the choice of bathrooms was amazing, the staff were friendly, the price was perfect.they didn`t try to push me in to buying things that i didnt want to purchase from them. I bought the wrong toilet for my bathroom and phoned them to explain they told me to take the toilet back to the depot and exchange it there was no problem in changing it and the staff at the depot were very helpful and even helped me to load it in the car as i had gone on my own.
When then goods were delivered the driver was great. I got my plumber to come and check and all was OK.
The bathroom was fitted this week. Oh Dear! The top of the WC cistern didn't' fit and had to be ground down. A special trap had to be fitted to the vanity unit as the drawer wouldn't close with a regular trap.

Our three year old smashed a panel in our downstairs shower cubicle and as we couldn't source a replacement pane we were looking for the lowest cost complete unit.
It seemed that we found the best bargain with better bathroom but as we live up in the Highlands of Scotland (we don't but our Post Code indicates this is the case) delivery was more than 57 pounds, over half the cost of the shower enclosure.
However the service of Better Bathrooms was very good, with updates for each stage of the order. The delivery, albeit, not on time, which was disappointing for the cost... was only a day out and the cost allowed for a phone call to say it was out for delivery and allowed the product to be fully checked to our satisfaction. The overall cost was still the cheapest and, although the instructions were iffy, the shower has been fitted by myself and the father-in-law (complete novices) and looks great. The product is excellent for the price.
Just got to keep the wee man and his wooden swords away from it.

The product is fine and as expected. It was in the warehouse when it was promised to be.
Collection though was poor. I had to wait at least 20 mins and I was not alone.
Thorough check of product done with me and helped load the car.
I placed my order at the salford branch and was to collect my products the following week from the leigh collection point. I arrived to pick up my products on the date i was told they would be ready, only to be told that they would be in for another 4 days. This resulted in having to cancel my plumber and in turn my tiler.I went back again 4 days later as told to do so, to be told again that my products had not arrived and to come back in another 2 days. I understand that there may be problems with deliveries but i think that there should be a system in place to let customers know that there order as been put back. This depot is aprox 60 mile round trip from my home so was very much an inconvenience. I was also given a shower valve template for the shower i had ordered. This was not the correct template so all the pipes had to be altered resulting in pulling tiles and plasterboard down. I would not recommend using this company if you want your products quick and on time. I have lost the savings that i had made with this company and cost more due to the mistakes made by the them. The staffs attitude is that it is not under there control.
After shopping round many bath showrooms we had decided which one we were going to purchase, that was until I got on the internet and found better bathrooms.com! We had decided we were going to buy a whirlpool bath and side panel and sink and pedestal, this from the store would have cost us £860 which we thought wasn't bad. I saw a similar bath on betterbathrooms.com which was wider than the one in other store and went from there. My husband called betterbathrooms direct to ensure that they could deliver to us in the west midlands to which they insisted would be no trouble at all. As he was talking to the guy on the phone I was looking at the deals online and asking him to add to my order, by the time I had finished we had ordered a whirlpool bath, side panel, sink, pedestal, toilet, cistern, heated towel rail and valves. We added a circuit breaker to the bath and paid £35 delivery charge and still paid £20 less than the store quoted us!!! The service was outstanding and the delivery drivers were in contact with us throughout the day, even delivering to us 3 hours early. I would like to extend my thanks to all at betterbathrooms.com for the service that we received and we will be recommending you in the future!!!
Our bathroom shopping experience went without a hitch. The deliveries were arranged quickly and efficiently.
On inspection of the furniture a few items were damaged but these were replaced with no questions asked by customer service who could not apologise enough for the inconvenience this had caused.
Our bathroom is now finished and looks wonderful. A massive thank you to everyone at Betterbathrooms.
A company who tell you they got your order, your payment received and when they deliver. What's more the goods were delivered exactly when they said and when we wanted it. Plenty of time to check things over. Items ordered were exactly as described and well priced. Thanks we will use you again
My plumber recommend better bathrooms , as I'm on a very tight budget for my new bathroom, he's dealt with them before, ordered over the phone very efficient, swift delivery! Have told all my friends!!!! Can't wait for my new bathroom!!!!!!!!!!
Having spent the best part of £1500:00 on a bath the only thing I can say is ‘be careful!’
The reason for my comment: - The showroom staff in Warrington couldn’t be more helpful; It seems to me that once they had my money the service went downhill from there.
Firstly, on delivery, one corner of the bath was scuffed/scraped, not something you could easily overlook and because the packaging had not been removed and wasn’t damaged, this MUST have happened when being processed through either production or at the warehouse.
Secondly, after the bath had been placed in my living room (my choice) and I noticed the damage, I refused delivery. Not a problem the driver said and returned the bath to his vehicle. He then asked me to sigh for the items I was keeping which was not a problem BUT in the most deceitful manner possible, hid a damage disclaimer under the delivery note and said ‘just sign this as well’. They had actually smashed a £60:00 Molton Brown candle whilst putting the bath in the living room and the driver said ‘we should have got you to sign the disclaimer before delivery.’
I still cannot get my head around a delivery company who, by virtue of their job, has to enter your property, wanting you to sign a damage waiver before they enter.
Are they SO incompetent that this is what they have to do?
Having complained to their Customer Services I was informed that 1. I couldn’t speak to the transport Manager and 2. He didn’t have an Email address so all complaints had to be in writing.
A Transport Manager of a business with a multi million pound turnover with no Email address….rubbish. This to me is obviously a ploy to put you off complaining.
I put my complaint in writing on 25th April, adding my contact telephone numbers and Email address I sent the letter recorded delivery; it was signed for the next day.
TWO WEEKS later after receiving no response whatever I had to contact Customer Services again and was informed that the transport Manager was ‘dealing with it’. He was obviously to busy printing disclaimer forms for his drivers!
It is now Saturday 25th May, one month after my letter and I still have had no response. So I am going to contact Customer Service AGAIN on Monday and ask for the name of the Managing Director. This I will pass on to my solicitor, they obviously think that being dishonest, deceitful and damaging people’s property, not to mention ignoring their complaints is a joke. I hope that they get a laugh out of my solicitor’s letter and his charges! Frankly I don’t care if it actually costs me money, it’s the principal that matters to me, THE CUSTOMER who pays their salaries!

