Perfect bed good price... arranged and spoke to bedkingdom about a certain date as im a nurse working shifts and arrange bed matress to be delivered on thursday....bed randomly got delivered on tuesday no call or warning....then a call for matress to say would be delivered on wed i was at work all day untill 9pm the company said they couldnt deliver on thursay could leave it at house...was not impresed with this ....then stated could deliver on friday weekend i was away or would he following week so no working bed for over a week!!!! ..finally i to delay by weekend away for a few hours to be promish the matress would be delivered before 9am!! Thankfully this was the case.... i love the bed just shame about experience with communication with delivery
Best price I could find on the bed frame I wanted, good service, (no bed size on the website as none given by Manufacturers), prompt delivery, and on time. No instructions with the bed but the branch sent these by email the same afternoon.
They had the bunk bed I wanted at the lowest price and the ordering process was as smooth as could be. It arrived promptly and when there was a minor problem, which was not any fault of theirs, a quick phone call sorted it out and a replacement item arrived in due course. No complaints whatsoever.
Products exactly as shown in online shop, good delivery times and overall great value for money. Had to customer service due to slight problem with delivery dates. This was quickly and courteously dealt with. Excellent service all round would not only recommend but will shop here again ourselves.
I got this cabin bed as my little girl needed a larger bed and storage. There were a few marks and bumps on the frame but nothing too dramatic. She loves her new bed and has slept well on her comfy mattress.
I was a particularly awkward customer with a multitude of questions which were all dealt with brilliantly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bed Kingdom to anyone as they really went out of their way to ensure that I got the right product for my needs and that it was delivered when I needed it. Firstly there was only a Tuesday offered as a delivery day and when I tried to Chang it they couldn't a only delivered to the area on Tuesdays, which was a difficult day for us to be at home. I requested a call and hour before arrival and they only called 15 mins before.
When we unpacked the goods we were surprised it was chipboard as it was an expense product. However started building. It took a lot longer to build that the sated time.
We also found a couple of pieces slightly damaged where the surface material I've the chipboard had cracked and was peeling off!!!
After months of bed fighting in the wee small hours over who had more ot `too much` room in my old double bed....we decided to buy this superking size bed......LOVE IT !!! really the most neatest superking size bed I could find online !!! all the rest had added inch`s all round taking up way too much room in my `average` size bedroom. Excellent quick delivery also...cannot fault the bed nor the service....exemplary !! And I highly recommend this bed...
The bed arrived in 2 boxes and had discreetly been turned around in the garage by the delivery driver. I moved one box to take into the house and noticed big rips in the box, I noticed small chips to frame of the bed so put it back down. After turning the other box around I noticed that there were even more big rips to the box and the bed was very badly damaged. You couldn't miss the rips in the boxes which makes you wonder why the driver didn't turn around and inform us that he would have to return the bed as it was damaged. Anyway, the customer service team were a lot better and after a few phone calls/emails, they arranged for a new bed to delivered the following week and thankfully the bed arrived undamaged. Our son loves his cabin bed even and we are happy with our purchase.
Shopped around for the bed in question, but nowhere could beat bed kingdom's price. Delivery was within 7 days as stated and all five boxes were in perfect condition which was important given the solid oak nature of the bed. Only slight criticism was the poor photocopy of the instructions for building the bed, but that will be down to manufacturer rather than Bed Kingdom. BK did actually have clear PDF instructions on their website, but I didn't notice this till after struggling with the poor photocopy.
I ordered a Steens mid sleeper and recieved great device from bed kingdom with regards to delivery, price etc... However when it came to making the bed up I had screws and bolts missing! One of the boxes was open which the deliver driver said the box had got wet and not to worry about it. I was very disappointed with this as had bits all over the house and my daughter now had no bed to sleep on which I had been telling her she would have. I spoke to bed kingdom who were very helpful! It was a supplier (Steens)/ courier problem for not including enough or loosing the parts! I spoke to a manager called Ashley at bed kingdom who called the supplier and courier to get some parts which he arranged to be sent to me 2 days later. Ashley did all he could and provided a great service! All in all, bed kingdom are a good company to buy from because of the service recieved, it's just other companies letting them down! I am still awaiting the parts as it was only yesterday this happened so hopefully they will arrive tmrw!
