Item arrived damaged. Seems strange that in the exact place of damage is a qc approved gold sticker. Was item dispatched damaged? Now have to waste a day off working waiting to return as I work fulltime and no other way to return as don't collect after 5 or weekends. Also have had to go to trouble of sending picture of damage and have to wait for item to be assessed before refund processed. Not my fault item is damaged but im having to do all the running around and now wait for a refund. Not happy. Will not use again or recommend.

We apologise that your item arrived damaged. The quality control is carried out at the manufacturer rather than ourselves so we can only apologise that there was a quality control sticker on the damage itself.
As soon as we can see that the item has been collected we can refund you for this as we can see the damages from the images.
