So disappointed :(

This was my 5th order from BeautyBay, and while the delivery has often been a little slow to Australia (usually 2-3 weeks) I have been impressed with their prices and range of products. However, when my last order arrived, an item was missing. I assumed it had been posted seperately, but after more than 6 weeks and no response from customer service (apart from automated messages) I don't think I will be buying from this company again. I even paid extra for "premier service"! Feeling incredibly ripped off, and I won't be recommending this website to anyone. :(
