Most pathetic customer service
Extremely poor customer service of both Baumhaus and [Link] (same set of staff! but equally horrific customer service one can imagine) made me absolutely speechless from all the staff's behaviour there, they were definitely all trained to be cruel and mean to customers, I guess that must be one major criteria to be employed in those two companies, whether is [Name], or [Name] are exactly the same, as bad as each other. BTW they are all some sort of Manager! LOL Be very very cautious when dealing with these two companies! Almost forgot, this [Link] has a web camera for the office, most peculiar! Monitor everyone but considering the pathetic customer service you get from them, what is the point to have a camera?! There is only one answer, only to record which staff can be the meanest to their customers I suppose, who will be promoted to be the next Business Manager or Logistics Manager or Operations Manager or any sort of useless Manager
