Customer service was excellent, value for money was outstanding, communication on delivery was the like I've never seen (and I mean in a good way for once, from an online company) Will definitely be using them again for all my bath rooms.
I looked on the Better Bathrooms website, pleased with what i saw gave them a phone i spoke to Carly who was very helpful, gave me advise on other products that i may need. I placed my order with Carly received my order 4 days later. Excellent service good priced products.
Good products at very reasonable prices, shower tray was delivered twice with damage on the face third one was ok. have given good feed back as the service and responses both times was professional and very polite and fully informed about delivery and came when promised. After 41yrs working in the building trade these things happen, so its not about that they did its about what the company is going to do about and the did very well in my opinion, so will have no worries about ordering from them again.
Good communication for the delivery, ordered on Saturday was delivered fully on Tuesday as promised (paid extra for next day delivery). Good quality products, damaged vanity unit cabinet was replaced 3 days later so no problem there.
I was miss advised with respect of the taps, I am within my seven days to return however they will only pay for uplift if they find my communication confirming I was miss advised! I logged this complaint 8 days ago and I'm still awaiting there response, I'm disappointed as I'm now needing to chase this up! It's disappointing when you get great service, and then when something not right it takes forever to sort out!
I ordered my bathroom suite and reserved my delivery on line with in two days I had a phone call to sort out times of the delivery which was very helpful instead of taking the full day off work they delivered everything at 6 pm .
The lads who delivered everything were brill I have about 12 steps leading to my house and thought they my not bring it all up but they did then took the time to check eveything over .
Im in the process of fitting everthing and have not found one problem and the quality of the suite is second to none !
I would completely recommend anyone to choose better bathroom over any other company .
Having searched the internet Better Bathrooms offered an excellent choice of high quality products at reasonable prices. Goods received were as good as we expected and look and work very well. Highly recommended.
Good prices and helpful people on the phone. i asked a tech question and the chap promised to call back with answer which he did. I'll happily use again.
my only negative is that the shower cabin we bought is lovely quality, the build instructions were very vague and that led to several mistakes and a lengthy build. detailed or video insturctions would have been an advantage. I did consider writing them myself and sending to BB but now it's installed........well you know how it is.

Service seems ok, Their phone systems went down on my delivery day and I was trying to get information on the delivery which then didn't arrive. This is despite paying £50 for a specified day. I called the shop to try and get someone and was put on hold for customer services for about 30mins before I gave up. They obviously didn't answer as they had no phones. Delivery is a bit expensive.
on a plus side they did note that I had tried to call and called me back. once phones were working.
I think normally they would be pretty good and I may have had bad luck!
Would have given 5 stars if I had got my email to collect furniture had to chase to see where it was, think somebody forgot to let us know it was all ready to be collected. Other than that great staff at the warehouse and in the shop ordering goods.
I bought a set of taps from better bathroom about a month ago and I was really happy with the service and the product when they arrived and was a really good price, hence why I came back to order my suite. That was a mistake. Not only was I given the incorrect information when I ordered the product,they took down the incorrect number, even though they repeated it back to me and it was correct, so god knows how this happened but due to this,my order was confirmed by someone else and on its way for delievery.if I did not chase them directly,as I had received an email for dispatch but no phone call,I would be none the wiser. Even when I did try to rectify the error that they made,that kept referring me back to the external courier company who then kept referring me back to better bathroom.i felt that no one wanted to take the responsiblity of getting the matter resolved but instead were passing me from pillar to post.when I placed the order,I was advised that I could change the deliever address to one that would be more convenient for me for delievery,this was a lie again and I found the managers response to get this resolved was again stressful and their approach was not one that would make me use better bathroom again from this experience. They expect you to have two people waiting in all day for a delievery if its over a certain size I.e a bath room suite as they will not carry the items into your property as they are not insured to but then have the cheek to charge you £30 delievery which is more than what most retailers charge.
All I would say is better bathroom are great for prices and delievering small items but anything bigger, enter at your own risk!!!
Excellent value for money , but I am a disappointed with the bath panel as the one we received is warped which has caused a gap between the panel and bath , we didn't notice this till it came to being fitted . I also purchased bath and sink taps which are excellent and I am very happy with these .
Just how I like it, easy to order, items arrived on time, and the items delivered were actually what I asked for, in perfect condition! What more could I have asked for? A discount? Yes I got that as well. You couldn't have done it any better, Better Bathrooms
We had problems with this firm from the start. We placed a large order. When delivered, the firm delivered all items apart from the limestones tiles. They sent us 24 tiles instead of 24 square meters of tiles. They then sent further tiles which still were short of the amount ordered. It took over 2 months for the firm to finally send us all of the tiles which we had ordered and paid for back in September 2013 after giving ridiculous excuses as to why they would not do so, e.g. "with grouting you'll have enough to cover 24sq m. " and "we calculate that you'll only need 23Sq m . They also said we can't sell 24sq m despite this being clearly shown as paid for on our invoice. At £50 per sq m they must make a tidy profit if this happens to other customers, if other customers do not check the exact amount delivered. Customers services were a disgrace, we were handed from one customer services "manager" to another, who all were unable to deal with the matter. We were promised calls from area managers which never materialised. All in all a terrible experience. This was the first time we had used this firm, after receiving a recommendation. We will never use this firm again and will place our business elsewhere.
From first ordering I was kept informed on my order, the day it was delivered they phoned to tell me how long they where going to be when they arrived they placed my order where it suited me. Very very pleasant and polite. Would highly recommend .
It was great to be able to speak to someone who new what they were talking about and were prepaired to help.
Better Bathrooms in my opinion is the Best. It is in my experience a totally professional company whose website covers all angles of purchasing. They supply quality goods at sensible prices. There communications are brilliant and what they say they will do they do.
Speaking on the phone they could not be more helpful, delivery is arranged, usually a two hour slot, the delivery driver kept in touch and delivered spot on time.

bathroom suite was delivered on time, delivery men helpful and courteous. couple of problems though, the stems on the mono bath/shower taps were both the same angle. this resulted in me having to drive from Liverpool to Leigh to get them changed, the plug and chain that was delivered with the sink was not compatible as there was no hole pre-drilled into basin to affix the nut and bolt that is attached to the chain. I am aware that I ordered said sink plug/chain but feel someone in the ware house should have noticed and notified me. however I have dealt with better bathrooms on previous occasions and would say overall the service is very good, and good value for money.
The bathroom we recieved is outstanding value for money, far better than we imagined. Unfortunately the service we received initially was quite poor. We were not advised an item was out of stock and therefore ourdelivery was put on hold. We had not been informed of this and so our bathroom arrived 2 weeks after ordered which caused a knock on effect to our moving in date and subsequently went without a bathroom for 7 days in our new property. Having said this it is now in and looks fabulous (minus tha bath side panel) We had to chase customer service and all but one rep were extremely helpful and understod ourposition. From here on they did everything to accommodate us and try to correct their mistake. We would deffinately buy again from better bathrooms as the quality for price comparison was spectacular.
