Quick service, excellent choice of barefoot products!
My order was placed over night, despatched the next day and arrived the following day so no complaints there. Although Amazon had sold out of the shoe I was after, Barefoot athlete had it in my size. The shoes came with a handy information sheet on transitioning to barefoot running. Overall very pleased with the service and the product.

Very quick efficient service
This is a very good website that explains about the different minimalist running shoes available and has good prices. They also offer a try before you buy service which I thought was excellent (although I didn't need to use it) My trainers arrived very quickly, and there was a great information sheet included to get you started with transitioning to minimalist running. All together an excellent service.

wish my running was as good as your service
I bought a pair of New Balance Minimus from Barefoot Athlete - the website, advice (particularly re the need to get a size bigger than your shoe size for these shoes - I got a half size bigger and they only just fit), communication and delivery were faultless. I can recommend BA without reservation - excellent.

Quick service and great prices - i'd definitely order from Barefoot Athlete again
My shoes arrived in two days but I felt like I may need the next size up. One quick call to Barefoot Athlete and the new pair were on their way, and with both pairs together I could easily compare the two. I returned the pair I didn't need for a full refund, no hassle.
Couldn't quite get to grips with creating an account and password, but no matter - one phone call sorted everything. I'd recommend Barefoot Athlete to anyone interested in minimal running.

Exellent service
Shopping was easy and delivery to another country very swift. With eastern holidays in the middle, six days from order the I was walking wearing my new shoes.
And the price was about half of what the price would have been in other stores!

Minimilist running, minimil fuss.
Since moving into the minimilist shoe form of running there's been no better place to buy my shoes than Barefoot Athlete due to their expertese and personal experience in this area. I have had the need to call them on occasion for advice regarding shoes and they have been superb in their advice and feedback. Coupled with this great service is their range of minimilst shoes and other running gear that they sell, hence the reason I would always come to them first for any running purchases. Any time I have ordered shoes from them, they have been sent very quickly and if I have needed to rerurn usuitable shoes for any reason I have had a quick refund or exchange with no quibles. This is the high level of service I expect from all retailers but Barefoot Athlete comes out on top.

Love the niche and zero risk policy, lengthy delivery to Sweden
I love the niche and the zero risk shoe trial policy, although I haven't put it to the test. From the blog and coaching offer the staff seems to be very knowledgable with respect to barefoot running.
My orders were shipped promptly. Delivery to Sweden took 12 days which was a bit longer than I expected, and there wasn't much in terms of shipping information to refer too to alleviate my concerns that the packages may have been lost. They did arrive safely though and I love my new shoes!

Barefoot Athlete - quality shoes and reliable service
I've been really struggling to find some trainers because my feet are quite wide and most people don't have my size. These guys were great, I called them up and they gave me straightforward recommends. I now have exactly the kind of trainers I was after that fit. Happiness!

I have ordered 3 pairs of VivoBarefoot shoes in two separate transactions from the Barefoot Athlete site. Both orders were despatched in good time and the products were perfect. I would definately recommend these guys, great products, great service.

Great service & speedy delivery
