In response to the Beanbag Bazaar response below, following my initial review: (1) I ordered my beanbag on the 31st August (I have an email from you confirming the order, which I just checked). I received on Thursday 5th. Not within the 2-3 working day promise. (2) Yodel gave me a TWO DAY window for delivery. Not even a single day - I just checked that email too, and my texts. I just happened to be in the house on delivery. Beanbag Bazaar - please contact me if you need more details - service from your delivery provider was appalling. I am happy with the products, and thought a simple mistake had been made, but now you're making it worse by not actually admitting a mistake has been made (hence the one star review). Please check your systems and get back to me. Prospective buyers, please beware - the company are not being open with the facts about regarding this order and delivery! I'm sure they get it right most of the time (judging by other reviews), but NOT THIS TIME!

We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with our delivery service :-( . All of the 7 national carriers we use notify our customers the day before that their item will be out for delivery the following working day and some even give 15 minute timeslots via text message. Timed services are available, but these of course cost more and we have found our customers generally prefer to take advantage of our free delivery as was selected for this order. We can see that your item left us on the first working day after order placement 3 September and was signed for at 10:24 on 5 September well within our 2-3 working day promise.
