I understand it is international shipping and it will take a while. Trusting beautybays own delivery info page, I waited 7-10 days. I don't mind if it is another week late but I BETTER get my package. I've discovered these reviews of people not getting what they payed for after I purchased my items. If I don't get what I payed for I don't sit here writing reviews, all hell will break lose... Giving it another week
I absolutely love BeautyBay, I shop with them all the time I love the products and the prices are unbeatable! And there's no worrying about delivery as they are are super fast and always packaged beautifully.

After trying to get the exact colour in nail polish that my daughter had bought I went on line and found what I was looking for straight away, it was quick and easy to order and was delivered to my home. I was very happy with the service and will use this site again.
Was a bit unsure whether to order from BeautyBay to start with as I'm not a big fan of online shopping if there's no point of contact locally, incase there are problems. But after seeing very reasonable prices of products I decided to give it a go. Brilliant service, quick delivery and items arrived undamaged (always a bonus!) definitely will be returning when I'm low on BareMinerals again!
Beauty Bay's delivery service was great - prompt and well-packed.
The two nail varnishes are fine, with the colour as advertised.
I haven't use the foot scrub yet, but the container is really funky and looks good and non-clinical in the bathroom.
However, the Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat Twin Pack was a big disappointment. I applied it around five o'clock in the evening, and my polish had chipped by noon the next day.
Not impressed at all with this first (and only) experience. I ordered 3 products and thy managed to get two of them wrong. When I wrote to customer services to give them some feedback u received no response. I'll be going back to my previous website.
I have used beauty bay a few times and have found my experience with them brilliant, the delivery is always on time and its free which is great. The site is easy to use and the products are plentiful and at good prices too. I will be returning for my wella products, thanks beauty bay.

I have made a few orders with Beauty Bay and i can say it is a great store, delivery is always fast, prices are very good and the overall website is just a pleasure to use. i highly recommend Beauty Bay to everyone! :D
I regularly shop with BeautyBay.com for my facial cleanser, a product I cannot buy in the shops. My orders are dispatched and received within a few days, never leaving me wondering where it has got to. Quite often a free postage deal is thrown in too!! Even better.
I bought some make-up from beauty bay on a Wednesday and paid extra for next day delivery on top of the £68 I'd already spent, ready for being a bridesmaid on the Saturday, it never arrived! I had to make a special trip into town to buy the products I needed on the morning of the wedding, due to being away I didn't call beauty bay until the Monday morning, to give them their due, I did get a quick apology, followed by the reassurance I would get a refund within 3 working days, another week went past, and another phone call, and eventually, another 2 days later I received a refund for the £68, although not the extra £2.49 I paid for the next day delivery that never arrived! I think in future I'll just go to the shops....
Have previously purchased and had no problems at all. However recently ordered two items next day delivery and they didn't arrive for 8 working days. I emailed beauty bay and got no response. Wouldn't order again due to the lack of communication and care for customers.
My new Nailtique 2 and treatment oil arrived really quickly so was able to start my nails on the road to recovery asap. This stuff works. nails already stopped peeling thank goodness!
The OPI glittery nail polish is so pretty on my toes too, brings a sparkle even on dull days!
BeautyBay, was easy to use. It had all the regular brands with some I can't find on the high street. The price for the hair oil I bought was really good and cheaper than my hairdresser AND there was free delivery - Bonus!!!! My product was delivery in a reasonable time so I will use this site again.
I MADE AN ORDER ON 08/04/13 AND NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL OR ONE TO INFORM ME THAT MY ORDER HAD BEEN DISPATCHED. MY BANK STATEMENT WAS THE ONLY PROOF I HAD OF THE PURCHASE (€49.88 HAD BEEN WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT FROM BEAUTYBAY). I WAITED FOR OVER A MONTH AS MY PREVIOUS ORDER WAS EXTREMELY LATE IN ARRIVING BUT IT DID IN THE END. WHEN I E-MAILED CUSTOMER SERVICES ABOUT THE MATTER, I RECEIVED AN AUTOMATIC REPLY. WAITED FOR A PROMPT ANSWER FOR A FEW DAYS AND DECIDED TO CALL THE COMPANY TO SORT THE MATTER!
THEY ASKED ME TO FILL-IN A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND FORM WHICH I DID AND RETURNED TO THEM VIA E-MAIL. I OPTED FOR A REFUND IN ORDER NOT TO EXPERIENCE THE SAME HEADACHE A SECOND TIME. AGAIN THIS TIME I GOT AN AUTOMATIC REPLY AND WAITED FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS BUT NOONE CHOSE TO DEAL WITH MY PROBLEM. I CALLED AGAIN AND MANAGED TO GET A REFUND AFTER THE LADY ON THE PHONE RATHER RELUCTANTLY OFFERED ME A TYPICAL APOLOGY AND THE EXCUSE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HOTMAIL ACCOUNTS!!!!.
AS THIS WAS AN INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, IT'S A SHAME THAT I HAD TO SPEND HALF OF THE REFUNDED MONEY ON INTERNATIONAL PHONE CALLS!!!! AFTER ALL, I CHOSE TO BUY THE PRODUCTS I NEEDED ONLINE!!!!
Im very pleased with the products and the prices at beautybay.com they are efficient on getting the orders out and that is really important to me.They have a wide variety of products and their prices are fair I dont feel im being fleeced with P&P which a lot of other more high profile companies do. I shall continue to shop with beautybay and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family but I dont want to give all my secrets away !! Very happy customer.
I received a wrong product and thefore contacted their customer service to have it replaced, which they would be happy to. However, they closed my ticket way before having dealt with the problem (they actually did it twice) and without notifying me at all, so all in all it took 1½ month for them to send me the right product.
Yes they may be cheap but not really that cheap, and sure I might just have been unlucky, but customer service is never better than the least happy customer. I wont shop their again. Ever.
