Lack of info

The sofa I ordered on line was delivered three weeks ago. Although the sofa is very nice and you can tell it is well made, I have had no receipt, no Warranty details, no paperwork what so ever. I ordered a tv/hi if unit three weeks ago, received my order number via e mail the very next day but nothing since. I have tried to phone but the line is constantly busy.

I wondered it I had not paid up front and purchased on Credit I may have had a bit more info !

You should receive a confirmation of your order when you place it through our checkout system with a thumbnail of all the goods on your order. You will then receive an email confirming your order with a full order number then once we book your delivery we confirm this with a text and email.
