Do not order from this company. Poor service from beginning to end. I am still waiting for part of the order which I was told was not available only after it was ordered. I have had to chase them up regarding the order and have been fobbed off a few times. T he bath panels have still not arrived and everytime I ring they have told me they are coming the next day!

    It is very disappointing to hear of the issue that you have reported, may I assure you that this situation does not in any way represent the level of service that we strive to achieve, and I would like to take this opportunity to offer you our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    I personally look into all feedback whether negative or positive and as such after looking at your comments, the panel I found out was dispatched and sent to you on the 8th may so I am perplexed as to why you have not received this item at this point.

    I have tried to call you today (21/5/2013) and left messages on your house phone and mobile number so I can rectify this issue for you. I can confirm the panels are in stock, please give me personally a call back so that we can arrange for a panel to be sent to you ASAP.

    May I take this opportunity to once again offer you my sincere apologises, and to thank you for your cooperation and patience to date.
