Great products but needless hussle with the delivery.
I am very satisfied with BeautyBay.com as a website: it is clear and customer-friendly. Also the amount of the products as well as their prices is satisfactory. I was, however, quite disappointed with my latest order since oneof the procucts had opened and dirtied the whole content of the package. I made reclamation which I hope will be taken into consideration. If I receive compensation, I am satisfied.

best prices online hair repair & grew shampoo
my hair is colourd treated & im want my hair to grow it seems its at a no grow i was looking for shampoo to repair my colour treated hair & lanza hair repair protein plus shampoo does it all the protein helps with hair growth wash hair twice with the shampoo i also use lanza leave in conditioner , my hair is fuller thicker looking & longer healthy

Good Firm to Deal with but very disappointed with Sexy Hair Big Weather Proof Humidity Resistant Spray
This is the first time I have purchased on Beauty Bay. The process was simple, unstressfui and the product arrived relatively quickly. However I was extremely disappointed with the product itself. I purchased Sexy Hair Big Weather Proof Humidity Resistant Spray to go on holiday with. I went to Thailand and the weather was extremely humid. I found that this product did not work at all and I ended up with horrible frizzy hair for the duration of the holiday. This is also an expensive product so that just compounded my disappointment.

Amazing service
I love the ease of being able to find and buy all the beauty products I love all in one place and i use beauty bay a lot.
However this time when completing payment the website did not recognise my payment through PayPal. I rang up customer services and the issue was resolved immediately, I was reassured that the order had actually gone through and given 10% off my next order for the inconvenience of having to ring up (which only took 2mins) My order arrived the next day. Great stuff!
And because of this I will continue to use beauty bay as I feel reassured that if anything did go wrong with my order again that it would be sorted out quickly and without fuss.

Fool proof ordering, quick delivery - what more can you ask?
only problem I had was the order went through so quickly I didnt notice the order was going to the wrong address.However an email to you and it was sorted before it was sent. Excellent!

I purchased some tongs last Oct and they caught fire in April ! When I phoned beauty bay they were very helpful and apologetic. I received an email with my free return label that day. I did have to chase up the replacement after a week but as soon as they realised I hadn't received it they sent it out next day delivery. 5 star customer service.

Paid for delivery and did not get the product on time
I am returning my product because I paid for my delivery to come between 1 and 3 days and delivery came here, did not knock and left a card. I lost the chance to give my order as a gift. Never will buy with this website anymore. I just could get it in the post office 6 days after my shop on line.

The devil's in the detail
No issue with the product, recipient happy and would buy again.
Paid for packing and was disappointed with how shoddy it was on this occassion-acknowledge that if done well and properly, would be quite nice. Contacted them and trying to get a result seems unduly long, if you are buying a rpesent most people don't do it it several weeks in advance so don't have vast quantities of leeway for chasing back and forwards on the subject.
So on the attention to detail side - I am not personally a fan but product quite satisfactory.
At the end of the day it is down to each individual's experience.

Seriously quick turn around!

Still Haven't received my purchase
I got an email saying the order have been dispatched on the 25th OF FEB but still haven't received it yet! Tried mailing the customer service and got a mail back saying they will get back to me but never did. Clueless about what to do!!

Great Service!!
I ordered my item from BeautyBay.com on the Wednesday and it was delivered on Saturday morning. Ordering was so simple - I just found my old order and resent it!