As soon as my builder started to fit the shower unit, it broke, the quality of the product is increadibly poor and not worth my time, effort or money. This has made me learn that I should not invest in spending money over th einternet of goods I can not check out properly first. I doubt I will be able to get my money back, so wasted time, effort and money & now I am behind on my project.
Extremely disappointed with better bathrooms. My order took almost three weeks from ordering to coming through the front door. After ten days of nothing showing I rang up ...for them to tell me they hadn't sent the bathroom out because a tap wasn't in stock. Yet they failed to tell me beforehand. They then promised me multiple dates that the items would turn up only to change them, then just the taps arrived with no bathroom! And then finally the bathroom suite arrived. There automated service is a load of rubbish. As you can imagine this has slowed my job right up and cost me a lot of wages. The only good thing I can say is that the suite itself was good value and high quality, shame about the service. . . . . Wouldn't buy from here again.
Order a new bath which arrived on the fifth day after ordering which was the last day of estimated delivery.
Bath, panel, glass screen and frame where securely fastened onto a pallet. Would have liked the bath to have been shrunk wrapped as it had lots of dirt and dust on its surfaces. Or at least wrapped in thick plastic or some other soft material.
I was most discussed by the service we received. The first toilet unit was damaged this was replaced the next working day, however when checking the replacement this was damaged all the front was chipped, the dowel to hold the top in place was broken I contacted customer services again and was first told a replacement would be again sent the next day. I later received a phone call saying the company required proof, I had to send photos by e-mail of th damage because I was sending the same item back for a second time. I them received 2 e-mails saying the new replacement would be despatched tomorrow followed by a further email saying someone would call me in 48hours to organise delivery of the item. As it stands I have no idea when the item will be with me, I will have had to wait in on 3 occasions, and carnt let the Plummer start until all items are here.
Apart from a not so help full delivery driver on first order ,every other then that all OK quality good prices not bad everythong has been delivered on time and in one piece,so all good .I have ordered three sets of bathroom furniture so far. Would use the company again if I need more.
i just happened by chance to find the better bathroom site late one night after going over so many bathroom brochures and other sites....and there it was my victorian bathroom basin and toilet at an amazing price including the taps all in one package and 4 days later it arrived. now i wish i had got all my bathroom suites from there. but i have been telling everyone i know how good they are!
I have now ordered a whole new bathroom and an En- Suite from BB and the web site, delivery and communication was excellent. Delivery was also very good once the goods were in stock.
Every item I have bought has been good except the Aquaflow shower enclosure which is let down by some very small 'plastic clips' and a poor installation manual.
The clips secure the main glass panel to the frame and are weak and will become brittle. The instruction manual is out of date and does not help when trying to fit seals and wheels. Overall though a good company to do business with.
Bought a small basin with a single mixer tap for a cloakroom. BetterBathrooms had the one I wanted. I ordered it by phone and spoke to a helpful young man. It was delivered the next morning.
We placed our order for a new loo, cistern and soft close seat on their web site - there is lots of choice and price points.
A phone-call from the delivery company mis-led us regarding the delivery date but 1 phone call to Better Bathrooms Customer Service sorted the confusion and the goods arrived on the agreed day. Pleasant delivery man and prompt service.
Overall, a very good company to buy from.
Splashing out on a new bathroom can be expensive and daunting. I was told to have a look at better bathrooms by a friend. If I'm honest, shopping online for something like this and not being able to see what I was buying kind of worried me. However, I am so glad I went for it and ordered this online. The bathroom suite I ordered is perfect, looks and is amazing and was HALF the price of buying from a local store. The communication right from the moment I ordered the suite was spot on. I was emailed daily to tell me where my order was, when it would be dispatched and it always had a contact number for me if I needed to call. Delivery was excellent and bang on time. They even worked around my nursery drop off and pick up times. Would totally recommend using this company. Thank you for making it so easy for me!!!!
Having spoken to a helpful person on the end of the phone who assured me that the toilet I wanted was in stock, I ordered it on line and received at the time that the delivery people promised. Can't fault the service.
I have purchased taps/toilets/shower heads/bath for two bathrooms and the quality of the goods is excellent. Prompt service although I had a bit of a delay with delivery at our end [Scotland]. A couple of the tap packets were missing grub screws and I am still waiting for them. However overall I would certainly recommend Better Bathrooms to anyone for quality and customer service.
The build quality of this shower kit is average, but at the price range , (though i had hoped for more) it's as expected.
My bigger concern is with better bathrooms mis-representation of the item on there website. With pictures clearly showing both the overhead rose and the handheld shower head having LED functions, we were very dissappointed to find that the unit we bought only had LED functions in the overhead rose.
Whe calling customer services i was cinically not surprised that no attempt to rectify the problem was made, in fact after being promised a call back i was not at all surprised to hear nothing. I wont be buying from better bathrooms again
