havent recived!!! why the hell would i contact you if i had!!! shouldnt you know all them details!!!! im now waiting on thier reply and what course of action theyve decided to take!!! if i had known they were in partnership with JD SPORTS i wouldnt of botherd!!! think in future the only only shopping i'll do is via amazon, ive never had one problem and i spend less money.

I ordered a Tulisa skater dress on behalf of my 13 year old daughter which she paid for with her savings (and v. expensive it was too). This was October and they said it would be available for despatch early November - great plenty of time for Christmas. By beginning of December I contacted them to see where it was - they had no clue when the dresses were going to come it. And so on it went. I never had any contact from them to say 'coming soon' or 'so sorry these are delayed'. I had to contact them every time. Eventually a couple of weeks ago I gave up and cancelled the order. Checked the refund on paypal and I have been charged a fee of £1.49 so had actually lost money on the deal. Complained to paypal who said it was because they had sent the money as a payment for goods rather than a refund. Bank customer service refused to accept this. In the end the excellent customer services at paypal waived the fee for me. I know it's only an insignificant amount of money but it just annoyed me because they had messed me around so much and no apologies at all. I wrote a snotty review for their website and guess what it never appeared (it wasn't rude just honest...)

DO NOT SHOP AT BANK FASHION

I made an online order just before Xmas, but returned the items by tracked mail which they received on the 08/01. After several weeks had passed I contacted them asking if they had received the goods which they confirmed. However they refused to refund me as they could not locate the parcel in their warehouse. Two more weeks passed and again on several separate occasions they informed me that when they located the parcel in their warehouse they would refund me. now after five weeks with still no refund I have now taken up a dispute with my credit card company.........DO NOT SHOP HERE I wished I had seen the reviews before I committed to purchasing. The service is damn right shocking and unacceptable. I will NEVER shop there again, and advise you do the same.

I purchased 2 Superdry jacket last year off BANK fashion. With their exchange option available I ordered 1 in a size bigger because they weren't stocking my size at the time and they had 20% student discount promotion. I received the items within a week or so which was fantastic.
2 days later I checked back to see if my size was in stock and it was, so I prepared the item to be sent back for an exchange, I packed everything and took it to a local store to send back using collect plus service.
Now 3-4 weeks had passed no sign of any delivery from BANK, I contacted customer service I explained what had happened and the women took my collect plus reference number and checked status of my order. She spoke to the internet sales team and they told her they received an empty asos box under this order reference so they will not be taking action. This was just absurd and I was furious I had lost £60 and the item too. Now I contacted them on a few occasion to sort it out and each time the customer service colleagues were very rude!! They told me they had images of what they received and they can send them to me by email but I have to pay them for the images (what a load of bull). After that they kept telling me I need to seek independent advice as they cannot do anything about it.
Later I was looking through my emails only to notice that I had payed with Paypal (Voila), I opened up a Payap dispute - it was a lengthy process but I had all my proof, I only asked a refund for the item I had sent back for exchange, however Paypal got me a full refund of all the items I purchased from BANK. I am so pleased I used paypal, and I have been ever since for everything, you have so much more protection when shopping with Paypal.

BANK.... Don't be fooled by helpful staff because they dont exist in their customer services !!
Friendly until the point you hand over your money and then ...nothing. Not interested and don't care.
Poor, poor quality, could have got better from a market stall !
Bank deserves to be closed down when they cant even be bothered to look after you post purchase. They make my blood boil. !!! uuurrrgh

Disgusting Practice

I purchased a pair of Blue Chino's for my sons Christmas from the sale rail for £15 and when I got home I had to wrap them up immediately as he was due home from school. Christmas day came and the chino's were not the right size and not quite him so I bagged them up to take back.

When I went to take them back the staff member pointed out that the Zip fastener was missing and the label on the back was ripped, as My son had not worn them I told them that they are in the same condition as when I purchased them and they said I can't have a refund.

Their customer service center had a very Very bad attitude and even their own manager of the store in Preston said their practice towards customers was not acceptable at times so what does that tell you.

If you value your hard earned money don't shop at Bank or Schotts as they are the same company and you will get the same level of service.

Bad customer service and slow deliverys

"Next day delivery" = 10 days later and still no items arrived (despite my card being charged immediately and goods "dispatched"). They refuse to refund the next day delivery charge and would not pass me onto a supervisor then hung up the phone when I said I would wait for one to be available. A bad experience.

Avoid Buying From Bank Online!

I ordered a few items online including a jacket for my daughter, the money was taken from my account straight away. 4 days later I receive an email from Bank informing me that the jacket is now out of stock and my monies will be refund in "a few working days"

I complained via email to their customer services regarding two issues, first being that when they accepted my order it clearly stated the jacket was in stock so why take my money for goods they can't provide? Hence I felt misled. Secondly why can't they pay my money back with the same speed they took it?

