Placed a few orders with Bee.com over the years fine until you have a problem. They sent me a wrong item on the order before last and when I contacted them got no response and forgot about it. Decided to use them again because their prices are good and only received half my order, again contacted them via forum and email then out of the blue a couple of months later I received an extra item from my order however still missing about 4 items. Its now been over 6 months and no response whatsoever not even an auto-response. Order from them at your own risk because if something goes wrong it won't be resolved.
I have had the unfortunate displeasure to have dealt with this terrible company. They haven't got a clue what they are doing as they have now messed my order up twice and I am really fed up. Contacting them is no use as no one will reply. They send out games which look like preowned but they reseal them themselves to make them look brand new which I believe is very dishonest. I may be a woman but do they really think women are that stupid and won't notice? I will never buy from these scammers again and have and will tell as many people as I can to save them the trouble I went through. I am very unhappy with the bad service.
I placed an order for 2 games, both said brand new. One item turned up and it was used!!! The disc was scratched, and the game had been resealed in a homemade cellophane. Absolute Joke! The other game never turned up. I contacted customer services, and was told someone would get back to me within 48 hours. I waited and nothing. After 2 weeks i decided to contact them yet again, and they finally responded. They refunded me the game that never arrived, but i am yet to have a response about the game that arrived Used. I will not bee using the this company again in a hurry!
