I unfortunately ordered the wrong battery and am unable to return it as batteries cannot be sent by Royal Mail. I am now stuck with it and I think this should be made clear to customers when purchasing batteries.
Found product very easily, website is great been 2 weeks still not received item ordered, took my money Ok, no notification of expected delivery date either. Dissapointing
Once my order had been placed I received several emails and texts informing me of the fact my delivery was on it's way, even down to the 2 hour delivery slot and the name of the driver! Very impressed with this service.

I cannot fault this company. I had not been able to buy these batteries in a retail store but found them on the Battery Station Website. Ordering was easy and delivery very prompt. I will be using this company again.
Ordered the batteries one afternoon and paid £3 for next day delivery. Items were delivered exactly as promised. Communications from this company are very good and precise. The DPD delivery service they use also deserves a word of praise. You are notified of almost the exact time of delivery and you can follow the whereabouts of the delivery van on-line.
Even in these days of good service (no longer routinely being told to wait up to 28 days), the service from Battery Station was outstandingly fast. I will use them for all my battery needs now.
I bulk ordered some AA's and a number of smaller watch / button style batteries. They were delivered promptly a couple of days after placing my order. I could not find a cheaper price elsewhere.
I sent an order to Battery Station. The service was excellent.. The item was well worth the money and I will be recommending to all my family and friends.