Its now 7 days since they took my money and I'm still waiting for it to be refunded! To make matters worse the jacket is now back for sale on the website so they must of replenished stock , I rang their customers services number asking why am I sitting here waiting for a refund when the jacket is back in stock? They informed me they only deal with parcel Quires!!!!! Now I have to write in!

Right now I'm fuming! The jacket was a Christmas present for my daughter, she was looking forward to it , now I have no jacket and no money whilst they have my money gathering interest in their bank!!!

Thanks for nothing Bank fashion, you have just lost a customer and I will warn friends and family not to trust your company when buying online because you take peoples money and provide no goods!!!

Shameful!!

I ordered six onesies for Xmas for my family on line with this company. When I checked my credit card I noticed they had taken the money out and then put it back in. When I contacted them they said that my ordered had been cancelled by their security team and that they would not give further explanation.
Of course the company did not tell me that they had cancelled my ordered until I contacted them. If I had not checked my card I would have not known.
And just to be clear my credit rating is excellent so the fact that their security team has cancelled my order for any reason is rubbish. They obviously do not have the stock and this is their poor explanation. Bankfashion...shame on you!!!

Shops as BAD as Online #shambles

I purchased a dress from the Bluewater store but tried to take it back to Lakeside store where Drew Eaton 'head supervisor' was RUDE,IMMATURE and DISRESPECTFUL!! After working in Retail myself for 8years I know how to treat customers! He said I couldn't exchange my dress as it was 'wet' it had been in the car whilst I was at work and he told me I had to dry it and then I could return it even tho I lived and hour n a half away from Lakeside. I walked out angry and still with the dress I didn't want. I then returned it to Blue water no problem and with Good service. I've emailed countless times requesting my petrol money back for having to take an unnecessary trip to blue water and still had no reply. This was on 30th November. I don't understand how a big company like this is being poorly ran!! I'd never shop with Bank either Online or in Shops! Disgusting attitudes and POOR customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer services I have ever come across

I received my order and wanted an exchange for a different size, sent the item back vis tracked mail. Tracked Mail said it had been delivered, phoned BANK and the advisor confirmed it has been delivered and an exchange would be sent straight out (this advisor was very helpful)

Now they're saying the item has never been received, promised call backs which don't happen and there's never a supervisor available to speak to. On 3 occasions over 3 days there hasn't been a supervisor on duty to deal with my query. Still after 2 weeks with no jacket and no refund.

Don't deliver

First ordered a pair of jeans at £55. I went for next day delivery but received an email from BANK saying that my parcel had been lost. They gave my money back ( for the delivery ) and said they had sent out another parcel. Three weeks went by, I still didn't receive the jeans. I sent an email and they replied saying that I had to complete and send off a missing parcel declaration within 10 working days. I'm now a student so I was not at home when the letter arrived. The 10 days passed and I've just wasted £55. I was very upset and disappointed but for some stupid, I repeat STUPID, reason I thought I'd give them another go. You can guess that the exact thing has happened again. I have literally wasted £150. I will NEVER shop here online again. And I advise others not to. That is if you don't want your money to be stolen!

Cancelled my order due to no stock and never refunded the money

Placed my order and payment was taken, 2 days later the order was cancelled and two weeks later i am stilll waiting for a refund. No one answers the phones and no replies to emails. Avoid!!!

Violateing my rights

I ordered a jacket and a pair of shorts 3 weeks ago the order came to £110.00 and when i received it the items in the package where not mine there was a top in there worth £20.00 this is not what i ordered i suspect it was someone elses order mixed up with mine i imeediately reraped it and sent it back to them i put it in the post box i emailed them and waited 2 weeks for a reply and nothing so i decided to phone them and they kept saying i need to wait for the wrong item to be returned i was told to wait till friday then tuesday then thursday and nothing i was then told they would contact the werehouse and contact me back but they never did i called them again and they said they were looking into it and would call me back but again they never did so my messed up order never got back to them and they promised a refund if it didnt get back to them my a week ago but they now say they are not willing to issue a refund and they would have no liability for the lost messed up parcel THIS WAS THERE PROBLEM in the first place they sent me the wrong order its THEIR RESPONSIBILITY NOT MINE i emailed then yesterday and got a snotty reply insisting they would not refund me in this case i have now taken legal action DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Shambles not even worth 1 star

Ordered a bag for my daughters birthday, went all the way to my nearest store to collect (which is quite a distance) and when I got it home the catch on the keyring was broken. I returned this and requested a replacement to be sent. After waiting several weeks and trying to phone and email, which they never reply to or answer to, another bag was sent to my local store. Even though I had requested it to be sent to my home address to save another trip! In the end sent this bag back as after waiting weeks after her birthday she decided she didn't like it. Then waited another several weeks, no contact from them no emails until I noticed they had credited my bank with a refund. I don't usually leave reviews as I don't have the time, but felt I had to let other customers know about my experience of this firm. Customer services is a shambles, beware if you buy online!

after returning my 2 right footed shoes sent to me by bank, i requested my refund and after 30 days no refund. they do not reply to emails and customer services are appalling..I have now been told that they forgot to action my refund..I will be taking them to small claims court if I do not receive my refund. Do not use this company they are terrible and do not care about their customers.

