Perfect hassle- free service
Great experience. I ordered the part I needed and it was delivered the next day without any problems. The delivery company contacted me and texted ahead of the delivery to confirm the time of delivery. Very impressive service.

Good products let down by poor packaging/ shipment
"There's a problem with your delivery"
Not what you want to hear on the doorstep when a delivery has been set up for a specific day to coincide with me being at my son's house to install his shower.
The problem was that, according to the carrier, the lid hadn't been secured properly on the tanking compound and was leaking. A full replacement was arranged and shipped in the next day - this arrived with the lid on but the handle broken - not a disaster but ......
Product fine - shipping department needs a shakedown.

very fast service
b2u offer a speedy service from start to finish. Have now used them twice. Only flaw was with the goods from Grohe - the website claims the fittings are chrome, but they're not - they are plastic with silver colour. Pity the btu rep didn't know that.

A great purchase. Looks very classy!
I ordered the dark walnut bathroom cupboard. There were a few tiny scratches on the inside of the cabinet but its overall condition was very good. An almost invisible thin layer of plastic was used to help protect the veneer. Another plus is that the doors are soft closing which I wasn't aware of when purchasing.
My main criticism is that there were no installation instructions and that wall plugs/screws were not provided.
However, I would definately recommend to a friend.

I heard a tap on the door ! sorry on the bath.
I orderd remote bath filler valves & high rise basin mixer tap ,had call from delivery /courier man ,2/3 days later ,to be told delivery time.They arrived on time. Excellent service ,.Taps were just what we wanted (very stylish) & at a very good price.

Expensive but decent service
We needed a drain for a wet room and Bathroom2U were the only supplier who seemed to supply the kind of drain (long channel) required so top marks there. Their delivery was prompt also. The only downside is the item was priced rather highly for what it was.

Good overall service
Really pleased with the mirror that we bought. Great price. Well packaged. Delivery was really quick, although we were not made aware that the item had been dispatched and the courier didn't leave a card when we were out, but thank fully a neighbour brought it round. I made an error when paying for the item but this was resolved very efficiently. Would recommend.

Stunningly efficient service
I sat in bed and ordered the item (had meant to do it (earlier) - and forgot about it. In the morning I had a text offering me delivery options - and I delayed delivery one day. The delivery driver arrived dead on time and told me that they didn't use technology - only magic! Humour included for the same price!

Perfect service, great price, and the telephone staff were polite and upbeat
I wanted to say thank you to the Bathroom2u staff. Not only did they have the item I wanted in stock but they made sure it was all shipped together and on time. The price was reasonable and I enjoyed chatting with the telephone staff. Helpful and friendly. A great company to buy from. *Added extra...* Despite the negative review on here I can honestly say they went out of their way to ensure colours matched and even went as far to contact the manufacture with my picky request for a gold shower kit which they had to piece together from separate orders. I highly recommend Bathroom2u... Great job guys!

An awful experience
Whatever you do stay away from this company. They advertise cheaper good but dealing with them is total nightmare. There was a mistake with my order and after convincing them that it was incorrect they finally agreed to get them exchanged but only once their courier company collected them. Their courier company did not collect for days, and I had to do most of the running around to try to get the correct items to site.
Once the correct items arrived I was told I that most of the parts did not come with the product and I had to order separately. After asking fro prices them confirming my order I was told it would take up 14 working days as some of the items were not in stock. I asked if their delivery fee would be waived considering the circumstances, I am yet to receive a reply.
This company cost me time and money and I would not recommend their services to anyone. If you are looking to save a few pounds and don't mind the heartache of being messed around then 'bathroom2u' is company for you. But if your time is precious, find a more established company that will do the job right the first time..

We delivered the products that you ordered via the website and they included everything that you selected, however we can’t be held responsible for items that you order incorrectly. We sent over £700 of items out to you on top of what you had already ordered without receiving the other items back.
All our staff are fully trained on the products we sell and are able to provide information on the different types of wall hung frames, and the website descriptions give full details of what is included and what is not.
We thank you for your custom and are sorry you feel you had a bad experience with us.

GREAT PRICE, GOOD SERVICE
Ordered a tall free standing bathroom cabinet just before Xmas and it was delivered 3rd Jan. I could have ordered a similar product elsewhere and had it delivered before Xmas, but the difference in the price made it worth the short wait. Once I had placed the order, I was called the following day to arrange the delivery date, again the day before delivery to let me know the time slot and on the day, the delivery guys called to let me know I was next on their list. Couldn't ask for more. Lovely sturdy cabinet, fully assembled (other than the handles) and a really good price.

We Believe in Bathroon2u
The web site is easy to use , but could give more technical details (dimentions etc) of the products - or links to such info. The prices were the cheapest I could find. I recieved a text/email to expect delivery on the 2nd of Jan 2013, so stayed in expecting del. It never came so a day wasted playing Star Wars with my 4yr old ;) I checked the tracking number from text online and found out that it would be deliverd the next day. I recieved the goods after a new text the next day - so all was good. Will be ordering again!!
