I had placed an order with another well known company but my plumber recommended Bellabathrooms for their keen prices and good quality. I placed my order online, received email confirmation and received it within the advised 5 days. It's almost fitted and I am looking forward to using my new ensuite facilities. One very small criticism is the lack of communication regarding delivery dates but I would certainly recommend the company.
The Customer (you) are working for Bella Bathrooms, they lack tremendously in customer service, in letting the customer know anything about their order! If you don't chase and querie the nature of your goods, then you would still be waiting for them! No one follows through from start to finish, especially when you have already paid, they are sadly not in touch with reality!!
We ordered a chrome shower rail and when we fitted it we found it was faulty. Within 2 days of emailing Bella Bathrooms customer services a replacement had been received with no cost or hassle to us (how refreshing a company that actually puts the customer first!).

Product was received really quickly after ordering. Really appreciated Parcelforce being used to delivery product. This meant it was left at our local post office for collection as no one was at home to receive delivery. Would definitely use Bella Bathrooms again without hesitation
Everything was smooth as, ordered it, they rang me so see when was best for delivery and they came when they said they would. No hassle and cheap
I am so disappointed with the purchase of my "heated" mirror. The actual mirror is exactly as shown in the ad but the demister pad that supposedly heats the mirror is inadequate to say the least. I did wonder about the size when it arrived, I thought there is no way this will demist the mirror enough to be able to at least see my whole face and I was right. It demists a little rectangular patch and it does not matter how long you leave it on either. If you are going to sell a mirror 70x50cm at least sell a demister that will be sufficiently large enough so see my face!!!!
Products sub standard, returns procedure dreadful. Customer service is slow and they to not follow requests. Two replacement toilets, 3 sinks and 3 vanity units later and still not provided products that fit together. And every time you contact them it is a 0844 number.....rip off! Only given it one star as I have to otherwise 0 out of 5
good company to deal with, good prices etc but shower I bought was advertised as 5 position head but came with only 3 position. I had an apology and they said they will collect if I did not want to keep it, but by this time I was ready to fit shower and did not want to be delayed any longer... apart from that, no problems.... just double check you are getting what is advertised!
Bella bathrooms have such a wide variety of goods and at excellent prices I wouldn't go anywhere else. The delivery was excellent they used local courriers who contacted to arrange delivery date and time. You will not be disappointed buying from Bella Bathrooms.
They have a good range and pretty good product information by the standards of the other retailers.
We found they took an order and payment without having stock. The money was eventually refunded.
The product information could have been clearer for the layman to understand what size of enclosure fits what size of base. Delivery was pretty good but they left the palette, saying we didn't ask them to take it away... bit of a B2B mentality there. They did stop by and collect it again later though and were fine about it.

I had bought a toilet and seat from the Bella over 10 months ago and the hinge on the seat had broken through use. So I contacted the customer services to get some new hinge parts and because I was still within my guarantee they sorted it all from the manufacture for me.
Very large product choice and easy to use website. Order was
processed with efficiency and delivery time was good. Quality of goods was very high , shower enclosures and wet room screen , considering they were chosen from the lower end of the price scale.
Not practical to open and unpack these items within the 15 minute
driver wait time , so a little concerned until goods finally unpacked
and assembled. No need to worry though as goods very well packed and no damage.
After trawling through many websites and catalogues, it was refreshing to find Bella Bathrooms whose website is easy to use and had all the things I needed. Their prices are excellent on most goods and they also have great discounts like my L shaped shower/bath.
I needed to ask a few questions and was so impressed by a chap called Kevin who was very knowledgeable about their range of products. He helped me to order everthing so easily and suggested the best fottings to use. I had phoned on a Monday lunchtime and had expected my delivery by the end of the week - it came the following day with a prior phone call to let me know what time it was coming. So excellent service and delivery Bella Bathrooms!
Having spoken to several companies trying to get some useful advice Bella Bathrooms actually gave me some. The company seemed to be small but made an effort to help me out with the advice I needed. Unfortunately Trust pilot only allows me to give 5 stars!
After much searching around on the internet to find a new bath tub for the family bathroom I found Bella! There was no problem with my order but I made very sure that when my new bath arrived to check for any damage to the tub. You are allowed 15 minutes before the driver will leave, so use them wisely.
A member of staff at Bella Bathrooms disserves a big thank you for resolving an issue. The employee had gone out of their way to sort the missing item. I had a large order for my bathroom but on arrival I checked the products with the driver to find something was missing. Right away I informed the company and with the help from the customer service member and their manger it was all sorted.
I am not a regular to buying online but it has been recommended to me many times. I came across this company in a search engine inquiry and found their ranges of products at great prices. Not being the regular at shopping online I was not sure if the product could be delivered to my place of work but the customer service assured me I could. Not one to miss a great deal had to whip up the offer.
Had been shoping around for about a month trying to find a mirror then came across bellabathrooms, great price much cheaper than other website were advertising the same mirror for, ordering was quick and easy, customer service were friendly and easy to deal with, arrived well packaged and undamaged.
More than happy, would recommend to anyone!
