Barker & Stonehouse Still waiting for my purchase 4 weeks on. Website said 3-5 days delivery. Why I have been asked to rate even when I am still waiting for my purchase is beyond belief. Checked online to track delivery, 3 different statements ranging from delivery 3 days previously to delivery in 6 weeks time. Useless. When I rang to enquire when my purchase was to be delivered, the call centre had closed at 5 pm. Rang again during my working hours to be told they would ring me back. They obviously didn't know what had happened to my delivery. Had email confirmation that my delivery would be made within 48 hours on Wednesday. It is now Saturday evening. Would never buy online from this company again. Companies who cannot get online ordering right will not survive. Have tried to give no stars but cannot.

Thank you for your comments. The information we provided you at point of sale on the 13th April, quoted the clock as a 'Special Order 4 weeks' piece. Individual items in our accessories range are available within 72 hours but we mark each item that is, and quote a lead time on those that aren't. We're sorry if this wasn't clear in your case but assure you that the goods arrived at our warehouse on the 2nd May and are being Parcelforce'd to your delivery address directly (collected from us 3rd May) and will be with you very shortly as per our email of 2nd May (Bank Holiday weekend restricting), inside your 4 weeks.
