Not bad, could do better replying to customers emails faster.
I was quite happy with the suite. I was disappointed at first as my order went through and I then get a call a few days later stating that the product will take another week to be delivered. I think Internet needs updating with stock more often. I find it quite frustrating that emails do not get answered faster. I am having to return some goods as they were not suitable. We'll see how that goes but doesn't seem great so far as I haven't received no reply to my returns form and to be told that I need to arrange return myself without being offered a service by yourself. Not bad on the whole though but just some suggestions for you.
