Fabulous Web Site
I would recommend Beauty Bay to anyone..It has a huge range of everything!! It also does smaller bottles of things so that you do not fork out lots of money only to discover that the product that you purchased was not for you.

No complaints whatsoever!!
I have been ordering from beauty bay for a few years now and have made numerous orders. All have arrived intact, correct, well wrapped , within the specified time and generally delivery is free! All products have detailed descriptions to enable you to find the correct product for you. Price wise, I have yet to come across any stockists cheaper than beauty bay, highly recommend!

Cheap but unsure if I'd use again
Packaging is different to full price product in a salon, either it's changed since I last bought the product or it's fake. Took 8 working days to get to me (12 days) so order well in advance! Half the price of other places but still unsure if I'd buy again.

A fantastic range of products at good price, swift delivery.
Products on offer are comparable with better known retailers, such as SpaceNK, but what's great about Beautybay is that they give you more product information and delivery is often free and swift.
I've been lucky enough not to have to return any products, but I'm sure it'd be processed smoothly should it be required.

Glad i found this site, easy to order and delivered on time with some freebies
Good reviews of products from other clients that helped me choose the right product (successfully treated my eczema). Ordering was easy and delivery to my work address on time. I was surprised to find a few items in my parcel that i did not order and first thought that they didnt have the right size of the cream i ordered so was trying to substitute, but the size was indeed correct and these were free samples. Very nicely done Beauty Bay!

Fast to despatch slow to deliver
Excellant company to deal with, like that I can re-order. Paid extra for swift despatch this time, and it really was swift but no swifter than before the difference was I got a free gift, which were just samples. Think I expected it to arrive sooner but unfortunatley it didn't. So well done for excellant dispatch time, but your delivery times let you down.

Fantastic!
This is the first time I have used Beaty Bay, and only then because they had the product I required at a good price. The ordering process was easy to navigate and my packet was received in good condition before the expected time. Very efficient I must say. Lovely products with great prices
I ordered the "This Works" travel set on the 16th April and chose the UK Saver premium delivery and it did not turn up in time for my holiday on 22nd. I was very disappointed as I am addicted to the This Works products and find their cleanser the best I have ever used. Still I have my little bag of goodies for my next trip. I will change my delivery instructions next time.

I am sorry that your order did not arrive in time, but glad to hear that you like the products. The free UK Saver Delivery service does take up to 7 working days for delivery, but we do offer alternative shipping methods for when you need your order sooner.

Did not receive my goods, not happy with the service.
I ordered goods on the 5th April and as yet I still haven’t received them. I’ve called customer services who said to me to “look” out for an e-mail either to confirm a refund or to say more goods would be sent out however two weeks later still no e-mail or goods.
I am now in the process of e-mailing to see if I can get a response however based on this and the fact they've had my money for over a month I would never order from this company again never mind recommend it to friends or family.

Hi again Tracey.
Having investigated we can see from our systems that your order was received back at our offices from Royal Mail as uncollected from your local Delivery Office. You should have received a calling card to this effect, however in our experience these are unfortunately not always left.
Our Customer Services did issue you with a Lost Order claim form via e-mail on 3 May; however do date we do not have a record of receiving this back. Since your parcel has been returned to us in the meantime, though, this is no longer required.
The item is being routinely processed by our Returns Department. If you would kindly contact our Customer Service team on customer.services@beautybay.com we will be happy to arrange a refund or a replacement parcel without delay.

I was so touched by the way you present your delivery - wrapped in such a beautiful elegant container with satin ribbon! I mean I was just expecting a normal cardboard box as package as it was only 2 bottles of stay in hair conditioner that I bought so I felt completely surprised and overwhelmed at the way you present your delivery. It's like I received a very special gift from my husband the way you wrap up the bottles. It felt like
