I understand that when it comes to internacional delivery it can take longer than expected, but I've made my order a MONTH AGO and haven't receive it yet!! When I contacted beautybay their answer was short, vague and they were not heplful at all! I expected a lot more when I read about them, but what I see is that they really don't care if we receive our order or not. I am really dissapointed, specially because if my order don't arrive I don't know how to complain....bad customer service, really making me have a big dissapointment.
