I'm so surprised to receive the package only 10 days after it's despatch.I'm in China,so you know how far a journey it is!I'm still surprised at the high speed!
Package is wonderful.My elemis pro-collagen marine cream is not a little hurt.And the gift package is also good.
Having placed numerous orders in the past i have been disappointed with those where i have had to contact customer services.
I found them to be slow to respond, not understanding and rude at time.
I only use BE if i really have to now.

I bought an Eve Lom Dynaspot 10 ml as they were offering a free 15ml sample of Eve Lom TLC Radiance cream. The order came and only the dynaspot arrived. I contacted them as to the free sample and they told me the offer did not apply to my order. I re-checked their page and whereas the offer was on up until yesterday (22/3/13) the offer was now removed from the site. This site clearly lures you in with good offers then does not honour them once they have your cash. AVOID!
I used them once and was happy. Then they sent me an email voucher for 20% off my next purchase. 20% is not to be sniffed at so I used them again - only for them to charge the full amount. When I pointed out the error they basically said "tough" and ignored subsequent email. Swindled to the tune of 20% - I won't use them again.
UPDATE: I got through to a nice human being on the phone who...er....refunded me. So the moral is: ignore the email option when you have a problem - the people who deal with email are a lot less helpful than the people on the switchboard. Obviously upgrade duly given.
I love Nip + Fab products and Beauty Expert has a great offer on for buy 2 get one free, so I bought 3 Nip + Fab box sets for a great price. The boxes included frown fix which helps to get rid of frown lines. Even better, postage was free and delivery was fast. I was really impressed with the offer and Beauty Experts service.

I spent more than $100 and waited for more than 15 days, i can't track my order online because 'No details found for an order with Tracking Code' with my tracking number, now WHERE IS MY ORDER?!!!!! WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!!

This is one of my ports of call for all things beauty and when they hit the value mark they are hard to beat!
I placed my order with beauty expert over other websites as it promised a free gift with my purchase. When my order arrived it was without the gift.
I called customer service and spoke to a very rude girl who spoke over me whilst I tried to explain my problem and whom I found to be sarcastic. She didn't solve the matter or try to offer a solution. I just was told "we must of run out".
I then tried my luck on email. I got a reply two days later asking me to describe the missing free gift. Exactly one minute after the email was sent, another came through saying that they had closed the case.
I am disgusted by the standard of customer service. Avoid at all cost!
Ordered 3 items, Molton Brown and Morroccan Oil - Arrived in 3 separate deliveries, no despatch notes, Molton Brown items simply dumped in a box, no protective packaging and one bottle damaged. No effort on packaging, damaged and not even the correct/latest Molton Brown Naranji as advertised on site, they sent the old stock - It would appear that they simply provide the website and then they have independant companies sending out the goods, drop shipping hence the lack of effort or personal touch AT ALL. Will never be using again. Not impressed, what a shame.
I ordered some Molton Brown products on a Sunday evening and on receiving the confirmation email noted that it was the wrong scent (I'm not sure if this was my mistake or theirs). I replied within minutes to ask them to swap the products. The following day I received a badly worded email which basically said this wasn't possible. On that same day I telephoned the customer helpdesk which was of no help - the explanation was that the order was already 'in the pipeline' and no amount of calm discussion on my behalf could get them to budge. I tried as a last resort to cancel the order online and whilst it allowed me to cancel my 'free gift' it wouldn't allow me to cancel the main order. This is my first and last experience of using this company.
I bought a lovely gift that I know I shall have pleasure giving at Christmas. It was a Great Price for Elemis products, arrived promptly and well-packaged and I even got a further 20% off the price. This is the kind of service I have come to expect from Beautyexpert so I have already recommended the company to others.
Ordered the goods and cancelled the same day as they sold the same goods on their sister website cheaper. Took the money but after 5 phone calls and numerous e-mails I still have not received a refund???
I returned my items 3 weeks ago, but they did not back my refund until now! They said they did not receive my items.
My items was collected by their staff and they charge me 8 pounds for post.
When the guy collected my items, he did not give me any return number. Now they said they cannot find where is my item.
I think they lost my items.
As others mention you get spam emails from this company, spam emails from their sister companies. Trying to ammend an order is impossible, poor website, save yourself hassle and go to a reputable company. It seems recently standards have fallen here.
I ordered a pair of ghd straighteners on 7th September 2012- Nothing fancy, just a basic pair in black. The order was accepted and money taken immediately. It took 6 weeks and many many emails before I got my order. Emails from the company gave mixed messages-- too many to remember. Only a threat to contact Martin Lewis prompted them to send the order out. I would never consider buying from here again.It was completely unacceptable.
received my Moroccan oil but found the bottle was broken and the parcel was soaked in oil . called the customer service and sent them pictures for evidence but no response received !
