Very friendly and most importantly, sincere service!
I had to phone up to check stock level for the pair of shoes that I wanted and the lad in one of the shop immediately got on the case to find the one and only pair left in their chains of shop with my size and colour I wanted and whilst I was on the phone to him, he made the link live online for me to purchase! Excellent service! Plus a free trendy BASE carrier bag! ;)

Great quality clothes, delivered quickly - completely happy
Have bought from Base a few times now. The last time was jeans and school shoes which were needed urgently. Bought them one day and they were delivered the next. The sizes were good too. Overall a good experience

Great online shop and fantastic customer service
I have shopped on the Base Fashion website several times and every order I have placed has arrived quickly.
For my most recent order I needed to change the size of a top that I ordered as I had made a mistake. The guy at their customer service was so helpful and managed to catch my order before it was sent out and make the change. It saved me from having to return it.
I will definitely use Base again and recommend my friends to them.

I'll be back!!
Fantastic service would highly recomend I ordered an Armani shirt age 13... too small I rang their office and they checked to see if age 16 was in stock, it was and they reserved it for me.
I posted mine back and within 2days got the other one!!! Fits and looks fab!!
Very impressed with the standards of this company and will deffinitely be shopping here again as will friends, give it a try you won't be dissapointed!!

Excellent service, great shirts!
My grandson introduced me to this company! Thank you Luca xx Great for boys clothes as well as grown up's too. Have fantastic sales. Last bought online and there was a problem with the code to get the discount but the friendly voice at the end of the 'phone (which was answered immediately and by a human voice) put it all right. Got the excellent discounts and when the shirts arrived the following week my husband was chuffed to bits with them. Wash and iron well too and that's got to be a big bonus for me!
Don't hesitate to buy. Beautiful clothes.

Excellent customer sevice
The Supertrash top I wanted wasn't available online so I rang Base Fashion and their customer service advisor informed me they had one in one of their stores and would ring them to check if it was still available and would get back to me. He got back to me within 15 minutes and provided me with all the despatch and payment information. Also, as I didn't have an account with them, he sent me an email confirming my order.
I received excellent customer service from them and will be making more purchases from them in the future.

Fantastico! Had troubles so phoned for help and seriously couldn't have been more helpful! Very impressed!
Brilliant service as I had to phone for help, the sizing on the website was too confusing for kids. The help I got was brilliant I was passed to another store for information, and when I had to exchange that was sorted through another store for me too. I never write reviews but was really impressed with the service I received, all too rare in this day and age.

Exceptional customer service
I needed a shirt they tracked one down, rang me back and I was on school run man says I'm sorry you're on the school run I'll ring you back in half an hour and he did. Very friendly and helpful.

I found the voi sizing are small fitting, but found the people that work for base very polite and was very helpful, and the products are geniune and very high quality. Fast delivery is a understatement as came within 2 days thank you basefashion :)

Couldn't be more happy with the sevice from Base.
I placed my order mid afternoon on the Friday (around 2.30pm) and i received my parcel at 8am Saturday morning.
Such a fantastic service, will defo use again and be passing it on to my friends and family.

GREAT VOI JACKET
Selecting the product, paying and then delivery was very straighforward. However the product had a small defect when received. However Base very simply asked me to return it and not only was i refunded the postage i paid but they also sent out a replacement within 2 days. Overall very happy with the service and the jacket is brilliant!!!

VANS BELT
I ordered a Vans Belt at about 5pm in the evening & it was delivered the next day with Royal Mail.Fast delivery is always great.Wud def use this company again.

Did not recieve product, its been 2 weeks, Base is S***
It sucks so hard, i waited patiently and still it has not been delivered

We have looked into your order and can see the order was dispatched 2 days after you placed the order, but could not be delivered by Royal Mail as there wasn't anyone at your given address to sign for the package. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I found the sales representative very helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way and found the item that I required. I then received the item the following day.
Unfortunately the item was not suitable so I took it back to my local store who arranged to have the item returned and my card refunded.
An excellent shopping experience that I would definitley recommend :o)

base is bere sik its has bere peng clothing but the 2 problems are the postage and the cost of some of the clothing a bit toooo expensive
