Placed order 6 weeks ago which never materialised!

Placed order for Shower enclosure which was stated as in stock on the website. After numerous calls by myself I have cancelled the order as they say they are unable to fulfil this. These things sometimes happen but the item is still available to purchase on their website and states in stock which is unacceptable. They have also had the money for the item since placing the order. The level of service and communication was woeful in regards to the entire process and on numerous occasions they stated they would get back to me but didn't. I have now missed my slot with my bathroom fitter and the job has been put back 2 months. The order was placed on the 5th Feb and cancelled today (14th March) ref21529
