Well deserved, excellent reputation.
We've been in our new home for 3 months now. A few small snags which were dealt with promptly. Both office and site staff have been extremely helpful and very easy to talk to. Always phone back when they promise.
We bought off plan and they lent us a house to live in whilst ours was being built. We had a lot of input into the interior decoration, which is of a high standard with good quality fittings. We had regular viewings of our new house throughout the build process and we only had to ask if when we wanted one outside of the normal schedule visits.
Reading some of the reviews it sounds like a completely different company they are talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. All the people I have spoken to on the estate speak very highly of them.

Not the best!!
Too many problems, site staff are ok, managers not interested!! Would never buy again!!

Poor quality
Likewise, we had a lot of problems with this company, Poor quality finish, some items not even completed before we moved in.
Its a shame because they could be a good company if they had more care and someone to sort out their problems?

Disgruntled customer
I agree with Mr Black, rubbish house, floors that are so noisy, (not glued properly), so many snags to sort out!! Would never buy another, had a Bovis home before, thought that was bad enough but this is even worse. Staff are rude and lack that personal touch, once they have your money your on your own. Never again!!!

RUBBISH HOMES MORE LIKE!!!!!
Nice house on the coast? No likely, so many problems had to be sorted out, we still have creaking floorboards and rough brickwork!!
Building manager isnt any help nor is his sidekick!!
Be warned, no customer care left, no help or understanding, buy at your own peril!!

Useless
Useless builders, all site staff are very unhappy, this means no pride in their work, building manager and his sidekick are rude and useless. All the best staff have gone a few years ago, was a good company, not now!! You will find so many problems with their properties, not worth it to be honest, so dont even think about buying!!!
