Ordered a single bed that arrived two weeks later. Upon opening the package the one end of the bed was smashed. I phoned up and was told to send pictures which I did straight away. Two days later I had heard nothing so I rang them up and I was told a new bed had been ordered. Had a call two weeks later saying unable to get a replacement so I cancelled. the damaged bed was picked up and returned to them. It then took 30 days to get my money back
Ordered a king size bed and mattress from this company, arrived separately which I was not told about but not a problem. However after about a week the slats and main frame broke. They sent replacement but it was totally the wrong parts! Clearly I am not the first customer this has happened to either. The beds are cheap for a reason, they do not last at all!
I ordered a bed in Nov 2012 - meant to be delivered the next day (a Thursday.) It failed to appear on the Thursday and again on the Friday, despite detailed instructions given to both Beds Warehouse and the delivery company. We were then left with nowhere to sleep over the weekend.
Come Monday, after being fobbed off by the "manager" Mark all day, half of the bed frame arrived at 7pm - the packaging was damaged, and only the headboard, footboard and wooden slats for the mattress base had arrived, not the supporting piece that supports the slats, and no mattress. After yet more phone calls on Tuesday, I was told that the rest of the bed would definitely arrive on the next day, Wednesday. The mattress did arrive, but the packaging was again damaged and the mattress had muddy stains on it. The rest of the bed frame eventually arrived on Thursday, over a full week after we ordered on so-called next day delivery.
When my husband was putting the bed together, he found that one of the bedframe pieces was bent out of shape and was not fit for use. I phoned Beds Warehouse first thing on Friday morning and spoke to Mark, who asked me to send some photographs of the damaged components. I did this immediately.
So, here we are, at the end of April 2013 - a full 5 months later. After dozens of phone calls (Mark has been unavailable for many of these with various excuses - sickness; paternity leave; dealing with another customer; the day ended with a y...I could go on) and has twice asked for the email to be re-sent (which I did immediately) as apparently the photots were in an unreadable format (jpegs.) We still have the not fit for use bed in storage; we still have not heard back from Mark about our refund and it will cost us £25 for the local council to collect and dispose of the useless bed and mattress.
We are now in touch with Trading Standards and the ISP providing services to Beds Warehouse in a bid to stop this company continuing their illegal trading practices. A claim has been filed with the small claims Court in a last ditch attempt to reclaim our money, plus interest and costs.
I found the bed warehouse really professional. I bought a 3' single bed for my son. The 1st bed I ordered was damaged when they received it, they phoned me up and let me know, and rearrange a suitable delivery time. Their delivery man also help me the bed upstairs to my sons room.
The bed I received from them was get value for the price. My son seems to be sleeping more better now, so I'm really happy.

My Bed took 6 days to arrive, despite the 'next day delivery' which they then said would be 1-2 days. I had to phone them every day to chase it up. So it wasn't off to a good start. Of course they blamed the delivery company they use and said it was out of their hands. They offered very little in the way of an apology or solution.
I was poor so I had to get a cheap bed frame.
It lasted less than 12 weeks but was problematic from the start and kept falling apart.
I asked for a refund or an exchange and after 4 weeks back and forth they offered to send replacement parts.
They sent a single modified plank of wood, clearly poorly made by them, to remedy the situation and an envelope with a photocopy of hand drawn instructions of how to fix it to the bed frame. But they did not send a replacement of all the relevant broken parts (of which there were several)so the bed was still unusable. I got back in touch and eventually about a week later they sent the replacement parts.
Their communication was terrible, they took 4 weeks to get back to me originally, during which time I had to borrow money to get a second hand bed frame. They made me jump through hoops and wait ages to get a replacement and then sent the joke of a plank of wood and a scribble.
If I would give them no stars I would! This has been the worst shopping experience of my life. Terrible customer service, appalling communication, awful product and their whole service is a complete joke.
Judging by the other reviews I'm guessing they rely on giving people the run around and getting so frustrated with them that they give up on trying to obtain the refunds/goods that they are entitled to. They also rely on some people only being able to afford cheap stuff so they can justify panning them off with poorly made, unusable and unsafe products.
Avoid at all costs!

