Great price easy to order and what a great delivery service .
On the plus side, the mattress was a great price, ordering was easy & it came the next day as promised.
It was adequately wrapped.
On the downside, the delivery team would benefit from training in teamwork, working together would have made their task easier, instead they bickered amongst each other. They also need to respect that they are coming into some one's home, one guy accidentally knocked over a piece of furniture & when his mate asked what the crash was he replied oh it's just that stupid thing.
I brought a bed and mattress for my son i chose the date for both items to be delivered and on that day only item arrived which i was not pleased about there was no communication to tell me that the bed frame would not arrive ay the same time eventually when i fid find out where it was they sent it with another lorry and the lady at customer services found it amusing but i wasnt i said my son has had to sleep on a matress on the floor for 3 nights and he is 2. I will no be using these again ever would not reccommend

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Bedworld.
I was very happy with the responses to my e-mail from the customer service/sales/delivery department. However I was very disappointed that the delivery of a double mattress was made by a lone man who needed a stick to assist him with walking which resulted in my husband who has severe arthritis having to carry the mattress up to a first floor dwelling whic resulted in him being confined to his bed since the evening of the delivery.
Mattress is great and great price.Delivery was excellent quick and on day that i asked for.Bedworld great company which i will continue useing and have already recommended to 2 people
order was suppose to come 1-2 weeks,after 3 emails with no replys and second phone call my order arrived 2 hours after I spoke to customer services. Was happy to see it until we noticed one box was burst and screws ect was falling out,the delivery guy checked his van for screws and nuts and gave them to us and said he would make a note on invoice to say box was damaged.The first thing we done was check the contents which was a damaged jenson car childs bed ,phoned customer services but was told I had to email customer care,so that's what I done and got a reply quickly and was told to take photos and email them,so that's what I done and emailed the next day to make sure they got photos of the damage and emailed the next day and the next day and the next day but hey still waiting for a reply.If they could just tell me whats happening and all I want is a replacement and for them to take the damaged one away,so ive paid for something that is not fit for purpose and they just ignore me. I also got 3 other beds and they were fine thank god.So watch this space and lets see how long it takes them to contact me or maybe I will just go to tradeing standards and see if they bother with them
Placed our order on Thursday, with a guaranteed delivery on Monday, it was Tuesday when we received half of the order, it took several emails and calls, not one responded to, before we had a call 1 week to the day the order was place, to be advised the bed frame we had paid for the previous week was not even ordered. Would I use them again? no chance. We cancelled our order and requested an immediate refund still waiting, pity seeing as the payment went to them by debit card, so they have had our money for a week so far.
The day bed came as a self build pack suitably packaged to prevent damage. Assembly was relatively straightforward. The pegged joints were quite tight so made assembly more tricky but ensured a good fit. Once assembled the day bed is a solid piece of furniture. Ordering and delivery was straightforward, but only a whole day delivery was given, ie no on the day delivery slots, hence the 4 star rating.
Someone rang me up to arrange delivery and I needed to change the delivery address (is it so strange that I work 9-5 so won't be around for delivery and once I've had a delivery date confirmed I can then give the address of someone I know will be in??) The lady was incredibly rude, repeatedly asking why I needed to change address again and pried into my life history before she actioned the change. She wouldn't let me change the address saying that the person would need a copy of my bank statement (again unsurprisingly I don't like handing those out to my friends). I have no idea whether I will be receiving delivery - if I do it definitely won't be to the correct address because she didn't take that. I'm waiting for her manager to ring me but still haven't heard anything.
Some staff training wouldn't go amiss. I feel as if my purchase is massively putting bedworld out - how does that work?!
Can't wait to get my cut and pasted standard robotic response to this post. Oh and a mattress would be nice too!
Bedworld are fabulous we ordered a bed from Argos originally and it was crap!! manufacturers fault not Argos!! after swearing continuously and getting a collection date from them, I went online and just typed in beds.......TA DA! up popped Bedworld I hate ordering really large items online cos if there is a problem you gotta send the ginormous package back! but I was beyond this fact after many nights of non existent sleep from previous bed so I did it click click click and there it was select date for delivery and pay! I contacted them to make sure it had all gone through and YEP all their with my name on it...............I got a phone call from them an hour before delivery and it arrived absolutely perfect well crafted the material is second to none and it's solid we ordered the heaven divan with 4 drawers and the carmela leatherette headboard both beautiful well worth every penny and it was cheaper than other sites with the same or similar items. Bedworld are great this divan is top quality better than we could have expected the material is fantastic hardwearing like a double courduroy the base has siler highlights over the drawer corners and the drawers are sturdier than most divans we looked at in a store yeah they still have a flimsy bottom but these bottoms are more sturdier than any other we have seen, the headboard looks and feels brilliant and even the brackets are of good quality wood some you see are flaking and plyable but not these hard buggers.... excellent company beautiful product fantastic service I can say no more!!! but I will don't be put off by the large item online ordering and believe me when your new furniture from these arrives you'll see quality and feel it you will be amazed their products are exquisite, once again I can only comment on the items we ardered but we are totally over the moon with it.
I haven't actually fully assembled the bed yet but have slept on the mattress, which I think could be firmer, but wasn't a really expensive one. I think it will feel better once properly in place on the bed frame.
I was able to get all parts upstairs on my own and just need to get the tools out to assemble.
The cream ivory looks pleasant in my small room, anything too Victorian might be overwhelming.
On the whole a good purchase for the money and prompt delivery was essential.
I would probably buy from this company again. Although I might spend more on a mattress another time, I think this will suffice for a couple of years and then add a memory foam overlay at some point.

