They Never Even Shipped My Wife's Valentine's Day Present!

Not only was my order not delivered on time, they never even shipped it! I called their so called customer service department and let me just tell you their non-existent service is a complete joke! Do yourself a favor and save yourself time, money, and frustration....go somewhere else!