Customer service???

I ordered goods having been told they would arrive in store in time for an event i had. They turned up days after so i called up and said i no longer wanted the good as they didnt arrive in time, and to send them back.

Cannot get hold of customer service via the phone. Sent emails every day for weeks with still no response. So they've had my items and my money for over a month and so far doesnt look like im getting a refund any time soon...

customer services skills dont exist

i have been shopping with bank for a long time and every thing was great but my last order was too small so sent back for exchange or refund first time i have ever had to return a item now im being ignored no answer on customer services phone or to my emails now had to open case with paypal, so bank are fine if you order the right item size etc but if some things wrong you are screwed they dont want to know very bad customer service wont be using again now which is a shame cause their stuff is nice , sort it out bank fashion

NOTE: If you're reading this review thinking nah this won't happen to me think again. I thought that and I wish I had learned from what all the other negative reviews were trying to tell me.

Prior to this i had no problems with Bank fashion online since i started shopping with them for first 2 months. I placed an order online and usually got it delivered to store after hearing bad reviews of delivery servicefrom this review site.However, I should have listened to all the negative reviews, once you have a problem, 100% of the problem is getting through to customer services-you can't.

Anyway, recently was trying to place order online and kept getting declined-rang credit card company and said problem is not your card speak to shop you are purchasing from. Well, how can i when customer services won't pick up the phone? I tried calling maybe 20 times throughout the day (morning till closing time) to Bank customer services and they did not pick up the phone once. Now I have spent soo much money calling an 0844 number, figured it's just not worth it.

Yes, the sale prices of the branded clothes are really good but if you have a problem and can't get through etc you spend money by phone trying to resolve but can't cos you can't get through to customer services. Yes you could try shopping at one of their stores but a) they dont stock everything online instore and b) most the staff haven't got a clue about their products.

I read one reviewer suggested shopping at ASOS - I looked up all the brands I like in Bank and you know what 90% of them are there and the others can be found on other sites so I will be shopping elsewhere now.

BANK FASHION take note-sort out your customer services if you write on your website available from 8am to 8pm I expect somebody to be there to pick up the call. Or, at the very least, have an update page on your website where you tell customers you are not taking taking any calls that day or are facing technical difficulties with system etc.Do take a look at how John Lewis and River Island provide online customer service. Like reviewer Katrina has said I agree, you must be happy to lose business.

AWFUL!!! DO NOT USE!!!

After seeing the comments now i would have never have ordered anything from them again from the same bad comments below!!

No sight of parcel am still waiting they sent the item back to the depot despite waiting in all day! (It went back as didn't attempt delivery) apparently this means the van has broken down.....ok and i believe that 1!
My parcel was being sent out with one company and then another couldn't track my delivery, called BANK customer service 3-4 times now been waiting still no answer and i have emailed no answer this is the worst customer service i think its disgusting! (If i was the Managing Director of the company i would look at this and think wow this is a disgrace!)

Am really not happy have paid money to recieve no goods and am unable to recieve any money back for my order as i am unable to reach the customer service team

I Ordered my items on the 10th of December, it's now February , and they still haven't got back to me, ive sent countless emails and phonecalls and they have you waiting for HOURS yet no1 picks up!! my only option for sanity was to call the delivery company as they "attempted delivery " yet I was at home waiting and no-one actually came! and they've stated on the tracking website that the item is at wembley yet "they can't locate it" because it apparently hasn't been scanned since the 16th if December. utter crap! Do they not realise that if they ignore customers that their company will cease to survive the current economical crisis??

great variety

I love Bank, they may be slow on delivery times but I love having clothes a bit different from everyone else & at great prices. The sizing of course will be different as they stock lots of different brand & the returns policy seems fine to me - you can take into various locations & they will ship it back. I'm not sure if that's just London based though.

Stole my money

Made an order on the 27th december and they took £125 for the items i had bought,it is now 21st janaury and i still have not recieved the items.
Over 20 emails sent and not one has been replied to .I now have to go to the small claims court to get my money back.Im shocked a big company like this can steel someones money and have no intension of sending the items they have bought.
Dont be fooled by thinking you have used them before and not had a problem because i had used them before and not had a problem but then this happend.
I would advise everyone to stay well clear of this company because if you have a problem they will ignore you and you will have to fight to get your money back.

Lousy customer service - NO reply after 3 weeks!

I emailed Bank with a query about an order that I had received (wrong size)... I have had no reply for 3 weeks, despite sending emailing them on two separate occasions, absolutely disgusting customer service. I used to love this shop, but doubt I will shop there again. If they can't care about their customers, I can't care about giving them my money.

My son loves his new superdry and gio-goi jackets which I managed to get reduced online - so I'm happy too. Delivery - to be truthful can't recall the delivery but also can't remember wondering where they were so I'm sure that was fine too.