Can't believe you bothered to ask my opinion given that I have already written to you saying how disappointed I was - didn't deliver on timescales advertised - leaving my guests having to sleep on camp beds. Half of the goods delivered in packaging so dirty we had to drag it back out onto our drive to open it, becasue it dirtied our carpet - sure you can find my Email with the full details if you are that concerned - wouldn't buy from you again or recommend you to others
One bed not delivered but paid for. Rang up and told manufacturer had not been told to send it out. So much for next day delivery, not very impressed at all.
I ordered my bed two days before the delivery. I received an E-mail to confirm the delivery date, I was impressed with the delivery men as they had a very small car park in which to deliver from, yet they brought their van into it. They were unable to use the lift and did not complain that they had to deliver to the first floor. The delivery was well executed and the men were very polite and friendly. Would highly recomend this company if all the deliveries were like this one.

We live in the North East of Scotland. Bed base came the day after I had waited in for it - no one contacted to advise it would not arrive on the day we had asked, this was our only disappointment using this company - but the delivery guys were excellent and took it to the top of the stairs so it wasn't blocking the downstairs hallway. It was easy to assemble and is very good quality. Would definitely use this company again even though there was a delay with the delivery.
Not bad service the only problem was the frame arrived one day and I had to phone to find out what happen to the matres that came the next day.
Delivery times given were between 8am & 6pm. They couldn't give a more precise time or ring to say they were on the way so waited in all day but no show!!! Contacted bedworld the next day who blamed the delivery company. They phoned me back and assured me that the bed would be delivered that day before 12. The bed arrived just after 12.
No issues with the bed itself or with the help given when contacting them about non delivery. Just glad I hadn't had to take a day of work!!!!!

My bed was delivered at 10.30am so didn’t have to wait in all day. The guys that delivered it was friendly and helpful they even put my bed together for a small fee.

the guest bed was just as seen on line and of a very high standard,easy to assemble. When one small part proved to be missing it was supplied promptly.I would recommend Bedworld to anyone.

Ordered a Bed and Mattress at half the price of the well known Bed stores.
Had an initial question and called customer service. The nice lady could not answer my question, but said she would pass on my request to the sales team. I got a call back within 10 mins, which was great and my question was answered.
After I placed the online order I was contacted immediately to say the mattress needed to be ordered, as it was a Super King, which is very understandable. They still delivered the Bed next day and contacted me after a week to arrange the next day delivery of the mattress.
I would rate this company as one of the best online shops I have dealt with and I order most things online.

I'm so over dealing with Bedworld and their abominable customer service that I really can't be bothered to waste any more time on them not even to tell them how poor they are.
I would never recommend, I would actively dissuade any one from using them.

I ordered a mattress on Monday morning at 10.30 and it was delivered before 08.00 on Tuesday.
There can't be any better service than this.
still waiting for refund -item picked up a week ago - won't order from them again.
Bed ordered, I was kept well informed in stock availability. Delivery drivers contacted us to let us know when they would be here. All good.
Contacted by courier to notify me that part of my order was missing and did I want the 2 items. I had to contact Bedworld who discovered that 1 item was left in the depo but delivery of all items could be made the following morning. I was then contacted again by the courier who said the delivery would take place the following afternoon. I explained that Bedworld said it would be in the morning. The courier said that delivery times was nothing to do with Bedworld and it would be delivered after midday. Very inefficient service which I felt let down the whole process.
I ordered 3 beds and 3 mattresses from Bedworld they were delivered the next day. Really impressed with the service and quality. Would definitely use again and tell my friends and family to use them.

Had to get refund took 2 days of work waiting for bed only to be told it was broken in half and second time told they no longer deliver Saturdays. No communication no apology very poor service.
I took the day off work to be in when bed arrived, but it never came. A phone call or e-mail would have been cortious, disappointed.
I ordered a bed last week Wednesday with the understanding that Bedworld offers next day delivery. I received a call later that day asking if could take delivery on the Friday instead of the Thursday, i reluctant agreed but stressed that i needed it by Friday at the latest due to my guests arrival on Tuesday. My bed did not arrive on the Friday i did not receive any calls or emails to say why my bed hadn't arrived when i tried calling the office was closed but i did leave a number of messages.
I then had to wait until Monday to call and then was told that the reason for non delivery was that they had FORGOT to put my bed on the van! Frankly that is a lame and poor excuse i finally got my bed on the Tuesday but after a lot of stress and chasing on my part.
I won't be using bedworld again and won't be recommending it to anyone.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!
