Best BBQ retailer in the UK
Product: Broil King Keg
When you buy a product for £800 off the internet, you want peace of mind that it will be
(a) priced competitively
(b) delivered promptly
(c) properly packaged for transit
(d) you are able to engage with the retailer
This is not the first time I have bought my BBQ equipment from BedsBBQ, having also bought a BK Gas Grill a few years ago. I am happy to say that all 4 of my criteria above have been flawless on both occasions, as well as the many times I have bought peripherals and supplies.

Found the best price, and the best delivery service. The barbeque was simple to put together, just me in 2 hours. Why people say it needs two or more to put in together, I don't know. It works beautifully, real quality after the previous ones I have had.

Great communication and faultless service 100%
The order online went through fine and then next day received a call to say they did not have the BBQ in Black and I could wait five days for a new one or have a different colour the next day. We opted for a different colour and as stated it was delivered next day in perfect condition. A great service from start to finish and very friendly assistance on the phone.

Fast, efficient and just what I'd ordered. Very pleased with product and delivery service.
Most impressed with the delivery service, being able to track the package and knowing when it was going to arrive within an hours time slot was really useful. Haven't used the Weber 120Q barbecue yet, but know several people with them who have been really pleased, hence my purchase. It has all gone together well, just needs a sunny day and a few friends now! Looks great, very pleased all round.

Great product knowledge and service!
From start to finish, this was a great purchase. The price was the best I found and the staff on the end of the phone were very helpful when I contacted them for questions and to add extra items to my order.

Had problems with the payment stage of the purchase on line so called the company direct.
Spoke to a pleasant guy and all was sorted.
Delivery was as promised.

Know their products well and advise accordingly
I saw their website after googling Portable BBQ I rang them and told them what I wanted/needed and they advised accordingly and I went back onto their website, as they advised me it was the quickest way to order, mid afternoon on a Friday and my product was delivered om the Monday by courier. Excellent only hicup was I did not get the cover with the main order but when I queried this they explained it was out of stock and was to be sent separately.

Good on new sales - not good on spares.
Bought a new BroilKing last week - no problem at all.
However wanted spare grills etc for my old one which I will give to my daughter and have made three phone calls to them giving them the part nos etc. Three promises to phone back and stiil no contact.
Very disappointing having just spent almost £500 with them.

This is not really fair as we had to get the details and part numbers from Canada due to the age of your old BBQ, we do have these details now but as we are sure you can understand there is a time issue in dealing with Canada and the fact that a third party needed to be involved.
We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied, however have done all we can to help you in the best possible timescale.

After service excellant
Upon receiving the Napoleon BBQ I noticed damage to the main cook box, I can only imagine it had been dropped at the factory as there was no damage to the delivery box. I took photos and reported it to Paul at Bedfordshire BBQ Centre, he spoke with Napoleon on my behalf and a new cook box is on the way and an allowance made for the inconvenience. This is excellent after sales service, if you are considering purchasing from the Bedfordshire BBQ centre have no fears they are a very reliable company. The product was easy to assemble and appears good quality. I look forward to the warmer weather to start cooking.

After researching bbqs and googling what company sells for the cheapest, i opted for bedsbbqs because of the range they offered. They were prompt in replying to any questions I had and offered advice/alternatives to suit my needs, without being pushy. The delivery was prompt and to the day I requested and on opening the product, found they had thrown in a few freebies to boot. hopefully I wont need to use their service to buy another bbq!, but wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends or family

Bought a cover for my Broil King Gem gas barbeque. A little pricy I thought at £40 including postage but when it arrived the quality was clearly evident, very stoutly made and lined material. It fitted the barbeque just perfectly. Delivery was very prompt especially considering it was Christmas.

I found dealing with Bedfordshire BBQs a very efficient helpful experience
I needed to replace my Outback Omega BBQ, as the second burner had failed after less than 3 years. I contacted Bedfordshire BBQs for advice over purchasing a more robust model and was recommended to look at Broil King.
These models are much stronger and carry a 5 year guarantee on the stainless steel burners. I was advised that the burners normally last longer than this(upto 9 years).
I ordered the Broil King Gem on line with a £20 discount and a free cover. I requested delivery 2 days after ordering but it actually arrived within 24 hours of placing the order!

Fast and efficient
Bought a replacement BBQ part and it arrived on the day I was expecting it and nice and early, so I didn't need to wait in all day. Part is a perfect match and when checking it was the right part on the phone, staff were very helpful and polite. Brilliant quality too
