brilliant choice and service
I ordered a boys grey suit with black trim for my son.it arrived very promptly and was packaged well.it was made of great quality material...and even came with the proper cover and hanger...cannot commend this site enough. ..will shop again

ordered on first class, waited for over 2 weeks
Well, I am fairly dissapointed because the item I ordered was on first class next day delivery but it came after 2 weeks!

Thank you for your inaccurate review of our service. I would like to clear up some points that you raised.
1) We do not offer a next day delivery option. We state that orders may take up to 48 hours to fulfil. Obviously we try our hardest to dispatch our orders as quickly as we can and if you look at our other reviews on Trustpilot you will see many customers are happy with our speedy service.
2) Your order was placed on the 29th of December and it was dispatched on the 31st of December. According to Royal Mail Tracking you received your order on the 3rd of January. The reason the parcel took longer than usual is because the 1st of January was a bank holiday and there is no post on this day. Ideally your order would have been with you on the 2nd, but I would say that the delay is due to the large volume of parcels that the Royal Mail were handling at the time.
3) An order placed on the 29th of December and received on the 3rd of January does not equal two weeks! If you have a legitimate complaint with the service that we provide then by all means please contact us and we will be happy to resolve it for you.

Fabulous service
A great service from a company I would use again. Easy to use, as normally my teenager does it all. Fast delivery. My only criticism is that there should be free delivery.

slow delivery and once arrived the same day it went in the sale
I ordered a coat for £60 for my son for christmas, I had to phone to find out when it was to be delivered after christmas and it had not been put on the system. it was eventually sent out and on the same day it arrived it was £12 cheaper in the sale. I bought this to base fashions attention and basically said that's how a sale works and would no refund the difference. I will be looking elsewhere to shop in future.

I was very impressed with this service, although the item was in stock when I purchased it on-line i had a personal email sent to me offering me an alternative colour, on agreeing to this the item was shipped the same day, then again another personal email confirming this. once the item was rec'd the quality of clothing was superb. i would definetly recommend this site

BRILLIANT
As I am disabled and have mobility problems I have to do most of my shopping on-line. I have shopped on-line for about 4 years now and I can honestly say the service that I have received from Base Fashion has surpassed any other retailer. I use them for my 14 year old son who is interested in the latest fashions. He always finds what he would like, there is always enough stock, and the delivery is fast and never a problem. I cannot fault this company and will continue to use them with confidence.
Well done Base Fashion you set an example of how on-line shopping should be.

Really quick postage - even around christmas time!

Great price, fast delivery, what more can you ask for!
This is the first time I have shopped with Base, I hadn't even heard of the shop and come across them whilst browsing the net for Voi stuff. I prefer to order from bigger companies when on-line shopping so when I saw that they had shops too I thought i would give them a go.
They had a good range of what I was looking for, in fact I placed two orders that day, one for me and one for my mum, for Xmas presents. There was an offer on at the time so I placed an order. Delivery was quick and prices were good. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Simply the best
Ordered 2 items on line paid by paypal was with me in a week,one item was too small so rang customer service who was so helpful and polite i asked if i could return to a shop near where my sister lives as i was going there on saturday instead of relying on the post.
She said yes and told me what to do wuth return form and asked if i wanted to re order in a bigger size? i said yes please she explained when they recieve returned item the new item would be sent out to me.
Well i retuned item to shop explained where i bought it from they already new they was sent a email about my visit and what i was returning.They gave me a reciept for item.This was on Saturday my new size item was delivered on Wednesday morning best cusomer service i have ever recieved and the shop at Romford Essex was wonderful i will return and tell my friends how good they all are.

Absolutely an outstanding service second to no one. Could not be better.
Without doubt the BEST online company I have ever dealt with. Easy ordering and payment online and then when I thought I had ordered the wrong sizes I telephoned their offices nd was given clear and precise information with great advice. Even when the delivery arrived (extremely promptly at little expense compared to others) I realised I needed a different size and the change over was so quick and so un-complicated and hassel free i will deffinately be buying again and have absolutely no reservations in recommending this company to others as their service is simply outstanding. I cannot speak highly enough of them. I received a professional and traditional service hard to come by in this day and age and it made no difference that I was buying online it was as if I had face to face service from being in a store in person. A great company with great staff.

Great service, fast delivery
I ordered some clothes for my son, and it was so easy to find what he wanted on the website. The ability to zoom into the details of the clothes helped a lot when he was deciding what he wanted. Delivery was fast, they even phoned to confirm the address and time. Great service!

Fast service but the garment was dirty.
Purchased a white long sleeve polo shirt which arrived quickly. However I was disappointed as it arrived in a crushed plastic bag that had quite obviously been opened and had lost its stickiness. The writing on the bag was faded, it looked old. The white polo itself was covered in black fluff a d looked dirty. The collars were a different shade of white to the rest of the shirt. Not at all happy !

nothing a problem
I ordered age 14 jeans for my son - they arrived promptly but were too big - I phoned the sales team and they reserved the age 12 and I returned the age 14 - few days later the age 12 arrived. Excellent service - would recommend this company and will be using them again.

Can't praise this company highly enough. My order came the very next morning, altho I had to return an item for exchange I received the replacement within a day of them receiving the parcel back, the girl I spoke to in customer service was very helpful and saved my new item for me.. All in all. Excellent service all round, highly recommended .

I had to phone up to check stock level for the pair of shoes that I wanted and the lad in one of the shop immediately got on the case to find the one and only pair left in their chains of shop with my size and colour I wanted and whilst I was on the phone to him, he made the link live online for me to purchase! Excellent service! Plus a free trendy BASE carrier bag! ;)

Great quality clothes, delivered quickly - completely happy
Have bought from Base a few times now. The last time was jeans and school shoes which were needed urgently. Bought them one day and they were delivered the next. The sizes were good too. Overall a good experience
