i cancelled my order

I cancelled my order on your website the item was posted as in stock this was not true.After waiting the required days for delivery I rang to be told the item had not come in stock as expected I agreed to wait a further couple days they still did not come in stock so I had to cancel as I had arranged a plumber to fit prior to my sons wedding last weekend I hope my account has been credited as I have not had chance to check my account yet .sorry it is not a positive review.

    Please accept my apologies on behalf of Bathshop321.

    With reference to your order for the bath screen priced at £44.99, I feel I must apologise, this screen retails at £147.00, we wanted to see it and check the quality , I initially took in a order from the manufactures for ten of these units and it went live on the website, these sold within a few hours of going live, after checking the quality I was most impressed, I gave the manufacturer an order for a 1000 items and due to the size of the order, the shipment was delayed by a few more days than I was initially informed.

    The product arrived with me the day after Martin processed your refund.

    I do sincerely apologise for this discrepancy and hope you got a bath screen for your son’s wedding and had a good day of celebrations.

    If you require anything in the future please don’t hesitate to contact me directly and I will assist you personally with your order.
