Bathstore and delivery staff were fantastic. Problems started when I first tried to assemble it - there seemed to be pieces missing as they didn't match the instructions. Turned out I did have the correct parts but the rubbish and confusing instructions meant putting it together was incredibly fiddly towards the end particularly as it's so heavy. I ended up doing a bodge job and there's a massive gap between the doors and one side. I'm not great with diy but this was an ordeal. Done properly the cabinet could look lovely but I am really regretting buying it.
Having received the toilet seat I was amazed at the quality, my kids watch the seat going down more than the Telly, only down fall was that because my toilet has a deeper back the screws didn't fit but found some that did in my toolbox, no fault of the company, , all in all worth the value very pleased with product.
I appreciated the choice af delivery days and the option to adjust those days if necessary. I was updated and told to within an hour when to expect delivery. The goods arrived in good time as predicted. My purchase was easy and convenient.
I paid a sale price (there's ALWAYS a sale), for a bath, vanity unit and fittings. All turned up OK (delivery driver was a bit surly). Building the vanity unit was interesting. The instructions had clearly been put together by someone with no grasp of language (ANY language), and difficulty drawing pictures that had anything remotely to do with the subject being illustrated. A serious level of logical thinking required here, but it seems OK now it's assembled. The 'shallow inline bath waste' description states it needs a P trap. It doesn't. It will not fit a P trap, or an S trap, but needs an inline VO trap, which ended up with a lot of running around, a very confused Bathstore employee (who kept repeating 'I'm not technical - I don't know', to which I responded 'Neither am I, but I can see it doesn't fit'), and an additional £20 spent.
Three months on and still no bathroom. Delays, incorrect information passed to plumbers, notice at 9.35pm on Sunday evening that they won't be fitting the next morning. Not enough plumbers on their roll to do the job and they shouldn't claim they can. I could have used my own plumber months ago but have paid in advance. Useless.
