I ordered a toilet with soft close lid. Order arrived very promptly. However, the lid is definitely not soft close - nearly taking the builder's fingertips off. BathEmpire were very helpful on the phone, asking me to send a photo of the offending lid in and I have done so … a week ago. Now waiting for my photo to be passed to the Warehouse for their opinion and wondering when I'll get the lid I ordered. Depending on outcome, I may be 'satisfied customer' or very cross, but it is taking a while to make a decision.
Bought expensive shower tray which was damaged, took photos and sent to the supplier, they sated that due to us fitting they would not offer a refund or any discount, product was delivered two days before Christmas and the client would have been left without a shower, despite this the Company stuck to 'company policy' and refused to accept any liability. We use several different suppliers and would not have this issue elsewhere. Made worse by the fact we procured the far more expensive resin stone base unit. Wont use again!
The website was easy to navigate with plenty of pictures so it was easy to find just what we wanted and the price was great as the item was on special offer. Delivery was pretty good, although we did have to collect from our local post office, but this wasn't a problem.
