Super King zip and link

The bed came very promptly. Even with paying £100 delivery to my location it was cheaper than buying from a high street store, which probably would have taken longer anyway, since none of them had this type of bed in stock. When used together, it forms an enormous super king - plenty of room in there! Two small quality issues however - the two bases are joined by a metal bar at each end. The bolt holes for one of these were a few mm too far apart so that the bar wouldn't reach properly. Also one of the "prongs" on one of the headboards had a knot in the wood, which meant that the wood was virtually broken. Fixed with duct tape and out of sight, so not too much of a problem. Neither of these issues are serious enough to warrant a return, but somewhat annoying.

Always good

We have been using Beds 2U for the past 4/5 years. Easy online ordering, safe payments through PayPal, good customer support when required, relatively speedy delivery (given product type), and most of all, good quality and comfortable beds. Our guests love them!

Courteous and efficient service and when the delivery failed (which was not their fault) they went to great lengths to rectify it. I cannot reccommend them highly enough.

Great service

We've bought a number of beds from Beds2U. Had a slight problem with a recent delivery which they sorted out immediately. Beds are are good quality with excellent mattresses - perfect for our holiday apartments. Delivery is v. expensive but I think this is more a problem of having to deliver to the Isle of Wight. The website is clear and very easy to order from. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

great beds

Fantastic beds and great service - both in and out of business hours from the company, which was greatly appreciated as I too work long hours. The delivery was complicated by the fact that I had to travel to the address but was sorted as soon as I explained the situation. Would definitely use again.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent service and delivery was very quick. I needed to amend a part of my order the day after I placed it - this was no problem and the amendment was confirmed the same day by email. Good quality zip & link beds and you can select the base, mattress and headboards separately and choose whether to have storage drawers. Very good value for money as most zip & link beds are expensive.

Top service, delivery, value

Ordered 2 x 5ft zip & link mattresses (ie. 4 singles = 2 king size) 11.30pm Mon 19 dec.
Got a phone call Tue morning to check I'd ordered correctly (apparently there is often confusion as 2 singles = 1 king size).
Delivery by midday Wed 21 Dec.
As this was just before xmas & I selected the free delivery in 5 working days, to say I was highly impressed is an understatement.
As I opted for the 'cheap' mattress, for spare rooms with occasional overnight guests, I thought these might be a little rough & ready, but a quick lie down revealed them to be pretty comfy, nice & firm. The double zips which link the singles together seem sturdy. All in all, couldn't be happier.
In summary I'd highly recommend this company to anyone. The website is clear & easy to use, great selection/variety of products, price/value, customer service, delivery all top notch.

We had a somewhat complicated order that involved a zip-link mattress at a non-standard length, plus other standard items. This was all addressed without problem after one telephone call. The delivery timescale was exactly as promised, the products were expertly packed to avoid damage en-route, and the quality of the product was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any friend or contact - a company that delivers product quality and service of this standard deserves to succeed.

Very helpful

I ordered a double leatherbed with 4 drawers, and when I got it there was a small minor scratch on the corner of the bed, but this end is not visible when its setup so it wasn't a biggie for me.

What I found upsetting though was that 2 drawers were broken. However, they were very accomodating at Beds2u.co.uk and sent me 2 beds which I received shortly. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. :)

Excellent service and Fantastic Quality Beds

We run a small b&b in Petersfield and the zip and link beds we ordered were delivered very promptly. Guests have frequently commented on how extremely comfortable the beds are and have expressed interest in buying similar. Great service and great price. Fantastic Beds with excellent service

Beds4U have supplied the majority of zip&link beds for our large Holiday Let property. The beds are excellent and very durable and the flexibility of having a huge Superking or 2 large singles is pivotal to our business. When we asked for some replacement castors for an old set of beds that had been damaged by guests Peter sent them to us free within a couple of days - super after-sales service.

Excellent product backed up by proactive service

We now have 4 zip and links. When we were shopping around, we asked the companies in our shortlist to come up with an idea of how we could see the beds in action and beds2u were the only ones to come up with an answer (seeing them on site at another guest house about 60 miles from ours and talking to the owners about how they found them).
Delivery has always been as promised and we are very pleased with the beds which are easy to split into singles and rejoin as a superking size.
More important the guest feedback is really good so we are glad that we chose beds2u.

Over the past 2 years we have ordereded 2 king, and 2 super king sized zip link beds from Beds2u. I was really impressed with the beds as well as the service. We are frequently complimented on what comfortable beds we have, and one recent guest asked where we got them from as they had wanted to renew their bed, and had found ours so comfortable that that was what they now wanted. I would definately order beds from Beds2u in the future, and would definately recommend the beds and the company.

Excellent delivery time and on the whole a good buy.

We purchased zip & link beds for our B & B about 12 months ago. Received excellent feedback from our Guests for comfort. They were very reasonably priced and on the whole we are delighted with them. Just recently, however we have noticed both the beds are beginning to sag slightly in the centre. Perhaps our Guests are just a little on the heavy side!!!

I slept on one of these beds at a Bed and Breakfast in Sussex and felt I was sleeping on my bed at home! So comfortable, got the name of Beds2u from the house owner and have ordered four doubles already. Excellent product and excellent service

We run a guest house and bought 4 zip and link beds from this company. We had no problems at all. The beds were delivered exactly when agreed and are extremely well made.

The beds are great - every guest who sleeps on them comments on how comfortable they are. Zipping and linking them up to create a Superking double or unzipping /unlinking them to great two singles is easy.

We will definitely be buying more beds from this company when the need arises.

We have had our 2 zip and link beds in our Cottages4You cottages for 2½ years and everybody finds them very comfortable - many making a special point of saying this as they have stayed in cottages that do not have the same comfort. People with troublesome backs have also said that they are so comfy. They were delivered on the date specified, and were very helpful.

Excellent Service & Products

What more is there to say ?
My zip and link beds were delivered to me in SW France in good time. We were kept informed of the situation the whole way through from order to delivery. Although we haven't tried the beds personnally we have been told they are very comfortable both separate and together by our customers on numerous occasions.
I would definately use beds2u again and have already recomended them to others.

Fantastic service and product

The company did everything they said they would - the bed was delivered in 5 working days - being in the Far North of Scotland we often get confused with the Northern Isles and either get huge delivery charges or long delays. Really impressed with the quality of service and the quality of the product. We know sometimes it can be third parties that let the service down but in this case the courier chosen carried on the great service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them or recommend them.

Fantastic service, friendly staff, great prices.

I ordered a zip/link bed online, and was telephoned immediately by really helpful and friendly staff.Living in Jersey there are sometimes problems with shipping and getting vat removed but this was no problem.
The bed arrivedwhen expected, was easy to assemble and is really comfortable, and great value.I would certainly use them again.
