Meget at spare og super hurtig levering!
Har købt produkter her fra flere gange, og det er bare i orden.Nem hjemmeside, og varerne kommer hurtigt!! Og bedst af alt der er virkelig meget at spare på produkter som ikke forhandlesså mange steder!! Ingen minusser her!

Trustworthy on-line retailer
Website is very clear and easy to navigate and I never had problems when trying to place an order. I like the fact that the stock levels are indicated it makes me feel more confident when ordering and if a product is out of stock you can set up an e-mail alert or if new stock is coming soon it says so. Also I like the reward points system, the reviews and the free international delivery when you spend a certain amount. I always got my orders without problems within 3 to 5 working days in France. Packaging could be a bit stronger if anything but overall I am very pleased with bathandunwind and would recommend them without hesitation.

Do not use this company
Two week after buying a product it still hasn't arrived and they won't do a thing about it to after a month from purchase, customer service non existent! Appalling service,

Gode priser og hutig levering
Fik mine varer ret hurtigt og var yderst tilfreds med servicen. Mit køb bliver gjort meget billiger hos bathundwind.com og jeg sparede ca halvdelen.

God kundeservice
Hurtig levering, til en meget fornuftig pris.
Efterfølgende god service ved reklamation, da jeg desværre modtog et produkt hvor emballagen var skadet under transporten. Hurtig tilbagemelding, og tilfredsstillende løsning på problemet.

Subsequently, good service to complaints, as I unfortunately received a product where the packaging was damaged during shipping. Rapid feedback and satisfactory solution to the problem.

Excellent
First class service. Item I ordered was not in stock but I received the courtesy of an email to let me know the situation and when it was expected to be dispatched. The item arrived true to word. I would recommend this company highly. After very bad expeience with So Special I was a bit dubious about purchasing from a company I had not dealt with previously.

Superb prices and service
For years I have used Mankind to purchase toiletries, and I will continue to do so, but unfortunately they didn't stock an item I required, and these people did.
I was slightly concerned by going somewhere else after being conned by the lowlives at www.sospecial.co.uk but fortunately bathandunwind were excellent.
I recieved my goods the next working day, and cannot fault their service at any time.