Ordered a king size mattress on line on Saturday.
Received an e-mail on Monday saying that their had been a computer error in that price quoted was for a single size mattress although king size ordered. They would honour the price but could not offer the next day delivery as king size had to be individually ordered and took between 5 and 10 days. This is shown on the web site for a king size mattresses but because of the computer problem relating to a single size mattress this was not shown.
Telephoned to confirm that I wanted to proceed and was told that it would probably be received around Tuesday next week. The mattress actually arrived on Thursday of the same week.
Very satisfied with the service offered and friendly office contact.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.
I bought a tamtam bunk bed for my children from bedkingdom. They delivered within a week from order and the courier company gave me a 3 hour time slot which was great as a knew exactly when it was arriving. Only downside from delivery driver was he wouldn't bring it in the house and left it outside by the front door (luckily it wasn't raining) and I had to get help to lift the boxes into the room (bungalow, so no steps).
I don't normally write reviews online but I do feel we got good service from this company. The bed is amazing. The children love it. The only thing I would say is be aware that it does take time to build! It took my husband and father in law just over 3 hours! A nice challenge for an evening to keep them busy ;-)
Excellent and polite service on the phone. Bed arrived on time with no problems and the customer assistants made sure it arrived on the day requested which was only one working day later. Ordered Friday afternoon. With us by Monday morning. I had a small problem putting it together a error by myself. I called the Julia Bowen help line who also helped very proffessionally. Would reccomend you to anyone plus the price was cheaper than everywhere else. Good job all round!
Great service from Bed Kingdom - However the deliver driver let the side down, very the most miserable person ever, no customer skills - this guy represents your company and leave a unpleasant taste, please sort this out - plenty of people out there who want to work and can be pleasant tom YOUR customers
Ordered a bed for my 2 year old son. Found the bed we wanted at the best price here. I was emailed to confirm the delivery. Delivered 10 days later which was within the timescale. All in good condition and a happy little chappie in his new bed. Thanks Bed Kingdom!
Luke at bedkingdom was a delight to deal with, from ordering to receiving I can't complain. But Arrow XL, the company used for delivery, was appaling. Late delivery, out of date text updates, a customer service that didn't know where the delivery was, claiming it may be 48 hours away, only to be rang by a driver saying ' it will be with you in ten minutes'. 10/10 Bedkingdom , 1/10 Arrow XL
We purchased bunkbeds for our two young boys and were impressed with the speed of the delivery, with no hassle. Unfortunately the courier company lost the mattresses we purchased and the office staff could not have been more apologetic. Once they knew of the problem, they delivered the mattresses, the same day and also gave us two complimentary memory pillows as a gesture of good will.
I would not hesitate to use Bedkingdom again and would highly recommend them.
My experience with BedKingdom has been a very good one. We are moving from overseas back to the uk within a small timeframe and just before Christmas. Bed kingdom took my order back in August and have kindly held my order until my arrival in December. Every question I have had has been answered and they have done everything to try and help make our transition a smooth one, we are yet to receive our delivery but based on the customer service we have received so far I trust any issues would be dealt with both professionally and promptly as they have up until now. I would throughly recommend BedKingdom as their customer service has been excellent and their beds are affordable, very unusual you get both those things in one company.
As soon as I had placed an order for a bunk bed I received a confirmation and a call advising of a delivery date. I was a little concerned as the delivery was almost late but when I called up the customer service department they were more than happy to call the driver to locate him. The bed was them delivered on time at 12 o'clock. I would definitely re order and recommend them to friends and family.
Order placement and delivery were excellent. However, when assembling product (Birlea Berlin Ottoman) several key parts and fixtures missing from packaging.
Contacted customer care who requested email confirmation. Acknowledged receipt by mail and phone, explained process and timescales for receipt of parts. Still awaiting parts.
Overall a bit disappointed with the product but more than happy with the service from Bed Kingdom.
