Item broke within 7 days
Bought a Zenith concealed shower unit. By day 5 it was dripping so bad we had to disconnect it. Contacted the makers in the brochure.

quality stuff but bad delivery charges
The cabinet was nice and solid and handles were heavy. Cant fault the service or the speed of delivery but I thought the charge was excessive at over 30 pounds which was a third of the price of the cabinet. So all in all not that good a value for money. Ok I suppose if you were to buy more pieces.

On the telephone plenty of information and advice given about the delivery.
The person you speak to is very pleasant and helpful.

Great Service and price
Ordered a Stuart Turner Megaflow pump at 2pm. It arrived next morning at 9.30am. Best price for the pump I could find and excellent service. Couldn't ask for more!

I ordered a towel warmer which was delivered within a couple of days. Sadly I had to return the original towel warmer due to a fault but the quick and helpful service with that from Customer Services was excellent. I re-ordered the same product which again was prompt in its delivery and is now looking fantastic in my bathroom.

Excellent service but..........................
Your terms and conditions (tell me if I'm wrong) state that the carriers will allow 15 minutes for me to check the item delivered.
When I asked them if they would I was told no, they never do that.
My only option was to refuse delivery.
It was deliver and go for them.
Your conditions state that I cannot sign as "received but not inspected".
The packing box was undamaged all was ok, BUT....................
you have made me think on about future ordering and being unlucky with damaged items.
I would be pleased to hear your comments as you have been recommended to me - and I am happy with my order.

Damaged goods
When my Toilet first arrived at glance appeared to be in good order as I received it from the delivery firm, only to find when I remove the toilet from the box weeks later that the lower part of the cistern had been damaged. In my opinion damage consistent with a forklift truck fork (the pictures show this).
Bella bathrooms stated that because I had not found the damage during the delivery time. Nor had I reported the damage up to 48 hours after receiving the unit as the T&C's were firmly pointed out to me, therefore Bella bathrooms told me there was nothing they could do. I was told the damage was probably done in transit and 48 hours after the goods are delivered and signed for the insurance is no longer valid.
I hoped that Bella bathrooms would act in good faith to a customer to rectify this problem outright but after many phone calls and discussions half the Delivery cost was offered to me.
Take advice that if you don’t check every inch of your product on delivery to your home, it may tough luck later on, For me about £100 of tough luck.

Ordered last week on Friday, money was taken on Monday, it has been 4 days since the money was taken from my account and there is no news for my delivery not a dispatch email notice.Tried to call, no one answer the phone, what a disappointed service. I really need my new shower.

Prompt delivery, good quality item
I ordered a great shower at a reasonable price. The only problem was that the customer service representative said it would take two days to deliver and it couldn't be delivered sooner. Unfortunately, it arrived the following day which meant no-one was at home to receive it and it was a big hassle as I had to pick the parcel up from the local postoffice the day after and had to wait until 9 am when it opened. That meant I was late for work...It would be good if more accurate delivery information is provided.

Excellen service - immediate dispatch and next day delivery
Another supplier had let me down, sending one part of the tap order (bath) out and then on the day the plumber was installing the bath telling me the basin tap stock was discontinued!
Bella Bathrooms had the same model and were able to send out same day, arrived the next day.
Got me out of a hole.

A good service
Really good service. The items were as described and in excellent condition and arrived when they were supposed to.
The only niggle I have is that although it is made clear that the goods must be inspected on delivery and this is stated on the delivery note, the driver is under such time pressure that he wasn't at all keen for us to do this. The idea that we could have taken 15 minutes is ludicrous.
