Ordering online was easy and I was contacted by a helpful customer services person.
Delivery was quicker than expected.
The cabinets themselves are lovely - extremely sturdy and heavy, very smart looking, but they do hum a little bit
Can't fault quality of goods. Few admin issues but these were put right asap and have to say the customer service was good throughout.
Would certainly recommend to friends and family.
I ordered glass panel for a wet room. Ordered from Bathshop 321 and was delighted.
My plumber could not believe the price that I had paid for such quality. He told me that a similar screen in other well known stores would have been double the price.

I'm going to start with the positives. First of all the quality of the goods I have received are excellent and reasonably priced. I have no complaints about the goods at all.
Ok, now for the negatives. First of all I put my order in for a full bath suite over 2 months ago. I was told at the time there was a delay in when the bath would be delivered, by about 6 weeks. This was not a problem as I was happy to wait.
I arranged time off work to in order to put in my new bath suite, although with about a week to go I was told that there was a delay on the bath and it would be delivered on/around 10/06/13. Although frustrating I agreed that this wouldn't be too much of a problem. I arranged for my goods to be delivered in two parts, sink, toilet etc in the first, bath second.
My first delivery arrived only to find that the toilet was smashed into many pieces. In fairness when I spoke to Bathshop321 they said another would be despatched as soon as possible. On the Monday I spoke with Bathshop321 and was told that the delivery was due that day. I stayed in all day and received nothing. I rang back on Tuesday to inform them I still hadn't received it. I was told that I had been told the wrong day and would be delivered on the Tuesday, which thankfully it did, undamaged.
I was told at this time that the delivery of the bath had been further delayed and wouldn't arrive at my home until 25/06/13 which was totally unsuitable as I had already started work on my bathroom. I had to get the tilers to work around the issue and now have a half tiled bathroom with my old bath in it. I had to cancel the plumber completely.
Today is the 24/06/13. I rang this morning to ask if the delivery was due to arrive tomorrow (as I had to book off time at work). Sadly I am told this delivery is now not due until 08/07/13. I was told that someone had tried to contact me last week to inform me, but I didn't receive a call/voicemail.
During my contacts with Bathshop321 I have been very disappointed with the level of service. I am never kept up to date with changes to the delivery dates, I only find out when I ring them (although I'm always told they tried to ring me). My wife and I have felt as though they are rude and treat you as a pain or an imbecile. It is always the blame of the suppliers... This may be the case but that shuldn't be my problem, it is their's. I entered into agreement with Bathshop321 not the suppliers.
If it was my problem, I would be contacting them several times a day to ensure that the order - or at least part order were delivered on time. Its Bathshop321's image that is being deteriorated, not the suppliers and not mine.
The only solutions that have been offered are that I could order a different bath, wait or cancel my order.
I was prepared to cancel my order around the 12th of June and said I would only continue with my order if they could guarantee the order would be with me by the 25/06/13. I was told that the order was definitely due in on that date so I proceeded with my order. Fool.
If I wanted a different bath I would go to a different company that would deliver on time.
The only option I have is to wait. I will update you as and when I finally receive my order (which will be at the earliest - 1 month late) not great when I paid for the goods 6 weeks in advance.
David, thanks for your apologies, I will put them with the others I have previously trecieved from bathshop321. Unfortunately apologies aren't really helping.
A couple of points - I certainly have not received any calls at any time to update me with delays. All updates have been when I have called. My point remains the same: the goods I have received are fantastic, no complaints there. The customer service received (or nit received) has been very poor. I note that I am not the only reviewer to mention this, and suggest it is an area worth looking into.
Also, you may wish to note that another bathshop have started selling these baths in the last week and have them in stock delivering in 3-7 days at a cheaper price. <external link removed>.
My new vanity unit appeared exactly when predicted, looking exactly as described. And when the delivery man managed to drop it on one corner while unloading, one call to Bathshop Customer Services ensured that a replacement appeared on my doorstep only 24 hours later. As I live on a narrow country road in the middle of nowhere and all deliveries take ages, I thought that was pretty good.
I placed my order on 15/1/13 for a bathroom suite "Tetragon Cubic Contemporary".
It was delivered a few days later. From day one we had problem flushing the toilet. I have spoken to sales / customer support on a number of occasions and provided all the information they requested including pictures. This took them a couple of months.
In the end they have given phone number of the manufacturing company rather than resolving the problem themselves.
Worst customer support. You would be lucky if the product work first time.
I would advise not to buy from this company at all.

A lot cheaper than my normal trade supplier, Yet the quality was not compromised.

