Ich habe einen neuen Akku für mein Handy bestellt. Der Akku ist einwandfrei, der Preis stimmt, und zu meiner Freude habe ich auch noch einen Gutschein für eine nächste Bestellung erhalten. Die Bestellung ist einfach, Bezahlung ebenso. Jeweils erhält man Rückmeldungen per Email, wenn die Bestellung eingegangen ist, und die Bezahlung, wann versendet wird etc. Auch bei Rückfragen erhält man schnell eine Antwort. Ein empfehlenswerter OnlineShop. Lieferzeit bei mir 14 Tage.
This was a relatively easy and painless transaction. Product arrived as specified, and works a treat in my old phone. I note that I've purchased the 'same' battery from other suppliers, and they did not work. Charge disappeared within a day. This one seems more like the original. So excellent quality.
The only downside is the wait for the product to ship from overseas. It would be great if this could be sped up somehow. But then I'd rather have a battery that works, but arrives slower, than one that arrives the next day, only to be in the bin a week later.
it's a place to get quality products at a very good price,even tho i would like to see battery for phones that r less in attention of others,like my phone samsung galaxy gt-s6310,i couldn't find anywhere in the internet a bigger battery for it exept the original,to bad that nobody think of this kind phones...

I ordered a 9-cell laptop battery for my Lenovo X200, since the original one went to greener pastures. Less than 48-hours from ordering, I received my package with a perfectly functioning battery at a fraction of the price of a original battery.
And the performance is good. 4 hours of good use on my laptop on this new battery - I am very satisfied.
However there is one thing, that I should "warn" you against if you care about such a thing: The build quality is obviously of lesser standard than the original 3x as expensive battery. The battery almost wouldn't FIT in the slider of my X200, but eventually with a little love I got it working, and now there are no problems, besides that the dimensions of the battery are not the same as the original. It simply has more volume and does not fit like "a hand in a glove".

I ordered a new iphone 4 battery, after a couple of days i received my order in a secure box. I unboxed it and put it into my Phone. No problems what so ever and i'm using it for a half year now and is still working perfectly.

The website stated that delivery could take up to a week, because the shipment came directly from China. In my case, the shipment got lost (or something). After a week I contacted them via the contact form on the website, and got a responce within a couple of hours via mail. All correspondence was carried on from that point via mail. Every promise to "get back to me" was kept, every mail was answered.
Even though there were delivery problems (took 5 weeks for the first battery to arrive, the second (reordered battery) arrived within a week, I was allowed to keep the second battery for half price) their correct responses and help gave me the feeling that I was an import customer to them, and the problems were all solved most satisfactorily.
I definately would order there again.
I have ordered a battery for my Samsung Galaxy S3 in the very end of august because the battery has stopped working properly. It has been 2 months now, but I still haven't gotten anything. You can imagine how it is to live without being able to use a phone. My phone only works now when its plugged in and for maybe an hour with the battery if you don't use any applications (not even messages or calls). It was a real disaster when I happened to be stuck in another country in the evening without even being able to call anyone and ask to pick me up.
After waiting for the battery for 2 weeks I have contacted BatteryUpgrade, and for 3 weeks they have been asking me to wait (for the battery for a week more, for them to check something, for this and that) and in the middle of October they told me they would send a replacement battery. It has been 2 weeks now, but I haven't gotten it either.
I was able to track the first battery, it hasn't even arrived in Norway. A week ago I was told that BatteryUpgrade would track my replacement shipment, but unfortunately I haven't gotten any answer from them yet,
To sum up, I'm highly dissatisfied with both delivery time and service.
So now I have finally received the battery, but... I have to pay for toll. My battery costed about 260 Norwegian crowns, and I am supposed to pay 196 crowns more at the post station for receiving it. Moreover, it was stated on the website that I would get my order right into my postbox, which has not happened and I have to go to the post station to pick it up (this is inconvenient for me and not having to go there was one of the reasons I chose BatteryUpgrade)
Now that I have asked them if they would refund those extra costs, they refused to do it. So, people, be careful with it.
My Problem: The original item number was not available anywhere. As far as I can tell: The alternative part number offered by batteryupgrade.com was accurate in every department (Overall Dimension, wattage, voltage, Connections). They are zealous to help me - You are in safe keeping!

Anche il servizio al cliente sia di informazione sullo stato dell'ordine , sia della assistenza sullo stato della spedizione, lo ritengo molto buono . Ovvio che tutto può essere migliorato , ma ritengo che al momento ci sià una ottima qualità e un grande orientamento alla soddisfazione del cliente.
Je wordt niet teruggebeld en wordt niet geleverd. De bestelling is een week geleden geplaatst en betaald en tot op heden niet geleverd. Men neemt niet de moeite om op een email te antwoorden. Heel slecht. Ik heb spijt van deze bestelling. Hierdoor ga ik twijvelen iets via internet te kopen.
Very happy with the order and delivery process. Everything worked excellent and the product was delivered on time. Have ordered other products from BatteryUpgrade and never encountered any problems.

All email questions I had were answered by the end of the day.
I received a nice looking cover for my Samsung ACE (the battery is thicker), and now I only need to recharge every second day.
The delivery was slower than expected (the two weeks on average untill delivery claim was not met by two weeks), which is really the only reason for not giving five stars.
The customer service was speedy and decent, the product is great (a battery for the Blackberry Z10 with 300 mAh more capacity).
Though the site doesn't look too convincing, I vouch for their integrity. I'd order again should I need another battery.
I ordered a battery for my e-book. Purchase went smooth and easy. Confirmation and shipping was also OK, and my an enquiry of when to expect my order, the answer were promt.