The wrong colour bed was delivered last week (on the wrong day). Parts of bed broken also from what I can see. I emailed them requesting a collection. I also called them, countless calls before someone answered! They promised to get back to me on the same day. Ive had NO RESPONSE. So, I am sittig with a bed I don't want and can't order another until this has been resolved.

I ordered my divan ottoman bed the week between Christmas and New Year. Delivery was stated as 3 weeks. Within 2 weeks (09th Jan)I had a call to say my bed had arrived from supplier and would be delivered on 12th January. The delivery men were great.. received a text giving me a time slot the day before and also a phone call on the morning to let me know they were minutes away. They carried the bed to the room of my choice and were all very friendly and helpful. The bed was packaged extremely well and even the matress had 3 layers of plastic protecting it!!! I couldn't have asked for better service from bedswarehouse and given all the bank holidays over christmas their delivery times were excellent and on the plus side the bed was cheaper than anywhere else..I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews around but I will definately be recommending them to anyone looking to buy a bed!!!
i have never dealt with such rude people in my life! had to take the day off work to wait in for my delivery which never arrived, contacted customer service the following morning when the phones were open and was asked "what i wanted them to do about it?" i then asked to speak to the manager who was equally as rude, even using foul language, disgusting!!!! he then cancelled my order and im now told i can expect to wait upto 14 days for my refund, being a single parent and on a low income means it will be another few weeks at least before my son has a bed to sleep in, their peoples skills are shocking my son could teach them a few things about manners! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
I would advise anyone looking for a bed NOT to use this company!!! I have never dealt with a company as bad is this in my life, terrible customer service! Waited all day for "next day delivery" of my bed which did not arrive! I was not informed by the company that my bed would not be arriving until I called them the next day! After contacting the company I was told they live in the "real world" and could not guarantee my delivery for next day! After speaking to the manager Mark Heseltine (what a terrible excuse for a manger, terrible attitude and very unhelpful!) I was told that I could contact the courier myself to find out why I had not received my bed??? After refusing to do his company’s job for him I was TOLD that HE was going to cancel my order!!!! The manager then went ahead and cancelled my order as he could not handle a simple complaint! The attitude of this man has a lot to be desired to say the least! In economic times like this company’s should be trying harder to get business but to be told by the manager of the company that he was going to cancel my order because he was not happy with my complaint is an absolute disgrace! I have contacted consumer direct and trading standards about this company and there terrible customer service – I would advice other users of this review site to contact consumer direct and trading standards if they have had any issues with Bedswarehouse as no one has to deal with companies as bad as this one!!! I would advise anyone wishing to purchase a bed to look else where as this company is a complete joke and are not worth wasting your time or hard earned money on!!!! Very very poor customer service ...STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY!!!

ordered a bed frame on the 19th for delivery on the 21st april.
bed did not arrive! As it was a long bank holiday weekend i was unable to contact them until the following tuesday - i was assured that the bed would be with me by 6 pm. Again no bed.
The next day i was assured the bed had been diapatched and would be with me same day. I asked for the couriers details so i could get in touch with them directly - they had not recieved the bed for delivery.
the following day i asked for a refund, i was told i would recieve a call back. it never came. on the 3rd of May (again because of a bank holiday weekend) I asked for a refund and was told to email them which i did and also asked for an acknowledgment of my request for a refund - still no refund nor any acknowledgment of my request.
I give them another 12 hours then it's OFT and Anne Robinson time.
On the whole my personal experience with this company has been at best unpleasant and for nearly 2 weeks uncomfortable.
Do yourself a favour - unless you want to be sleeping on the floor for nearly 2 weeks avoid these guys!
I ordered a bed and memory foam mattress for next day delivery. I called and they confirmed everthing was in stock. However got a call the next day saying the bed was now out of stock. I told them to cancel the order. They however still delivered the mattress the next day. I then called them and they refused to take back the mattress and refund my money. They have lied and said I never cancelled the order. But if this was the case, why did they not deliver the bed when it was in stock, instead the refunded because I cancelled. They will do anything to cheat you out of your money. Go elsewhere and pay a little more, but at least you won't get scammed and you'll get great service.