I think they have lost my order, I was told delivery would be on the Friday, so I waited in all day on the Friday that was two weeks ago .No communication from them, have they gone out of business?
I would encourage everyone to give this company a VERY wide berth!! I cannot stress enough how bad the "customer service" is. To give a detailed backstory, during the recent fitting of a bathroom we decided, albeit late in the day, that a vanity unit would look nice. We found a vanity unit and phoned several suppliers to see if it could be delivered whilst we had the plumbers in. None of the websites I approached could supply before today so I kept on looking - ironically had I gone for the cheaper companies I would have been better off as I am still awaiting my order from Bella Bathrooms! Then (and unfortunately!!!!) I came across the Bella Bathrooms website! Whilst they were far from the cheapest, I phoned through and was told that they would have the order with me by "Friday at the latest" and to place the order through their site as they get the web orders through quicker. Two days later and Friday morning came and we had heard nothing! So I emailed the incompetent "customer services" at Bella bathrooms to find out what was going on. Although they say they will respond with 4 business hours, I heard nothing!!! Friday came and went and we had to let the plumbers go. Several further emails were sent to Bella Bathrooms who chose to ignore these (later giving the excuse they came through as spam but highly unlikely as I placed my order using the same email address to which they replied with the details of the order!!!). Fast forward to today when, after having no luck with the emails, I phoned the "customer service" number. Little did I know, this was where my day was going to take a turn for the worst. The girl on the phone told me the couriers should have called me to organise delivery. I told her that they hadn't and that was why I emailed her on Friday that Bella Bathrooms hadn't replied. She said that they didn't reply to my email as they had "just assumed it would be delivered". After a frustrating exchange, and complete with a very patronising and "I can't be bothered" tone from the customer service agent, she finally said that she'd call the courier to find out what was going on. When she called back she informed me that the courier service should have called me on Friday but forgot. I asked where that left me now and she said that they would call me to arrange re-delivery but she had no idea when I could expect the unit. Frustrated, I said Ok but asked if there was going to be compensation for the monetary implications I had been left with by not having the item when promised and having to let the plumbers go. She said that was not their fault and all she could say was "I'm sorry". I asked why none of my emails where answered and could I speak with her Manager as wasn't down to her to deal my frustrations. This is where it went from inept to downright disgraceful. I can only assume the girl thought she'd placed the call on hold or had sufficiently cupped the handset as I had to listen to her describe my conversation with her to her "manager" in such a unsympathetic and what can only be described as a "I really can't be bothered with this guy" attitude. She then handed me over to someone who I can only describe as the most obnoxious "manager" I have had the misfortune to deal with. Her tone, right from the start was one of "what do you want me to do about it?!?!" and she finally said "...shall I just cancel the order then" to which I replied "yes". Then she informed me that I had to pay £70 to cover the courier cost. By this point in the conversation I'll admit I was getting rather annoyed by what I was being told and questioned that she expected me to pay £70 for them not delivering when promised and not replying to my emails for updates, to which she replied "yes". At that point I did snap and said "this has got to be a f***ing joke". Whilst I didn't swear AT her and referred only to the situation, I'm the first to admit that I should not have sworn which is completely out of character. Up until the final frustration I had remained relatively calm understanding that it was not the fault of the telephone agent. The manager promptly hung up on me and left it there, not something I would expect from a "manager" considering the frustrating circumstances I had reiterated to her. To recap I was:
* Told I would receive the unit's by "friday at the latest".
* Left waiting for responses from my correspondence when the delivery didn't turn up.
* Informed me that the courier had forgotten to give me a call.
* Told me that the reason that the didn't reply on the Friday was because they'd "just assumed it would have been delivered" despite the email informing them I hadn't received the unit.
* Then the story changed to my emails "being caught up as spam.
* Told me the most they could do was say "sorry" despite the fact that I had to incur further costs to get the plumbers back at a later date.
AND then told if I wanted to cancel the order that had not been honoured or delivered I would have to pay £70. Needless to say, this coupled with the poor-manered customer services would test the patience of even a saint!!!
At this point, I have since spoken with another Customer service agent at Bella who was, to an extent, uncharacteristically helpful. He gave the couriers number for me(!!) to chase up and deal with the order directly. Needless to say, I will NEVER use this company EVER again. I can also assume that some PR person will reply to this comment and try and discredit anything I have said in the review (see their replies to other negative comments). However, everything I have written here is a frank and honest account of my dealings with Bella Bathrooms and I intend to take this matter further. At the end of the day, I can accept there being no compensation despite the multitude of errors regarding my order but if theres one thing that I really have little patience for is bad customer service - if you don't want to deal with customers, get a new job! Don't take a poor attitude out on us! Consumers need to take a stance once and for all to no-longer accept poor customer service. There are more outlets available than ever before on the web and now is the time to save your custom for the companies that do deserve your money. Thanks to things like Trust Pilot, we now have the opportunity to let others know before they buy, the level of customer service you can expect from our own experiences and I hope this manages to separate the wheat from the chaff and lacklustre companies get what they deserve.
