Very Efficient
I ordered the products from Hong Kong for delivery to my UK address to save money in shipping the product to Hong Kong. I specified the date of delivery to my UK address and it was delivered exactly on that date. I found BBQ Centre very helpful in sourcing the product I needed.

Bought a cover for my Broil King Gem gas barbeque. A little pricy I thought at £40 including postage but when it arrived the quality was clearly evident, very stoutly made and lined material. It fitted the barbeque just perfectly. Delivery was very prompt especially considering it was Christmas.

I found dealing with Bedfordshire BBQs a very efficient helpful experience
I needed to replace my Outback Omega BBQ, as the second burner had failed after less than 3 years. I contacted Bedfordshire BBQs for advice over purchasing a more robust model and was recommended to look at Broil King.
These models are much stronger and carry a 5 year guarantee on the stainless steel burners. I was advised that the burners normally last longer than this(upto 9 years).
I ordered the Broil King Gem on line with a £20 discount and a free cover. I requested delivery 2 days after ordering but it actually arrived within 24 hours of placing the order!

Fast and efficient
Bought a replacement BBQ part and it arrived on the day I was expecting it and nice and early, so I didn't need to wait in all day. Part is a perfect match and when checking it was the right part on the phone, staff were very helpful and polite. Brilliant quality too

Good outfit
Found part I wanted for my bbq on thier website but phoned first to make sure it was right. Person I spoke to knew exactly what I wanted and gave me an answer fast.
Ordered part from website and it was delivered as stated and was correct. Part now fitted and had may be last bbq of the year on Saturday.

Fast, efficient and friendly service
I ordered a Weber Smokey Mountain 47cm and some wood chips from Bed's BBQ Center.
Later the same day I got a call to say that the order was being processed, but the wood chips I had ordered were not available. A quick chat and an alternative was found.
Everything arrived as promised the very next day.
Very pleased with the product, the price and the service from Beds BBQ Centre.

Website is easy to use, i ordered my my stuff on a Monday night at 10pm recieved an email back saying it will turn up on the Wednesday and it did. Excellent turn around time & delivery service! Will definatly recommend to friends & family .

Super Service; Great Price; Free Delivery; wonderful product
After spotting a special offer for the Blue Ember model i quickly enquired to the team as to whether stock was availiable; i was informed that all was good; New BBQ ordered via a smooth website.
Dreaded call from the team after 1 1/2 hours to say that the company had sold all of the stock over the weekend.
nothing to fear though; the boss was looking into a comparable model!!!
a suitable replacment was identified; the Stirling model; this was on offer at a much higher price than i had paid for the Blue Ember; after a quick discussion a small additional fee was paid to cover the cost price of the kit and delivery was arranged.
delivery within 48 hours; BBQ built, and has now been used for 4 / 5 dinners this week!!! heat of 350*c within 10/15 mins!!!
super service; will be going back to them for some quality accessories.

Excellent product and excellent service
Following very helpful advice about the suitability of a replacement burner for a Sterling Barbecue the burner was delivered very promptly in compliance with a 2 hour delivery window which was sent by text on the morning of the delivery day. We fitted the burner as advised and it worked without any problems.

Brilliant service and value
I ordered from these guys on a Friday at midday and the product arrived early Saturday morning. I got everything on my order and it was all well packaged. The free cover you get with a WSM 18" is the premium one and is excellent. Other companies only offer the standard cover for free. Would highly recommend.

Got there in the end but it took some time!
It's not easy to write this report because, ultimately, the goods arrived safely. But there was a 6 week delay between order and delivery and absolutely no communication from BedsBBQ Centre.
- On the plus side - sensible price.
- on the negative - very slow delivery and no communications.

I am sorry that delivery was slow, however you ordered items that were stated as out of stock on our website, perhaps we made the wrong assumption that you being aware of the stock issue, you were happy to wait until they became available.

What it said on the web site is what I got excellent service and VFM.
Ordered the Weber Classic 210 BBQ. Well packaged for transportation. Easy to understand assembly instructions. No complaints 10 out of 10. I Would recommend Bedfordshire Barbecue Centre to anyone.

This is the second Broilking BBQ that we have owned, the first having been very well used and still lasted for a great number of years. Thanks to the excellent service we have a new one as well as a new part for the old one. Great service, great bbq, instructions a bit difficult
As above all is very good just the instructions that let it down. Had the Broil Kind Signet 20. The instructions covered many models but rather than seperate for each or at least as you go through the instructions they detail what parts are relevant to each its a bit hard. I ended up thinking to begin with that parts were missing and I was going to have to call you and it ended up being parts for another model as you look further through the instcrutions. Basically you have to read through the instcrutions to see what parts are for you.
This is only a slight issue and obviously not down to you and Broil King will never change but it is a point to make.

Communication second to none
Competitively priced, I qualified for free delivery too which was extremely quick and the communication about the delivery was second to none. Delighted with the Weber items that I purchased and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we might get a few days decent weather so they can be put to the test! For any other Weber accessories that I need, I'll only in one place from now on.

Best Delivery Service I know.
Order was dispatched the next day, I received a text to my mobile advising me that my delivery was set to come the next day, unfortunately I knew I was going to be out all day, so all I had to do was text 1 back and then it was moved for the following day. On the morning of my delivery I received a text with my 1 hour delivery time slot and it was delivered right on time. Only wish all online companies operated the same delivery service.
