The reason you should ask at a later date is the purchase had to be returned. The reason was it was the wrong item sent to the one ordered. The response was good and was asked to return by freepost, so my opinion relies on how quick i get the correct order.

It was indeed our error that we sent out the incorrect batteries and as soon as you brought this to our attention by email on the 14th November we replied asking you to return the incorrect batteries using our FREEPOST label.
So far we have not had any response as to whether these have been returned to us or not in order for us to correct this mistake. We will confirm receipt of the batteries.
Please would you confirm that the batteries have been posted back to us so we know when to expect them.
