Over all a trustworthy and great website!
First of all i really love how all of the products come packaged. There is no way they would be able to get even a little scratch through that. The prices are prettier good as well! But i do wish they could invest in more brands like Benefit, Bobbi Brown, Michael Todd especially. And the delivery is decent, but i do know the shipping to Sweden can take some time. But overall an amazing site i'll keep recomending to all of my friends!

RELIABLE
I got a problem with the shipping and they sent me again. I am very happy with BeautyBay. The only thing that I don't like is when you write the first message it takes very long until they answer you, unless in my case. Apart from that everything is excellent.

I was very surprised how fast my order was delivered:) i tryed the item in my latest fotoshoot and receved very good compliments on the eyelashes.. Ich habe die Ware gar nicht erhalten, bin total sauer. Wurde nur mit Standardsätzen in Englisch abgespeist.
Da ich die Ware nicht erhalten habe kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Allerdings finde ich den Kundenservice untere aller ........
Es gab keine wirkliche Hilfe.

I was sent the wrong thing
I did not order what I received and I am thoroughly annoyed. It's as if they just picked up anything and sent it to me. Not impressed as I needed this nail colour for a big occasion and now what do I do

Brilliant product at a good price but very slow delivery
Brilliant product at a good price but very slow delivery I'm afraid. Even though I had an email to say it was dispatched about a day after order it was not delivered until a week after. I even sent a chasing email. Sorry BeautyBay, a delivery time of over a week is not acceptable these days

I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the delivery time of your order. Please note our free Saver Delivery service does normally take 7 working days for delivery. We do offer our UK Standard service which takes 1-3 working days, and a Next Day Delivery service if you need your beauty products more quickly.

Still haven't received my order, no card was left to say whether it was tried to be delivered never received an email to say when it should be with me by. I'm completely disappointed by the service.
