Fantastic stock, fab prices and fab for the fuller figured lady ! :)

I absolutely adore this company and website shop. I have now done lots of orders simply because they give a superb and super-fast service, which i feel is one of the most important factors. They carry superb stock and cater for those of us who have a fuller bosom !.......I particularly adore the swimwear rainges. Good, fast service & delivery

I was still working out my proper bra size, and happened upon Belle Lingerie when searching online to buy the Panache Jasmine bra in a certain size.
Very easy to order, shipping was very fast and the bra arrived yesterday. It's everything I hoped for and more.

Stock a great range, superfast delivery

Recently ordered a couple of sets, realised after payment that one item wrong size, phoned, got straight through and the right size was sent out the same day.
Delighted with my purchases, great to see such a range in my favourite styles and my size in stock.
Much cheaper than anywhere else I've bought similar and great service. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful lingerie, extremely helpful staff

Belle Lingerie stock all of my favourite lingerie labels, and really do have beautiful, high-quality products. However, their greatest assets are their amazing, friendly staff, who will - and have for me - bent over backwards to help. Well worth having a browse on the website, safe in the knowledge that the staff will be happy to help with any problems, issues or questions. I'll be making an order for some new bras after payday - Perfect!

Disgusting attitudes should a problem arise

I recently bought a bra from this company...through my own fault i ordered the wrong design..plunge instead of full cup..the order arrived promptly through my mailbox but on trying it on the fit was awful on me, i emailed saying i had no access to a printer and asked how i could return without a returns form..waited three days to be told basically..download one..i sent a return email asking had they even read my email???and thanks for the "limited help"..i then received an email from <private data removed> who stated i could send it back with an note and if i continued to be hostile" to her staff, they would ignore me...i returned correspondence asking why it was considered hostile for asking a valid question as i felt unlistened to therefore it was no help at all, return email from them was ...send it back with a note inside..and record deliver the package and once again refrain from being hostile...:|.. funny how they now wanted it record delivery when they indeed don't record deliver the stuff sent out to me, i now will not send it as i refuse to pay for recorded delivery and really feel distrustful that if i don't do this, they just won't have received it ..i tried on several occasion's to call them or use the online chat..online chat was always "down" and a telephone never answered.. it seems in a nutshell to me that if all goes well and belle lingerie receive praise and adoration..all is well, however if a problem occurs they will deal with it in they're own sweet time, and without really reading what is written just send back the bog standard answer.. if this is how customers are treated when there's a problem, good luck with return customers...delivery speed 10/10...cash taken from you're bank account speed 10/10..customer service -0/10. Good luck <private data removed> with always treating people in this manner, you're awful.

Yes, we had to ask the above customer to stop emailing abuse to our customer services The emails were aggressive, rude and our staff were offended.

Our online support is online during the hours stated on the website, and our telephone line is open during business hours and we have not received one phone call (or answer phone message) from this customer regarding her return.

The Manager at Belle Lingerie in the end had to cease communication with the customer by advising we would not be responding to any more of the emails.

We always try our best to resolve any problems, but on this occasion due to the nature of the abusive emails we did advise the customer that we would not respond to any further emails.

With regards to the customer's follow up comments, our company policy protects staff from abuse online or on the phone. Sadly, we had to implement the policy with this customer.

Unfortunately many customers only review what they consider to be a poor experience, and hardly ever review a good experience. We have 1000's of very happy customers each month and 99.8% customer satisfaction. Below are some reviews from our lovely customers

belle-lingerie sells the BEST BIKINIS I have ever found! Usually trying on bikinis is an all day task but with the friendly help they offer I was able to find my exact sizes and purchased four online and they ALL FIT PERFECT! I was able to find size E bikini tops and size small matching bottoms which is so hard to find anywhere else and the selection was so amazing I finally had to MAKE myself stop at just four suits but I will be a lifetime customer. Belle-lingerie in todays market place is quite unique. It gives its customers a professional service and a confidence to deal with the Company.

I have used Belle-lingerie over the last couple of years and not once have I been disappointed with the supply and procedures. Immediately on placing an order I get confirmation and a reference number. The money is taken from my account and the orders always arrive withing one working day neatly packed and also with instructions should a return be necessary.

I have only had to return one item and that was my most recent order. I ordered a swimsuit but it was too small. I packed it up straight away and sent it first class with my reasons for return. Within 2 days of posting I had acknowledgement by e-mail that it had arrived at Belle-lingerie and that a refund had been made to my account. Pretty good I would say. What a pleasure to be able to make hassle free purchases.

Great to find the right size at a decent price

I've ordered several times from Belle Lingerie and can say I can highly recommend! It's great to be able to order my size (which is tricky to find in the high street) in nice brands and at decent prices, in both underwear and swimwear. If anything has never fitted or not what I expected then they have happily refunded or exchanged,, my choice of online lingerie/swimwear store without a doubt :)

just what I needed!

Living in Japan it's really hard to find bras in my size. There's an import shop in Tokyo but they inflate the prices hugely and take up to 2 months to ship! Thank goodness for Belle Lingerie, who have great prices on a surprisingly large range of bras in my size. Shipped promptly too :)

Awful, awful service and poor quality!

I bought a swimming costume from this company and have worn it about 12 times. Despite always handwashing after wearing it has worn and gone see-through! They refuse to see this as an issue telling me extremely rudely that the returns period is 28 days. I tried to explain that the item was faulty and the 28 day period is for returning by choice. They were very rude in thier emails informing me that they would not take my query any further. I am disgusted by thier service so I urge you to buy from Bravissimo instead who gaurantee thier costumes for 6 months! Do not use this company!!!!

Unfortunately the customer purchased this item in early April and has worn the item constantly since then. The material would only thin if the item had not been taken care of (i.e chlorine from swimming pools). The customer demanded a refund after 3 months and this was not something that we could offer. The customer was very insulting towards our staff and threatened to leave negative comments all over the internet if we did not do as she said. Unfortunately we could not accept the customers threats. If an item is faulty we would always accept a return, however if a customer damages an item after 3 months due to how the item has been taken care of we can not offer a refund.

Broken bras and nasty emails- Updated

I am changing my review from a one to a three. It appears that an employee from Belle Lingerie was blogging my personal information. It's not fair to the company to be responsible for what an individual has done. Belle Lingerie also refunded my purchase which I did not request. They have unsubscribed me from their catalog as I requested. I forwarded them communication I received from a random blogger and the owner said he would look into it. I will communicate what I have written here to Ebay. This was a negative customer experience that snowballed unnecessarily.

Appauling Service

I ordered a couple of items and over a month later have still not received them. I have asked repeatedly for a refund & proof of posting, both of which they are refusing to supply. Having got advise from Police & Trading Standards I am preparing to take the matter to court if I don't receive my refund by a fast approaching date.

I'm sure they're very good if everything goes smoothly but in my experience, this company has behaved despicably.
