NOTE: If you're reading this review thinking nah this won't happen to me think again. I thought that and I wish I had learned from what all the other negative reviews were trying to tell me.
Prior to this i had no problems with Bank fashion online since i started shopping with them for first 2 months. I placed an order online and usually got it delivered to store after hearing bad reviews of delivery servicefrom this review site.However, I should have listened to all the negative reviews, once you have a problem, 100% of the problem is getting through to customer services-you can't.
Anyway, recently was trying to place order online and kept getting declined-rang credit card company and said problem is not your card speak to shop you are purchasing from. Well, how can i when customer services won't pick up the phone? I tried calling maybe 20 times throughout the day (morning till closing time) to Bank customer services and they did not pick up the phone once. Now I have spent soo much money calling an 0844 number, figured it's just not worth it.
Yes, the sale prices of the branded clothes are really good but if you have a problem and can't get through etc you spend money by phone trying to resolve but can't cos you can't get through to customer services. Yes you could try shopping at one of their stores but a) they dont stock everything online instore and b) most the staff haven't got a clue about their products.
I read one reviewer suggested shopping at ASOS - I looked up all the brands I like in Bank and you know what 90% of them are there and the others can be found on other sites so I will be shopping elsewhere now.
BANK FASHION take note-sort out your customer services if you write on your website available from 8am to 8pm I expect somebody to be there to pick up the call. Or, at the very least, have an update page on your website where you tell customers you are not taking taking any calls that day or are facing technical difficulties with system etc.Do take a look at how John Lewis and River Island provide online customer service. Like reviewer Katrina has said I agree, you must be happy to lose business.

After seeing the comments now i would have never have ordered anything from them again from the same bad comments below!!
No sight of parcel am still waiting they sent the item back to the depot despite waiting in all day! (It went back as didn't attempt delivery) apparently this means the van has broken down.....ok and i believe that 1!
My parcel was being sent out with one company and then another couldn't track my delivery, called BANK customer service 3-4 times now been waiting still no answer and i have emailed no answer this is the worst customer service i think its disgusting! (If i was the Managing Director of the company i would look at this and think wow this is a disgrace!)
Am really not happy have paid money to recieve no goods and am unable to recieve any money back for my order as i am unable to reach the customer service team
DO NOT USE unless you want to be disappointed!
I never write reviews but this is unbelievable service that i have not yet recieved from any other highstreet fashion chain....shame i can't say the same about this company!
They must be happy to lose business! what a joke!
I Ordered my items on the 10th of December, it's now February , and they still haven't got back to me, ive sent countless emails and phonecalls and they have you waiting for HOURS yet no1 picks up!! my only option for sanity was to call the delivery company as they "attempted delivery " yet I was at home waiting and no-one actually came! and they've stated on the tracking website that the item is at wembley yet "they can't locate it" because it apparently hasn't been scanned since the 16th if December. utter crap! Do they not realise that if they ignore customers that their company will cease to survive the current economical crisis??
I love Bank, they may be slow on delivery times but I love having clothes a bit different from everyone else & at great prices. The sizing of course will be different as they stock lots of different brand & the returns policy seems fine to me - you can take into various locations & they will ship it back. I'm not sure if that's just London based though.
Made an order on the 27th december and they took £125 for the items i had bought,it is now 21st janaury and i still have not recieved the items.
Over 20 emails sent and not one has been replied to .I now have to go to the small claims court to get my money back.Im shocked a big company like this can steel someones money and have no intension of sending the items they have bought.
Dont be fooled by thinking you have used them before and not had a problem because i had used them before and not had a problem but then this happend.
I would advise everyone to stay well clear of this company because if you have a problem they will ignore you and you will have to fight to get your money back.
I emailed Bank with a query about an order that I had received (wrong size)... I have had no reply for 3 weeks, despite sending emailing them on two separate occasions, absolutely disgusting customer service. I used to love this shop, but doubt I will shop there again. If they can't care about their customers, I can't care about giving them my money.
My son loves his new superdry and gio-goi jackets which I managed to get reduced online - so I'm happy too. Delivery - to be truthful can't recall the delivery but also can't remember wondering where they were so I'm sure that was fine too.
I have used Bank Fashion on several occasions and have never been dissapointed. They have great prices and discounts and great delivery service! I would recommend Bank Fashion to anyone!
I very often by from bank either in the Worcester shop or online,more so online as there are hundreds more items than the shop holds. I have been unsatisfied with products on a few occasions bought online over the past 6 months as many of the items have come less than satisfactory in the way that stitching on items has not been correct either gathered,not stitched properly coming apart or items such as gems and sequins hanging off. Some of the items received have looked like factory seconds that could not be sold in a shop !
Also sizes vary so much which I suppose is the brands problem to sort but perhaps should be noted through you as a supplier I'm only a size 8 but find one t'shirt will fit fine another way too big or too small. Even items of the same outfit in the same size vary and one will be rather large other smaller. Hence another good reason for the statement market tat.
BANK fashion i love it. Great deals check all the time for a good deal!!... i cannot comment on returning an item as i have never had to! :-) 1 of the 1st sites me or my daughter visits 1st when looking for clothing/shoes i recommend to anyone to look here 1st!!!!!!! x
I received an email informing me that my goods were available for me to collect in store. I went to the store and realised I had forgotten to take a copy of my email but I had the reference no and a very polite, helpful young man checked my ID and confirmed the reference number I gave him and I was able to pick up my goods without further delay.
I was very impressed with the order procedure and with the in store sales person who served me.
I have ordered lots of items this year and everything has been as described and turned up quickly.when i have ordered items out of stock my money has been refunded straight away without any fuss.
I purchased some items in November and returned the unwanted items via collect point? Approxiamtely 2 weeks later the same goods were re-delievered? Due to the time passed I had to drive from York to Wakefield to my nearest BANK store to return the items in order to receive a full refund. A journey I could have done without. So I have not purchased any items since.
Delivery of my item took 4.5 weeks customer service were good to a point however my emails of complaint have never been replied to, I was promised compensation which has never been paid, bank has turned out to be the worst Internet company I have dealt with.
Bank is a website what my teenager son uses. He loves the trying the latest fashion and Bank is the place where he is gets it all. Coats, shoes, tops, trousers you name it hes buys every thing at a good price aswell. He chooses what he needs all I do is to find out what I have to pay. I think Bank product are good value for money.
