WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE : - (
I placed my order on 15/1/13 for a bathroom suite "Tetragon Cubic Contemporary".
It was delivered a few days later. From day one we had problem flushing the toilet. I have spoken to sales / customer support on a number of occasions and provided all the information they requested including pictures. This took them a couple of months.
In the end they have given phone number of the manufacturing company rather than resolving the problem themselves.
Worst customer support. You would be lucky if the product work first time.
I would advise not to buy from this company at all.

As you can imagine your review has caused me concern as this is certainly not the level of service that we provide our valued customers.
I have looked at the correspondence between yourself and the customer services team and do believe that your review is unfair after I have looked at the emails and the time delay of those emails being answered by yourself, The customer service team have also had difficulty in reaching you by telephone which I do understand you are busy and working yourself.
I have also looked at the issue you have reported and it looks like the rods have been cut to short and that is why the cistern has not been flushing.
The manufactures have a technical team that were able to help you and explain how to adjust the rods and was easier for them to explain to your plumber rather than through ourselves on this occasion.
As a gesture of goodwill on this occasion I have organised a replacement cistern for you. Please call our logistics dept at your nearest convenience to arrange a delivery date.
Please liaise with myself directly should you have any further issues.

Wrong items delivered
Ordered a complete bathroom package, told it would be with me Friday. Didn't arrive. Chased it up and they said it would come Wednesday. When it did arrive shower screen that was part of order was not present, instead 2 bath screens had been included in order. Poor to say the least.
It gets worse... Told by my plumber waste was wrong so called to tell Bathrooms321. they insisted this could be the case, but i emailed photos all the same. Chased up my emails with mutiple calls only to eventually be told that the waste i'd be sent was discontinued so they'd send me out another. My plumber was waiting to finish bathroom (and costing me more money!) so i had to send him out to the shop to buy another waste (wasting more time) and all i was offered by general manager was a £10 refund. This customer service is WAY OFF!

Excellent service from start to finish!!
Bathshop is a company I would really recommend. Using their website was easy with our order being acknowledged almost straight away. Next day I had a call from them to say unfortunately the premium bath we ordered was currently unavailable but they could supply the standard one instead. I agreed to this and the order was still delivered on the original date that they had specified. The packaging was good and had protected the bath well. We are very pleased with the bath and it fits into our tight gap very well.

First class service, just as we expected.

Excellent customer service.

Good service and quality products delivered promptly
After I had placed my order I received a telephone call to say that one of the items was not in stock but should be in on the following Monday or Tuesday. Then Tuesday afternoon I received another telephone call to say that the item had arrived and to arrange the delivery for the best time to suit myself. Couldn't fault the service, with good communication all the way along the line. Our plumber came yesterday and fitted the toilets, and they are excellent quality. I'm well pleased, and would recommend this company to anyone.

Extremely helpful and superb customer service
I had ordered a basin for our new bathroom, but we decided to go with a different basin.
I contacted Bathshop321 late on a Sunday over the May Bank Holiday and asked how to cancel the order.
I received an email from Martin early the next day saying the order had been cancelled and the refund would be processed over the next few days.
True to his word, the refund appeared on my account a few days later.
I would definitely use them again!

terrible!
Do not order from this company. Poor service from beginning to end. I am still waiting for part of the order which I was told was not available only after it was ordered. I have had to chase them up regarding the order and have been fobbed off a few times. T he bath panels have still not arrived and everytime I ring they have told me they are coming the next day!

Poor service, poor customer service wouldnt use again or recommend to anyone
Your company shouldnt offer a time slot when it cannot be stuck to, i was told my bathroom suite would be delivered on the wednesday between 8am and 1pm it never come, i rang up that say day and the women said it would be here soon, by the time i arrived home from work still nothing so i contacted the company again and i was told it was never coming on the wednesday atall it would be here on the thursday after phoning after in the afternoon and a customer service lady saying it would be here soon, so yet again i was told by your company it would be here between 8 am and 1pm again yet again another day i got someone to sit in and wait it finally arrived at 6pm that night
i think customer service should be spoken to and not to promise a delivery time slot which cant be stuck to
as i say i had someone in waiting two days for delivery of this suite which i dont think is good enough .......

Absolutely fantastic!
Delivery of suite was quick when i had a problem with missing bath panel brackets and tap i phoned customer services on the friday replacements were recieved the following morning and i didnt phone until the afternoon wow!!

Cancelled order
Placed order in good faith and full balanice paid.
On day of expected delivery checked estimated time only to be told delivery would a further 21 days.
Cancelled order and had to wait for refund.
Bought product elsewhere in 5 days and cost only £20 more.
Cannot and would not recommend this company.

