Having visited the website was surprised on the reduction in prices on lots of popular brand goods. Now regularly visit the website to see whats on offer as the most unexpected of goods are often reduced.
I have ordered several items from Bank for my Twins (boy/girl) 16yrs old. I have always recieved very prompt service with no problems at all.
The clothes and accessories have always been very good quality and the sizes are what you expect them to be, unlike some other places.
Some of the products are a little dearer than other online shopping outlets but but you get what you pay for. (my son is sat next to me in some Gio-Goi joggers I bought him last Christmas!)
Correspondace from Bank is prompt and keeps you up to date with your orders, which always arrive quickly and well packaged.
I would reccommend Bank to anyone wanting 'hassle free' shopping.
Although I have had various orders from bank fashion before they have been on time and i have been satisfied with my purchase.
In this order I have yet to recieve dispatch confirmation after 9 days. I have emailed Bank fashion twice and have got no responses for 7 days and 2 days so customer service is poor. The telephone customer service is also poor as the only information I recieved was a tracking number that does not work. This is getting me worried that my order will not arrive before christmas which will be a nightmare
I'd be very skeptical over using Bank as I've had a very bad experience in relation to the way I was dealt with by their customer services, also the next day delivery service was abysmal not once but twice (I tried again to see if this was a one off), I actually received an item from Germany next day. My experience has been upgraded to 2 stars from minus 1 due to the swift intervention of the Logistics Manager. I m very, very wary of ordering from Bank now and have been using other websites.
Bank is a really great clothes shop have bought clothes from there on numerous occasions and have always been pleased with the results especially the delivery when I've ordered online
Really bad customer service. Substandard item sent to me. Refuse to do straight exchange, then lie to me over phone about a check being sent out to me. Will NOT shop with them again and will NOT recommend BANK to others. If anything I would strongly discourage.
I paid £6.99 for next day delivery which never came. I then e-mailed customer services of bank many times some of which i waited five days for a reply. They tried telling me i lived in a secure unit area and they couldn't get in when actually i live in a detached bungalow. I then had to argue my case until someone actually bothered searching my address on Google maps just to prove it was no fault of my own! It was awful service and I'm never buying offline from bank again.
If your considering buying from Bank Fashion, i Strongly recommend it! ...I had a big order from them and i was thoroughly pleased with every single item! it arrived in record time they don't mess about getting your goods out to you! i personally will order again and again and again and ...Well you get the picture!! haha :D Thanks Bank Fashion!
I ordered a christmas present from bank - on the website it says that you will receive your package within seven days.
Five days after placing the order I recieved an email saying that it had finally been dispatched.
Two days after this there was no update on the parcel tracking system, I then called the courier company who told me that my order had not been picked up from the bank warehouse, the following then happened when I called bank.
*spoke to a representative who informed me that my order was at the wexham delivery site, he told me he would call to check its wareabouts as not to cause me any more hassle & ring me back in 30 mins.
* two hours later I call back, there is no record of my conversation with the representative, no update on my order and I am told it is still at the bank warehouse... probably. But to confirm this I will have to wait two hours whilst the representative checks and gets back to me.
*Five hours later I call back, there is no update on my parcel, no one knows where it is, I am told i cant have a refund as it has been despatched, even though I haven't received it and Bank have no record of its whareabouts. I am asked to wait another two hours for them to trace it.
*Two days later I havent had any update from any representatives but my parcel fianally arives.
All in all a complete shambles when it came to the delivery of my order, I definitely would not order from the website ever again but will continue to shop in store.

The value for money and quick delivery make bank stores top class.
Received a coat which had clearly been worn. Smelt of smoke, perfume, covered in makeup & had a return ticket to Leeds in the pocket.The replacement had a ripped arm. Was offered 10% off next order with free next day delivery. After several emails, hours waiting on hold,6 days later I still haven't even received my order & have not received any discount. Can I please have my coat that I originally ordered & paid for 3 weeks ago? For all the hassle dealing with rude staff & money spent on calls I really wished I hadn't of bothered. Not even worth 1 star.
Ordering online couldn't have been easier and it even looked better to be able to track online. Don't be fooled - item didn't arrive when stated in tracking and despite 2 phone calls the web site wasn't updated at all until the day I didn't check(had given up) and it was delivered on a a Sunday of all days.
Fed up of ordering from Bank and my purchase taki much longer than it should to arrive. Also have recieved items in the past that are clearly what someone else has returned as faulty as they are not packaged and have something wrong with them. Will not be orering from Bank online again
I was happy with the items, but they did send me one shirt that was marked incorrectly, therefore they thought they sent me the right size, but actually it was two sizes too big. When I returned them item, and asked for a refund, the size I wanted was not available anymore, so was given an instant refund. I was disapointed. But apart from that I was happy with their overall service.
A bought there one time, the delivery was really fast to Spain from UK and the clothes I bought were really cheap compared to their prize here.
I missed to have a track ID of my order and an easiest way to return back the items (if it was needed) when you are in another country different than the UK.
i placed a order with bank fashion and they charged me twice for my item!!! when i phoned up they said they had done no such thing so i went back to my branch who i bank with for them to check again and said there was 2 standing orders being held from bank fashion now i am going to have to wait up-to a week to debate about this situation, really unsatisfied and will never shop with the bank fashion online AGAIN!!!
I have always been a good customer of bank and am a regular online customer and have spend hundreds of pounds with them. Recently things have turned terrible and the customer services I have received have been extremely poor. As an example I waited over 2 weeks for an order that had gone missing and sent a complaint email to Bank on 17th Nov 2011, I didnt receive a response so sent another email on the 24th Nov 2011, still didnt receive a response and sent another email around 5th Dec 2011 and still havent received a response. This has made me question using them again. I have placed another order with bank on the 8th Dec 2011 and the website still shows awaiting dispatch when their website states delivery in 3 working days!
I ordered 3 items from Bank off the website, 2 of the items I received I had problems with. The first item still has the security tag on, I had to then go to a shop and ask them to take it off, the lady was very rude and imedatly asked me to prove I had brought the item, she didnt seem to believe that I had brought it even though i showed her the delivery note. The 2nd item had 3 holes it it, which I took back to the shop, no sorry at all. Would not shop at Bank again.
