Ordered what I required and the goods arrived very quickly. The packaging was lovely (as were the goods) and a nice touch, was a small tablet of soap - very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bedeck again.
This is the first order that I have placed with Bedeckhome and I was pleased from start to finish. The ordering process was easy. Delivery on time and the quality of the product was exactly what I was promised.
My order of bath sheet, hand towel and facecloth arrived promptly - but was rather disappointed in the quality of the towels - they're just OK - not as good as the ones in your shop! Perhaps they were special 'sale quality'?
I saw a duvet set in a magazine which I really liked, e-mailed Bedecke for more information about the sets and whether curtains were also available. they e-mailed me back very quickly, I checked out the information and bought a set, curtains and extras.They arrived well packed, very quickly, fabulous colours and quality. Couldn't be more pleased!
I have bought several times from Bedeck, and have never been disappointed. The quality is always excellent. I bought my daughter and her husband a king size quilt cover and pillow slips for their wedding anniversary last year, and they were thrilled with the luxurious quality and detail. I find the designs are different from the average bedding lines available elsewhere, and the special offers are also very good value for money. Recently I treated myself to new bedding including a matching throw which is lovely - fit for a show house! I would recommend Bedeck when anybody is in the market for new bedding.
I first ordered from Bedeck in February, and I received an e-mail a few days later, informing me that my parcel had been shipped. I received my parcel the next day, and was absolutely pleased with the process. But about a week later, I placed another order with them. After 3days of not receiving my order, I called them and spoke to a customer services' assistant who said there'd been an attempted delivery but there was no answer when they knocked on the door, but assured me they'd redeliver the next day. After day 2 with no sign of delivery, I called on day 3 to find out what had happened, the assistant told me they'd tried to deliver it at 1830hrs, there was no answer and they left a card through the letter box.Considering I was at home all day that day, I worried something may be wrong with my hearing and my eyesight as I'd neither heard the door ring, nor received a card through the letterbox. The woman then said they'd deliver it on the next working day, which was the monday of the following week! Still no sign of a card through the postbox, and no sign of a delivery man, I phoned up on Monday to track my order. I spoke to a woman who at first told me it was because my payment had not gone through (even though it appeared of my bank statement), but later told me that the delivery man had delivered it to the wrong address…I was so furious, if I hadn't needed the items, I would have just demanded a refund! Completely unprofessional (as the woman I last spoke to actually gave me parts of this address where my parcel were supposed to have gone, and how the hell does a delivery person deliver a parcel to the wrong address?- do they not check and cross-reference this sort of information). I know mistakes are easily made, but how the hell does someone make the same mistake THREE times? all they had to do is check my address!
I purchased a superking Duvet cover from a Bedeck store when I came to use it I realised that I needed an extra pillow case to complete the look. when I went back to the shop a couple of months later it had stopped selling the design I wanted but the assistant looked online and said I could order one online when I got home. if I hadn't needed to complete my look in the bedroom I wouldn't have bothered because the pp charge was £4.95 for one single pillowcase,which to me was excessive. but I I had to pay up or I wouldn't have been happy. so really Bedeck I think the superking Duvet set should have 3 pillowcases and not the normal 2 and please review your p/p charges. I ordered an item via Amazon which was not delivered. I was advised by Amazon to email Bedeckhome. I received a reply stating that they had got their stock levels recorded incorrectly. Only then did they refund my money. I was annoyed that I had been the one to contact them to get a refund when they must have known for a while that they could not fulfil my order. I then reordered the same item from a company called 'smartcooki'. I then received an email from Bedeckhome giving the same reason for non- delivery as before. I wonder just how many company names they are operating under or was I just unlucky?