Goods still not received
I've been asked to write a review for products however they haven't even been received. I placed an order for a bath on 28th April. On 30th April I received a phone call from a very pleasant lady telling me the bath was not in stock and that i could expect a delivery the following Tuesday (7th May). The following Tuesday I chased up the delivery to be told that the goods had not been received into store yet and that they would be yet another week or so. On Sunday I received the e-mail asking me to review Bathshop321 and unfortunately I don't really have anything positive to say at this point.
The staff were all polite however I feel I have been mislead about when the goods would be received and have not been kept informed of the progress of my order.

I was really disappointed when I read your review and as such made a personal phone call to you today; I was pleased to hear the result of that phone call, which was that you wanted to change your review of our company to a positive one.
As discussed on the phone we were sorry for the delay on your bath. The delay may have been down to myself due to the fact I normally stock 10 of the Venice freestanding baths but increased this order to 50 and as such this held up the delivery to us and subsequently you for a few days.
Please accept my apologies in this isolated case but glad you are happy now and love your bath.

Excellent range at keen prices
I ordered a Mono Basin tap, Thermostatic shower mixer, Shower Riser, Shower Screen and radiator valves. I had researched many sites and found these products to be cheapest from Bathshop321. Ordering was easy via the website and the goods were delivered correctly, all together and very promptly.
I had to return the radiator valves as I ordered the wrong type and found the process was unnecesarily complicated but did eventually get a full refund. For this reason only I couldn't give 5 stars.

Poor Service!
Bought myself a new bathroom suite off of the site! The packaging of the products was non exsistant and i was unhappy with the basin as the enamel hasnt covered! I rang for assistance and a rude man told me to send an email with pictures! I did this straight away and am still waiting for a response! Pathetic customer services and im suffering for the company's poor service! Would not recommend there are far more efficient companies out there.

Not bad, could do better replying to customers emails faster.
I was quite happy with the suite. I was disappointed at first as my order went through and I then get a call a few days later stating that the product will take another week to be delivered. I think Internet needs updating with stock more often. I find it quite frustrating that emails do not get answered faster. I am having to return some goods as they were not suitable. We'll see how that goes but doesn't seem great so far as I haven't received no reply to my returns form and to be told that I need to arrange return myself without being offered a service by yourself. Not bad on the whole though but just some suggestions for you.

Highly recommend
We have had this fitted in our small downstairs cloakroom and it fits perfectly. The sink unit is very attractive and the cupboard provides plenty of storage. I would highly recommend this cloakroom if you need something compact and stylish.
Delivery was also very quick.

Budget Price - Budget Product
I don't mean to be too harsh in the heading as the price of the suite recently purchased was very good, delivery was excellent and in the main, having chosen the premium finish, the product is very nice.
What did let it down was though:
The runner board supporting the bath was twisted. This meant that when fitting the feet that the bath was not sitting level (not just requiring a tweek of the feet, but serious improvisation).
The wooden blocks around the brim of the bath for attaching brackets to mount to the wall again were bonded in a crooked fashion. This again caused issues when fitting the bath.
Not wall/floor fixings provided for fastening the toilet to the floor or sink to the wall.
No bath panel clips provided for attaching the bath panel to the bath. NOTE: I found these extremely hard to buy on their own and only found them in a plumbers merchants odds and sods box.
The 'chrome' effect shower head mount and overflow outlet in the sink very soon go a dull colour.
Mostly things that maybe a professional would easily overcome but as a competent DIYer it delayed the job, cost a few more quid than expected and just took the shine (forgive the pun) off the finished product.

You are not being harsh at all. All feed back is greatly received as it helps us grow and support our customers. However on this occasion I would have contacted our bathroom experts and they would have been able to guide you through all of the challenges you have raised.
Where necessary this could have meant replacing the bath and expediting replacement panel clips to you. (These are normally found attached to the back of the panel).
In relation to the hardware to secure the toilet and basin to their respective surfaces. It is an industry standard to not send these fittings. Only due to the complexities of the actual installation space. One set of hardware would be ideal for say fixing a basin to a stud partition wall , but would not be ideal if that wall is of brick construction. Likewise the hardware required to secure a toilet to the floor varies as well.
As you explained in your review a professional would easily overcome these minor challenges but it does highlight how specifications can change from one bathroom to another and for potential customers, who are not as blessed with competent DIY skills, should perhaps enlist a professional. Or at the very least call our bathroom experts for some free advice. It can save some hardship in the long run.
