FRAUDSTERS!!!

I did a nail course with Carlton Institute which to be honest wasnt the best but teaches you the basics, I decided to book a waxing course with this company too, On the morning of the course apparently no one was hairy enough and they sent us all home and were told to re-book a different day, which after numerous phone calls was done, afew days before the course I caught Conjunctivitis (a very contagious eye infection) all in all I must have tried to contact Carlton Institute near on 20 times over the course of the next few days to explain the situation and finally got through on the morning I was meant to be there to explain the situation, they said I had not given enough notice and will have to pay another £40 to do the course....THE CHEEK OF IT as I had tried contacting numerous times and to no avail, it is now 9months on and I have received no further correspondance with regards to my complaints or a refund!! THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY THE FRAUDSTERS!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS
