THE NEVER ENDING STORY

I've bought several times in five or six years in Beautybay, and never had any problem, but with this order.....
Bought on December 25, yes, Christmas... I understand there could be problems, delays in the post..... but after a month, on January 25 I contact for the first time with their costumer service. I had to contact with them three more times, until they sent me a lost order claim. I filled and returned signed to them on January 28, asking them a replace (why not? I had always received everything from them in many years). They sent me a reply telling that the replacement would be sent shortly.

Yesterday (25-02-14) two months ago from the order, I sent them another mail. I haven`t received anything, nor the original nor the replacement order. So I attached another lost order claim (same document the sent me in January) , but this time asking a total refund. The answer was hilarious! They said that I only have a week to return that document signed , although I explained it was the second claim.

I have mailed them explaining again that have passed two months from the order, and that this was the second claim. No one has contacted with me. On Friday I'll go to the bank and will reverse the VISA payment....

VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! You've lost a costumer!

Unprofessional and terrible customer service.

Ordered an item on the 6th of Jan for my girlfriends birthday on the 18th, i thought this would be sufficient time for an item to arrive. It is now 25th of Feb and I have still received nothing. I had to buy a replacement present since it embarrassingly did not turn up. I have requested a refund more times than i would like to count. Customer services replied initially and told me they would be back in touch once they had spoken to the courier, which they never did. They are now not answering any emails (other than automated reply), I put a post about poor service on their facebook page which did get a response but they tell me they will have to transfer me as "its not their department". This situation is totally unacceptable and if I do not get a refund soon I will look into taking some legal action against them, just out of principle.

NEVER AGAIN!

I placed my order 26.12.13 and the parcel was allegedly shipped to Denmark 27.12.13.

I never got it.

Then follow weeks of corresponding: I got a tracking number which was useless, I was told the shipping was prolonged because the parcel contained nail polish, I was told to wait 20 working days, and I was told to contact my local post office to see if the parcel had arrived.

The parcel never arrived.

Then I asked to get my money back which took 14 days / 10 working days. That was now almost 2 months after I placed my order.

The 1 star is for at least answering my mails and for getting my money back. And because I couldn't give less.

But it's the very last time I'm shopping at BeautyBay.com.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not use this company!!

Placed my order on Jan 23 order shipped it says on the 24 and well it's Feb 20 and no items yet! Customer service does not respond and I want my money back this company is worthless!!

Do not use this company - if your product is faulty you cannot get a refund

My husband bought me a hairdryer for £100 for Christmas. It had broken by the end of January (completely dead for no apparent reason). I returned it to Beauty Bay as requested on 4 February and heard nothing. I have just spoken to their customer services to ask when I might receive a replacement or refund only to be told that they were just the middle-man and it was all down to the manufacturer. I explained that I had had to buy a new hairdryer as I couldn't manage without one, but was told I could not have a refund or another product, and there is no estimated timescale for a resolution for the manufacturer. I now have no choice but to wait days/weeks/months for the manufacturer to either fix or replace a product that I have already had to replace. I would never, ever use this company again.

Возникла проблема с оплатой: запонила форму заказа и тут же с банковской карты ушли деньги. BeautyBay ответили что заказ не принят по причине неправильного заполнения формы заказа и заказ отклонён,соответственно деньги они не снимали. Также, посоветовали обратиться к банку по вопросу снятия денег. Так и поступила! Действительно,связалась с банком и деньги были возращены! Продублировала заказ,всё в порядке!

HORRIBLE COMPANY

I have ordered on 17 january 2014 theysend me an email that my order has been dispatched on 21 jan 2014. but now 1 month later I still haven t recived my order.
I contacted beautybay several times and the only thing they say to check out at my local sorting office they can t doanthing before 20 working days.
I am very disappointed and i would like a full refund of my money.

Poor quality product, not sealed and see water at the bottom.

I ordered the "3 more inches Life Extending Haircare", I have ordered this product before from a different website and knew what to expect. When I received the packaging it was torn and in bad shape from the outside. I figured it was probably just cheap shipping and handling which is okay. I opened it up and the bottle was not sealed and I see water at the very bottom of the the bottle. It should not have water at the bottom and it should be sealed. I feel the quality is soo poor. I would rather pay 5 more dollars and order from the site I used before for the better quality,

Horrible and not trustfull

I have ordered on 27 jan 2014 and payed extra for premier service for quick despatch of the order. On the website it says that delivery will take 5-7 working days. On 28 jan 2014 they send me an email that my order has been despatched. As they send me that email I was very happy with the quick service. But now, 15 working days later I still havent received my order. I contacted beautybay several times and the only thing they say is please have patience and the parcel should arrive any moment now. A week after their answer, it still has not arrived. This was my first time with beautybay and I was very positive in the beginning. Now I'm very dissapointed. I am from Germany and its not usual that it takes so long. I hope to get my parcel soon.

I usually order from UK seller and I'm from Reunion Island , so let say that it's a long way to reach my country :) It can take like 1 month to received a package . I ordered a mascara with Beautybay the 9th of January and it arrived the 20th so no problem at all :) I also buy an eye shadow using the express method and received it today :) I hope that my Naked palette will arrived soon !! Can't wait <3

Horrible customer service and really long delivery times, no package recieved

I have ordered of BeautyBay.com 3 times, and all of my experiences were extremely dissapointing. I live in Finland which is a european destination and as it says on their website, delivery takes 5-7 days. The first 2 times I ordered I have not recieved my packages any earlier than 10 days. It really shouldn't take that long, my american orderes arrive quicker. This time I still have not recieved my package, and it has been 17 days now, so I'm thinking it got lost in post. Now for the customer service, it is absolutely horrible! When you email them with some question about your order you get a standard email which does not answer any of your questions. If your order takes longer than expected, they just tell you to wait and that they can not do anything about it. They told me I have to wait for 20 days and then email them again if my package does not arrive. I have no idea what am I supposed to do now and I am just hoping to recieve my package some time soon. Never ordering off there again and I would not suggest that website to ANYBODY.

Wow: impressed!

Up to now I ordered 2 times: and they won't be my last orders.
1) the orders came really fast - thanks both to beautybay and post offices and their couriers. The first order took only 6 days and for the second it took only 8 days. Can you believe that? I order a lot online and this were the fastes deliveries I have ever had!
2) I am very pleased to see that beautybay takes notice of these reviews, on trustpilot.
3) I'm impressed how they've packed my Vice 2 palette: in a tight bubble sleave, rolled in one thicker paper, then in another, and then stuffed with more thick paper to fill the whole cardboard box they've send it in. If the paper wasn't brown but colorful I would've mistaken it for a present :D!

I'll definately recommend it to people from Europe, since it seems there's no problem with lost packages. The longer the trip, the more chaces are. But, they're a great deal: free worldwide shipping - you can always pay for the tracked version of shipping!

Anyways, I can't recommend them enough even though I've made only two orders. And, though they response slow on inquireries, they do respond eventualy.

The only (big!) downside is they don't offer PayPal, at least to international customers. If they only had PayPal, they would be my No1 online store. Until then, they remain my No3.

Order not received, no way to contact them

We placed an order a month ago. We have placed 2 inquiries through their customer service site but have received no response. We have called several times and waited through all of the options and information but are consistently told by the recorded voice that they cannot connect us to an operator due to the high volume of calls.

Customer services have already issued a full refund.

1st timer-horrific

I purchased a tangle teezer hairbrush on the 2nd February 2014, got an email the next day saying it has been despatched, delivery time is 3-7days that I chose. Its now the 12th February and no product! I tried calling all day today but you dont let me get through as it says to turn back to the website because thier is too many enquiries... its a disgrace over a hairdrush!

Cannot Be Compared to [external reference]: Item Not Arrived Yet, Long Waiting Time, Poor Customer Service

Yes I agree with all of the commenters on the company's poor delivery service and delay- placed my order almost 3 weeks ago and they told me to wait for 20 *working* days for it to arrive. And the tracking function was down so I had no idea where my order is now, nor can I track it. Customer service just told me to wait and they said they can't do anything. They couldn't even give me the details of where my order is. The best part is, I don't know if the item will arrive because I usually receive my items within 2 weeks ordering from other sites. I could have just bought the items on other websites or even in a physical location. Horrific customer service and delivery time. I usually don't write reviews but I thought I should alert all of you re. this.