Shopped about, best price I could find, had read reviews and they had been good. Made purchase, all confirmed,delivery quick, product well wrapped, very pleased.
Ordered a complete bathroom package, told it would be with me Friday. Didn't arrive. Chased it up and they said it would come Wednesday. When it did arrive shower screen that was part of order was not present, instead 2 bath screens had been included in order. Poor to say the least.
It gets worse... Told by my plumber waste was wrong so called to tell Bathrooms321. they insisted this could be the case, but i emailed photos all the same. Chased up my emails with mutiple calls only to eventually be told that the waste i'd be sent was discontinued so they'd send me out another. My plumber was waiting to finish bathroom (and costing me more money!) so i had to send him out to the shop to buy another waste (wasting more time) and all i was offered by general manager was a £10 refund. This customer service is WAY OFF!
Bathshop is a company I would really recommend. Using their website was easy with our order being acknowledged almost straight away. Next day I had a call from them to say unfortunately the premium bath we ordered was currently unavailable but they could supply the standard one instead. I agreed to this and the order was still delivered on the original date that they had specified. The packaging was good and had protected the bath well. We are very pleased with the bath and it fits into our tight gap very well.
Our builders were pushing the work on our house so fast we were almost caught out but we ordered the bathroom suite and it arrived exactly on time . The suite is just what we wanted . So we and the builder are very happy.
I placed an order with Bathshop 321 and before it was delivered I had to make some changes on a large item. (My fault, Not theirs) Their customer service was excellent and everything was sorted out to my satisfaction. It makes a change nowadays to deal with a company that listens and does their best to help when things do not go to plan. I would recommend Bathshop 321 to anyone.
After I had placed my order I received a telephone call to say that one of the items was not in stock but should be in on the following Monday or Tuesday. Then Tuesday afternoon I received another telephone call to say that the item had arrived and to arrange the delivery for the best time to suit myself. Couldn't fault the service, with good communication all the way along the line. Our plumber came yesterday and fitted the toilets, and they are excellent quality. I'm well pleased, and would recommend this company to anyone.
I had ordered a basin for our new bathroom, but we decided to go with a different basin.
I contacted Bathshop321 late on a Sunday over the May Bank Holiday and asked how to cancel the order.
I received an email from Martin early the next day saying the order had been cancelled and the refund would be processed over the next few days.
True to his word, the refund appeared on my account a few days later.
I would definitely use them again!
Do not order from this company. Poor service from beginning to end. I am still waiting for part of the order which I was told was not available only after it was ordered. I have had to chase them up regarding the order and have been fobbed off a few times. T he bath panels have still not arrived and everytime I ring they have told me they are coming the next day!
Your company shouldnt offer a time slot when it cannot be stuck to, i was told my bathroom suite would be delivered on the wednesday between 8am and 1pm it never come, i rang up that say day and the women said it would be here soon, by the time i arrived home from work still nothing so i contacted the company again and i was told it was never coming on the wednesday atall it would be here on the thursday after phoning after in the afternoon and a customer service lady saying it would be here soon, so yet again i was told by your company it would be here between 8 am and 1pm again yet again another day i got someone to sit in and wait it finally arrived at 6pm that night
i think customer service should be spoken to and not to promise a delivery time slot which cant be stuck to
as i say i had someone in waiting two days for delivery of this suite which i dont think is good enough .......
Delivery of suite was quick when i had a problem with missing bath panel brackets and tap i phoned customer services on the friday replacements were recieved the following morning and i didnt phone until the afternoon wow!!
Placed order in good faith and full balanice paid.
On day of expected delivery checked estimated time only to be told delivery would a further 21 days.
Cancelled order and had to wait for refund.
Bought product elsewhere in 5 days and cost only £20 more.
Cannot and would not recommend this company.
Couldn't have been simpler, i ordered a shower tray one day, it was delivered by lunch the next. Cheaper than anywhere else and delivery was much less expensive too. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a bathroom suite as well as a downstairs toilet and sink and apart from the cheap price, the service was excellent, delivery came as described and products were as listed. Fully recommend Bathshop321 to others.
I've been asked to write a review for products however they haven't even been received. I placed an order for a bath on 28th April. On 30th April I received a phone call from a very pleasant lady telling me the bath was not in stock and that i could expect a delivery the following Tuesday (7th May). The following Tuesday I chased up the delivery to be told that the goods had not been received into store yet and that they would be yet another week or so. On Sunday I received the e-mail asking me to review Bathshop321 and unfortunately I don't really have anything positive to say at this point.
The staff were all polite however I feel I have been mislead about when the goods would be received and have not been kept informed of the progress of my order.
My daughter had her bathroom from here 2 years ago & recommended me to them. Prices are very competitive, order delivered promptly & quality superb.

I ordered a Mono Basin tap, Thermostatic shower mixer, Shower Riser, Shower Screen and radiator valves. I had researched many sites and found these products to be cheapest from Bathshop321. Ordering was easy via the website and the goods were delivered correctly, all together and very promptly.
I had to return the radiator valves as I ordered the wrong type and found the process was unnecesarily complicated but did eventually get a full refund. For this reason only I couldn't give 5 stars.

Great service bath took a little longer than expected to be delivered, but very pleased with it, delivery man very helpful. Had a faulty set of waterfall taps, but response was quick for a replacement, On the whole everything was dealt with super fast. thank you very much.
Bought myself a new bathroom suite off of the site! The packaging of the products was non exsistant and i was unhappy with the basin as the enamel hasnt covered! I rang for assistance and a rude man told me to send an email with pictures! I did this straight away and am still waiting for a response! Pathetic customer services and im suffering for the company's poor service! Would not recommend there are far more efficient companies out there.
I was quite happy with the suite. I was disappointed at first as my order went through and I then get a call a few days later stating that the product will take another week to be delivered. I think Internet needs updating with stock more often. I find it quite frustrating that emails do not get answered faster. I am having to return some goods as they were not suitable. We'll see how that goes but doesn't seem great so far as I haven't received no reply to my returns form and to be told that I need to arrange return myself without being offered a service by yourself. Not bad on the whole though but just some suggestions for you.
