I ordered a Barbour jacket as a present for my husband and he loved it, added bonus was the free Barbour scarf enclosed. The jacket arrived next day with no extra delivery charge and delivery communication was excellent.
Would definitely order from them again and would recommend.

The Jacket arrived the next day, was at a great price and with a free gift (Barbour scarf). Not only that but the courier information and the estimated time of delivery were texted to my phone, and were accurate too.

I ordered my Barbour jacket on Wednesday night - at a price better than I could find anywhere else. I received 2 emails on Thursday, one telling me that it would be despatched soon and then the next that it had been despatched. This was followed up on Friday by a further email giving me the estimated delivery time which was spot on. I'd already tried the jacket on in a shop and so I knew the sizing would be right but ordered online to save myself £20. Great shopping experience and the free scarf is an added bonus. Would definitely shop here again.
I ordered a ladies Barbour jacket on friday. I ordered with "Bestinthecountry" as i could not find the jacket stocked anywhere local, and was enticed to use their website as it came with a free Barbour scarf and free delivery.
My jacket was courier delivered this afternoon; Monday. They sent emails to update the delivery status and i was notified this morning of my hourly slot, which i was very impressed with. Not all companies use couriers that provide this service.
So all in all an excellent shopping experience for me, i love my jacket and the free scarf is a lovely bonus!! Would recommend.
5 days elapsed between a confirmed order for goods and an email saying they could not fulfil the order. This was despite the goods being clearly identified on the site as available and in stock.
Be warned that although they have promised to refund payment, they appear totally inept at letting you know if things change in a reasonable time. The trust element of e-commerce is apparently lost on them.
Jeg har handlet med bestinthecountry flere gange og gør det gerne igen. Eneste lille minus, er at de til tider ikke får informeret om at en vare ikke er på lager og leveringstiden bliver lidt længere.
