Terrible service
I bought a glass fronted shoe cupboard at some expense and it arrived completely broken. Bentincks have refused to replace or refund the item claiming it is not their responsibility and are now completely ignoring all my correspondence. Clearly they are clueless about the Sale of Goods Act!
Whoever packaged the item was clearly a total idiot. It was bubble wrapped...on the outside of the cardboard box! Not entirely sure how that was meant to protect the glass.
If you want a quality product and service DO NOT buy from this company.

Good quality and even better customer service
After looking tirelessly online I was was incredibly relieved when I came across Bentinck's, the website was easy to use and had a wide variety of merchandise. After finding the right product for me I went to my local store and was impressed with the great level of customer service I recieved. As the staff were wiling to go the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with my purchase by telling me about different colour sizes and fabrics that i can order instead of ones on display. All the staff were very approachable and friendly and helped me along with the process to ensure i was thoroughly happy with my purchase. What really surprised me was how the service level actually increased after ordering my three piece suite as the distribution drivers were extremely prompt and very helpful in delivery; and the sofa came well packaged. I would definitely recommend Bentinck's to others as I have already to my friends and family

Great experience with Bentinck Furniture!
I ordered the canterbury coffee table and was very pleased with the quality of the product, as well as the efficiency in delivery. I could easily track my parcel using the online tracker.
I also called in to ask about another product and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Will definitely be shopping there again.

Click Clack Sofa Bed
Dear Bentinck Furniture,
I have to congratulate you on your impeccable service, it was was amazing.. not only did I receive my parcel (one of 31kg) on a timely manner but I received it from the quality delivery service that you use. I was able to track my parcel all the way and knew exactly when to be home to receive it.
FOR ONCE I am very satisfied by the professional attitude of everyone from order (and by the way I got a great deal) Thanks, to delivery I have never seen such professionalism in a very long time. Thanks everyone... A very satisfied customer..

Fantastic service and great product.
had my rug delivered and i thought it wasnt too bad, came pretty quick and responded to all calls whenever i rang so a good company in my opinion.

Too bad a company
Too bad a company - went for their shaggy rug, but product was not as how nicely they displayed on their site. The fabric has started to fall even before its first use. Delivery issues, no proper tracking, no updates, no proper contacts...all in all, avoid !!!!
Never ever going for them again and would be good if customers know too.
