I've placed not so many orders yet since 2012 ( or 6 I think). Out of these orders only one was missing, it was an order with nail polishes placed during that troublesome period of changes in the policy of the airline carriers in the UK. It took time to get my money back and I wish that BeautyBay improved their communication with customers through e-mail. I got my refund only thanks to contacting BeautyBay via facebook. As for the products I got in my other orders I am very pleased with their quality, and by the way I received them very quickly (I think on average it was less than 10 days, and i live in Sweden). I also like their Premier delivery service where you get several generous samples for some little payment.
